First of all this is the worst customer service I have EVER received. I ordered something over 3 weeks ago (with a Groupon) and have yet to receive the items. I have called (no answer), emailed (no answer), and the chat people just say to wait longer. I am supposed to wait even longer for an item I purchased well within the time frame posted on their website for delivery before Christmas. Horrible horrible company. Will be also sending something to Groupon (if I can).
If you purchase a groupon, do not expect your order to arrive in any reasonable fashion. Likewise, do not expect to receive customer service with a live person without waiting on hold for an hour or so. I'm still waiting on my order, after 2 weeks, I have finally been told, the 2 mugs are "in production". The website claims of shipping times apparently don't apply if you use a groupon.
Groupon should no longer advertise this company. I bought a deal for their magic mugs and ordered them as Christmas gifts, it doesn't look like I am ever getting my order. There email inbox is full and my email bounces back and the phone is never answered.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
As everyone else summarized I don't know how a company can waste money on advertising if they can't deliver. Ordered a product through Groupon over 3 weeks ago for Christmas and still nothing. Have email everyday because I can't get through to their phone line and I just get a canned copied response that they apologize for the delay but won't give me a reason why it's been 3 weeks. This was suppose to be a white elephant gift that is now ruined. Seriously shame on Groupon as well.

I made an order for a customized blanket 4 weeks ago (Nov. 22th, 28 days ago). Their website says 5 days for production & 5-8 days for delivery (13 days max). As of today (Dec. 19), still no product. I emailed last week to cancel the order. I got an automated response. I replied. I've gotten no where and no one has made any personal contact with me. I can no longer use this item since it was for one of my students & school is now out. But you better believe PrinterPix cashed my money 28 days ago. Complete frauds.
After three days of talking to customer service, getting promises and two different ticket numbers, tonight was the final straw! I was on hold for 23 minutes, then music stopped after another 6 minutes went by and finally music came back on for a few seconds then got disconnected! TRULY DISSAPOINTING!
I ordered 3 photo books through Groupon a month ago. We worked on getting the pictures we needed for 3 days and then uploaded them to their website. We had lots of problems doing this but after the 3 days we finally uploaded them. I have tried calling them to no avail -- nobody ever picks up the phone (even after 3 hours holding). Their chat representatives are a joke responding from a script. Their answer is always the same. Your order is in the final stage of production and we will send you an e-mail as soon as it is shipped... that was the same answer the 3 chat representative have said to me for the last week. Lies, lies, lies. Do not ever buy anything from this company. Their e-mails are a joke as well. Just do yourselves a favor and DO NOT buy anything from Printerpix. They have ruined my Christmas gifts. I will try to contact Groupon to get my money back and deny my credit card charge for the shipping.
Looks like I'm joining the many over the past few days to complain about this business. I bought a half price deal during cyber week (theirs, not Groupon) for 5 calendars and placed the order on Dec. 11. Just got the order today with only one calendar in it. (I had a feeling the way the invoice was written). Immediatley called, waited 45 minutes for a rep. He asked how he could help me, then I was disconnected. The live chat option doesn't work, so I'm forced to wait for an email response. All that, and the calendar is a bit underwhelming. But, if I had all 5 for the 18 bucks plus shipping that I spent, I would say you get what you pay for.
I recently purchased a voucher from Printerpix for 100 Christmas cards. The value was top notch. Unfortunately, I missed the fact that I had to order 100 items instead of one single. I never imagined that I could have ordered more than one design. So I was initially disappointed that I only received one single Christmas card to mail 99 short of what I expected. However, the service agent at Printerpix help line, Sachin, was extremely helpful. He helped me to get my problem resolved 100%. Because of him, I will be re-ordering from Printerpix in the future... but will pay more attention to detail.

I purchased a coupon that promised S&H would be included and I tried calling the comp 6 times and could not get through. So I started a chat wit "Vivek. R" and she was the only one who actually helped me get my order processed as promised. Hope she get a nice Christmas Bonus!
I ordered it way over a month ago. Still to date don't have it. 12-20-18. No one would answer the phones. Chat man. Gave me the information I needed. But my gift is still floating out the. Maybe Santa can grab it on his way Very dissatisfied. Bought another blanket from personal mall got it in 3 days. Chat man gets a A, 5 star for help. Company gets a BIG FAT F. I jusst cant understand why it takes so long..
I ordered 4 blankets on 12-3. Website states 5 days to process order and guaranteed to receive before Christmas. Customer service AND the online chat is a JOKE! I think they all read the same script and provide the same exact answers, which are all lies. They all say my order has been dispatched from the facility but online my order still says 50% production completion. I called yesterday, waited for 32 minutes for a representative. After a brief introduction from a person I could not even understand, the call dropped. Since then the same customer service number will not go through and the online chat is disabled. If you are looking for quality customer service, guaranteed delivery and reliable information LOOK ELSEWHERE! Frustration, Aggravation and Wasting your money is Guaranteed.
Bought Groupon and was told email would be sent out when product left warehouse. I payed 25$ for shipping too!
It has been over 2 weeks and no email. I've tried calling them. The line rings and eventually hangs up with no machine or answer most of the time. I did get through one time when I was trying to design blanket I bought and website was not responding. And was told by an employee I could barely understand due to severe accent that she could not do about it and that it was doing that because of high volume of orders.
I have since tried emailing with no reply yet and live chatting. One time I actually got a response from chat and was given a link that said my package had left warehouse and would be to be by certain day. Never received email that it had left and no package yet. Have lost home I will get it by Christmas. Never use this company again!

Purchased Groupon and ordered a photo blanket and almost a month later and a few days before Christmas no blanket and no confirmation it was mailed. Bad reviews. I should have read them before using. Emailed to find out about the status and was told it takes at least 15 days to receive it but the email is now GONE. Extremely frustrating and going to have to buy another but non personalized gift.
I am disgusted with this company's customer service. When I called or chatted, it was a lengthy amount of time of waiting for both and in between responses while chatting. I contacted the company as soon as I saw the incorrect amount of cards received. I was told a link would be sent within 24 hrs to get the remaining cards that had already been paid for. It was 6 days later before I received the link and many chats and calls to the company, all telling me lies. When I voiced my frustration and dissatisfaction, all they would say is I am sorry and would not offer to expedite or get my cards to me in a timely manner (before Christmas). I have yet to receive them and have given up hope of receiving them before Christmas. I will NEVER use this company again.
I placed an order on 12/4/18. On 12/10 i have yet to get an update so I called the company and they said 14 business days since I ordered it for it to be shipped. On 12/13 still no update and they said it will b. C. e ready for shipping soon and they would escalate it. On 12/17 still no update so I called again and they told me the same thing. I finally saw the tracking number and now it says it will.be delivered 12/28. Yup unacceptable I'll am disputing all charges with my credit card company and I am not paying anything.
Ordered a blanket inn dec 4th. Two weeks later, I contacted them as no order sent and concerned about arrival for Christmas. Was told it was escalated and should be shipping very soon. Two days later... nothing! Got a message that if I ordered before the Christmas cut off date... should be here. When I asked customer service for what the date was... would not get an answer. Will be reporting to Groupon as well as it makes me hesitant to use their site again... if not shipped in the next week, will escalate PayPal to demand a shipping refund
Answer: Do not ever trust this company. They need to go out of business.
Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
