Have ordered from them SEVERAL times and everything had been great up until last set of orders I've placed. Ordered picture puzzles and received someone's picture slate instead. Managed to get through to customer service after three days of trying and told that someone would be contacting me within 3 hours... have heard NOTHING and going on a week after that call. Have sent screenshots of mistakes and still no response. Guess I'll be handing out late Christmas presents or giving out next year if problem is ever resolved. Can't say I won't deal with them again but will say I'll definitely be hesitant.

Scammers!

Please do not but from this company. They are scammers! They get you to buy something at a cheap price, which they make you pay, before they charge for shipping separately which is more than the item! It also takes forever to come. I ordered my gifts middle of November and now the tracking number says they will not arrive until dec 28th. Which does me no good since it is after Christmas. Now I am trying to find other gifts. They will not respond to my emails and the phone number on the website does not work. Do not order!

Ruined Christmas!

I have purchased at Groupon from printerpix and never received my order from them. I have tried numerous times to get ahold of them and been on hold for hours and no response to my emails.
I placed my order December 1st.
I will now have to go out shopping to purchase new gifts when I thought I was done buying!
I am out $100 until I get ahold of someone to get me a refund! I will be contacting my bank next week to get refunded and I already contacted Groupon...

Impossible to get a hold of. Ordered my blankets over a month ago. Have yet to speak to a representative. Have waited on hold for literally hours. I have sent countless emails. I feel it is now hopeless. Don't make the same mistake I did. Do not give them your business

If there is No Star, I will happy to mark in this company. I ordered 2 magic mugs in Dec 6 and it's still in production as of today Dec 21. Stay away from this company. Groupon, please take this company out of your list! Scam Printerpix company!

Horrible! Difficult site to use for multiple reasons, poor customer service and misleading information. Said at checkout that my Christmas cards that I ordered a month before Christmas would be delivered by then... still no Christmas cards (basic with only one picture) and set to deliver on the 27th! I've reached out multiple times and no response. DO NOT USE!
Update/ I sent yet another email and not their mailbox is full and can not be accepted! What in the world?!

Worst don't buy

I thought I had gotten a deal from Groupon but turned to be the worst thing ever! I ordered 1.5 months ago a custom mink blanket for my mother, with plenty of time before the holidays I thought I was fine. I have called nonstop for the past 8 days for a status update. And according to Derrick Fernandez the only agent who works there with different voices said I would get an email in 24 hours. 48 hours later I call again only to be told by Fabia that I would get a personal val by her at the end of the day with an update. 24 hours later no sign so I call and again Derrick Fernandez states he's the supervisor and assures me that I would get my tracking from DHL before Tuesday! 24 hours later no email no call. I call and ask for the Florida number since their call center is located in India! No number and now I'm on the phone with Clinton who is the superior supervisor for the million and one derick fernenadez he assures me that by Friday I should have a tracking number and to trust that I would have my item! I'm reporting this company to the BBB and filing a complaint with Groupon and disputing the charges to my card! I'm currently 1hour 48 minutes into a call with them!

So I placed my order for Christmas on 12/3. Their site says if you order by 12/12, you will get your order in time for Christmas. Well, I haven't received it, chat said I should have it by now ( chatted at least 4 times with them). They said they escalated my issue and assured me that it was shipping. It has not shipped, they have taken down the chat feature and will not answer the phone.

They could have been honest and given me time to get other gifts but now I have to scramble.

Do not order from this place is honesty and customer service is important to yiut I have to call my CC company and dispute the charges now.

I had trouble making my blankets, and I had to ship them separately. One week before Christmas I chatted with Syed and she promised that my order with be in my hands by Christmas, I have received one. I ordered 4. Now I don't have anything to give my family for Christmas, I finally got tracking numbers today. I won't have what I ordered until Wednesday the day after Christmas, It will be my goal to make sure that anyone I know will never use this company..

I purchase order over 3 weeks ago and nothing has shipped 11/30/18. I have tried chatting with the same generic answers each time. I tried to call the customer service number and it said its not in order. I will never order from this place and I have received the same customer service from Groupon as well. I am very disappointed in Groupon for not vetting companys better.

Out of 25 cards ordered they sent me one! Called two times to rectify the order and was on hold for over 30 mins! Horrible customer service. My original order was places on November 23rd... it is now Dec 21 and I still have not received my order. Take your business elsewhere!

I found the process fairly straight forward from the website to delivery - you are kept informed at every stage. I was worried my order would not be ready in time, due to the Christmas rush, but George Smith was able to expedite my order and it arrived in time to give as gifts. The finished product exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Printerpix highly.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST

I purchased something over 3 weeks ago and still have not received my item. I contacted them via email and just received a generic response. I tried the live chat and they just exited the chat when I asked where my order was. I tried calling and no one picks up a damn phone! This is a waste of money and now I have scramble and find something as a replacement present. Very disappointing!
