I ordered a collage blanket off Groupon. I couldn't get project finished because the website is terrible! I finally got someone to help complete it and spent $35 ( keep in mind the blanket was only $9.99 on Groupon) to receive it before Christmas. Well today is the 28th and still no package. I called and Maaz was so very helpful. He was able to locate my package. It is not getting delivered until today but Maaz was able to compensate me for paying for shipping that did not happen. Maaz informed be that the deadline to receive items was December 14th. I placed by order on the 18th but would not have paid additional charge had I been aware of this date. I think the website should not have an option for "by Christmas" delivery if the deadline has passed! Thank you Maaz for understanding my disappointment. Now we'll see how the rest turns out. Fingers crossed! FYI my 5 star rating is only for my great customer service.
I needed an update on my orders so I used the chat feature. Sradha helped me get my orders out the door and fixed a mistake where I didn't order all the calendars in my voucher. Customer service was the best I've had in ages. Can't wait to see the final product.
Not sure I will order from this site again. It was not as I expected. The cards were done very well, but the process took too much of my time.

Creating the photobook online was a great experience, but the 60% discount from SAVE2018 code originally applied to my bill was completely incorrect (only discounted about 30% for some reason). After some back and forth with Vivek. R through the chat function on its site (no one picked up on the customer service line), Vivek was able to confirm they will be refunding the difference to honor the discount. Still waiting for the refund so will update this post/review if this doesn't turn out to be true.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A NIGHTMARE, PLUS YOU MIGHT NOT EVER RECEIVED THE PROJECT YOU CREATED. I created a book at the beginning of Nov for a Christmas gift through Groupon. They said it was shipped on 11-18-******* and they sent me the wrong book. They tried to tell me they could not put a rush on it and then finally said they would get it to me by Christmas. It still isn't here. They will not respond to my emails and if you call you have to wait on the line at least 30-45 min. Their site was glitchy and I spent 20 hours on the project trying to get it finished, plus with follow up phone calls and emails. I created another book for Christmas as well because I purchased the Groupon to make these books as Christmas presents. I have not received that book either. I cannot get anyone to respond to my emails.
I have used Printerpix in the past, but never again. I ordered a 40 page book & created a "This is my Life" story for my grandson who just turned 18 for Christmas. I submitted the order Dec. 7. Plenty of time to get it by Christmas. By the 22, I was getting worried & called. Was reassured that "we have a Promise on our website that you will get it by Christmas if submitted before the 14th, so don't worry, it Will be there". It wasn't. On the tracking site it showed it has arrived. I called on the 27, still no book, and was told their tracker takes 24 hours to update & they can't help me. Asked for a supervisor, nothing. Unbelievable! If I could rate negative stars, I would!
Vivek was very helpful and got me the tracking information I needed in a timely fashion after struggling to get an answer via email for a few days.
Printerpix was terrible, but the customer service rep by the name of Yousuf Aman, really made it so much better. I had so many issues placing an order that i was DONE with this company, until Yousuf Aman helped me place my order and was so very nice about it. Thank you Yousuf Aman- if there is any reason for me to use Printerpix in the future, you are the reason why. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REP EVER- give this guy a raise :)
Was not happy with poor lack of helping me get my blanket Umesh helped me get my blanket ordered and shipped that should have been here for christmas.
Mas)This is the worst place in 20 years that I have purchased cards from. The website is awful, it would not accept my groupon and my christmas cards took a month to be delivered. (they arrived after christmas)
Haroon was helpful and resolved my order situation. I was not very happy with my purchase experience, but he made it less irritating by getting the rest of my order placed.
Not only am I not satisfied but I am disgusted by this company and it's practices! Not only do they rip you off with the outrageous shipping charges but they rip you off with their products! The dog blankets are NOTHING like the pictures! It is definitely false advertisement. The small 'blankets' are the size of a dish towel and so thin they look like they are falling apart! On top of this they rip you off with the shipping charges. They charged me $16.99 to ship these rags!
It has been two months since I ordered my product it was supposed to be an Xmas present that clearly didn't happen. If you call it takes 25+ minutes to get someone and if they can't answer your questions they hang up... It's a joke this is the worst experience I have ever had with any company.
I ordered a groupon, placed my xmas card order and they sent me ONE card! Then they said it was my fault! They tried to charge me shipping ship me the other 39 cards! I am in the middle of trying to get a credit with Groupon for this horrible horrible company.
My experience with Umesh was excellent. He provided me with the information and direct links to the information I was needing.

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
