I placed an order on October 6th for six books for Christmas. Here it is December 27th and I have yet to receive anything. For phone calls, all of which you have to wait on hold for at least an hour to speak to someone, or guarantees the books have been printed and are in the process of being shipped and I still have NOTHING! When you call they will tell you that your order has been expedited and is printed it will all be lies. Christmas gifts ordered almost 12 weeks before Christmas have yet to arrive and I doubt I ever will.
I ordered 2 mink touch blankets as Christmas gifts before I read all of the horrible reviews from this company. I immediately got nervous that I had wasted my money because I didn't see a single good review... Here's the kicker when I received the blankets I was floored OMG they were so BEAUTIFUL I had to leave a review and I did get my coupon off of Groupon and shipping was 15.99 but I swear it was worth it! It took about 2 1/2 weeks it was right on time everyone loves them if I could give them10 stars I would! VERY SATISFIED
When I bought this, it said that because of the holidays, it could take up to 12 days to make and ship my item unless I paid more for shipping. Because of that, I paid almost $40 for 2 day shipping and according to your site, my item still isn't finished being made and it's been over a week. I needed that item by this Friday and I dont see that happening. I'm very disappointed. I made someone else the exact same blanket but used a different website and it's been 2 days and it has already shipped. I can not get anyone to call or email me.
I will never buy from here again. Collage.com is way faster and more professional!
Purchased a voucher through Groupon.
1. Printerpix would not honor the full value of the voucher
2. Printerpix overcharged me for the price of the product
3. Printerpix failed to deliver the product within the timespan provided (12 business days) even after charging $15.99 for shipping. In fact, 15 days later it has not arrived.
Customer support is a complete nightmare. Emails and support tickets were completely ignored. Online chat support took an HOUR to connect to one person, who was very hostile.
I placed my order 12/18/2018 and paid $30 to receive it in two days, it has been eight days now and I still have not received it. I tried sending a message to the email they have on their website but apparently their mail is full, therefore they can't receive any new mail. I was able to send a message to a different email that I found when I was reading their horrible reviews and they never responded. I called the number on their website, I was on hold for thirty minutes with no response. I then submitted a message and was able to chat with someone online. I was told I would be refunded half of what I paid which in my opinion is unfair due to I wanted to receive it in two days, that is why I paid $30. That was supposed to be a Christmas gift. On top of everything the person that assisted me had the audacity to ask me to leave a five star review... really? I should have done my research first before ordering from PrinterPix. I will never order from this website nor will I recommend it to anyone.
Placed my order on December 1st and still have not received my package. Called them on December 22nd and they promised I would receive it on the 24th. LIARS
Now I wonder if my order will be as messed up as their customer service. Never again!
Did NOT be sucked in by their 80% off or Groupons! They say they ship in 12 business days but I ordered 12/2 and never received my item yet and it's the 25th. I called the 20th and they assured me it would be here on time. LIARS! Horrible business!
I ordered a book! Their ad pushed and pushed so I fell for it. I ordered 20 days ahead of Chistmas and it sat 50%ready for 10days! It was mailed out Dec 24th.So I thought ok, a New Years gift. Tracking said it will arrive JANUARY 2ND! NEVER AGAIN!
I was looking for an option for personalized cards when I came across a Groupon deal for 45 cards for $9.99, so I went for it! I should've known there'd be trouble when I entered the voucher onto PrinterPix, and it kept showing an Oops message. Eventually it appeared it went through, so I continued to create my card. Originally I remember my order showing 45 prints, and everything looked good so I went through with the order. I paid $5.99 in shipping. It then took almost a month for order the arrive (seems ridiculous for the cost of shipping). Imagine my surprise when the order finally came and I had not 45, but 1 card. Who the f only orders one card, and pays $5.99 to have it ordered!? Noone. This didn't come until Dec. 17, so even if they did respond quickly I wouldn't have received the rest of the order in time to send out all of my cards before Christmas. I emailed then via the contact form, and didn't hear from them, so I followed up. Nothing! I thought maybe the Groupon didn't go through, but when I tried to enter it, it shows already used. Ok then Printerpix, where are my 44 other prints!?
HORRIBLE COMPANY. RUINED CHRISTMAS. I'd give negative stars if there was an option! Instead of unwrapping gifts with my family on Christmas, I'm writing this review to warn others to stay away from this company. We ordered 3 photo books on December 10th. Their cutoff day for getting the books before Christmas was December 12th. We were 2 days early. We even called customer service 4 days before Christmas and the representative re-guaranteed that it would get to us on time. Guess what... The books didn't show up in time. Please DO NOT use printerpix.com. There are many others to choose from that will actually fulfill their promise to get it to you in time. This company needs to go out of business and quit scamming customers.: (
I paid $64 extra in shipping to have my order delivered by Christmas. I still don't have it and it's been 11 days. I've tried calling their customer support number but no one picks up. I've emailed them twice with no response.
Ordered a photo blanket almost a month ago as a gift for someone and still not here. I called customer service and after being on hold for 48 minutes I had a two minute rushed conversation with someone who assured me my blanket would be in two days. I got an email two days later that my blanket was now delayed after I was assured by their customer service line that it will absolutely be shipped and here on time. I sent an email to their contact and received an auto email back that their mailbox is full and to try to email them at a later time when their mailbox isn't full. After the email I called again since the blanket was a gift and was on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes until I finally hung up. This company has horrible customer service and is a joke. There are so many other websites to order things from, DO NOT order from here.

I ordered mugs for a Christmas present on November 24th. Per their website orders are made in 5 days then shipped. Well today is Christmas eve, one mon later, and my order still isn't even done being made. I have contacted them any times and each time get the same answer "I'll escalate this issue for you" but nothing is ever done! I'm so upset and will NEVER be using this service again.
This is a ridiculously bad company! My order is three weeks overdue, they overcharged me, and their customer service is the worst I've ever seen. I think the Chat Help must take a smoke break between comments. It takes a minimum of 5 minutes between comments. It also takes 45 minutes to get someone on the phone and then they seem incompetent. DO NOT use this company!
I purchased 7 photo books vouchers directly from Printerpix via Facebook. First, there was no instructions on how to create the photo book and it took hours to be able to fully understand their process. I had to go back to the beginning numerous times a start over as I learned how to better create the photo pages by trial and error. Called for help in placing the order as the instructions were so poor I couldn't complete it. Their representative's accent was so strong I couldn't understand a word she said. After nunerous repeats I got what I thought was an answer which turned out to be wrong. I finally placed my order (remember I had 7 photo books!) after I figured it out myself. Hours lost! My real complaint is that I will not receive the books by Christmas. I've called at least a dozen times. Got hung up on after waiting 45-50 minutes 7 times. The times I got to talk with someone there was no sincerity and no answers to when they could ship. Again their accents were too strong for a conversation. I actually said I would pay for overnight shipping to guarantee delivery by Christmas. They said it wasn't necessary as I would receive all 7 books on time. Today is Christmas Eve and no photo books. I got 7 separate emails indicating that they have been shipped. The tracking says they are still in Florida waiting for the USPS to pick them up. That's been 8 days. I've emailed them with detailed complaints and all I got back was a boiler plated letter that didn't address one single issue of my concerns. Then their email mailbox got full and was never emptied for days. I stopped trying. Bottom line- the Grinch finally stole my Christmas and unlike the movie my family won't have a Merry Christmas of the like that I had planned. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
Horrible company to deal with. I bought this Groupon November 17 and immediately made my blankets for Christmas. Read the fine print for the shipping time. It's now December 24th and I still don't have my item. There is zero customer support so you'll get no help from them.
Pay more and go with a reputable company, you'll be much happier.

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
