What a joke! Ordered on Dec. 2 and waited 30 days to receive my two canvases. I emailed customer service on Dec. 12 to check on status of my order to be told that it was "awaiting dispatch" and that I would get an email confirmation once it's ready to ship. I never heard another word from them so I tried to call them on Dec. 21 with no luck, no one would answer the phone. I emailed them that same day to then be told it was shipped. I waited 12 days to receive the package. I am not impressed with their customer service or the long wait. I was counting on the canvases for Christmas gifts. I received them today, Jan. 2(one month from the date I ordered them) and not happy with them at all. One of the canvases has a smudge on my son's face and the wrapping on both are horrible! They were bubbled up in the sides. So disappointed! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Li ho contattati anche tramite live chat ma quasi nessuno è riuscito a fornirmi spiegazioni e finivano per abbandonare la chat. Ordered a picture book of my daughter who passed away in July for my other daughter. Paid for it, noticed you could not add pictures to the order, then found out through an e-mail after I sent an e-mail to them that I would receive and e-mail voucher to then create the book. Well the voucher was incorrect or was it correct because at the pay screen it would not let me submit the order I had already paid for from the start without a credit card. I e-mailed customer service asking them to refund my credit card due to the voucher issue, never heard back from them. Stay away from this will rip you off company!
I called 4 different times and was told my order would be here by December 24th today is January 1st and it still hasn't even shipped. The email/chat support is a joke. Both times I tried I got a generic email back that didn't even answer my question. The first order I did barely made it here by Christmas and the "blanket" if you could call it that barely fits a toddler. I'll never use printerpix again.
I ordered a teddy bear December 3rd for a little girl who lost her mother with her mother's picture on it. I was assured it would arrive before Christmas. Today is January 1st I have left four different emails asking where my item is and no one as yet replied to any of them. They took my money but I have received nothing. This is the worst company ever. Christmas was basically ruined because I didn't have that bear for her. Had I known I wasn't going to have it I would have ordered it somewhere else. They're shipping prices are completely outrageous and its price gouging. The shipping is approximately 10 times what it would be to ship the actual item it seems like. I'm going to report them to the better business bureau and I'm going to have to dispute the charges since I paid for something that I have never received and can't get any correspondence from the company after multiple emails. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company and go with a legitimate honest company. And this is the first negative review I've ever left in my life because I usually give people the benefit of the doubt however this is Ludacris and I don't want this to happen to anyone else.
Stay AWAY from PrinterPix! I ordered four of their mugs on December 6. They said to order by December 12 to receive it by Christmas. When I saw that the order was still at 50% completion for weeks, I chatted with them and asked what was going on. They said that it is wrong and my order is actually almost ready. I told them that it said that I would receive it by Christmas. The representative then said that it takes 15 business days for it at least to arrive, not including weekends. I said that their website gave false advertising then. He assured me that he would make sure my order got moved up in the line. As of now, December 31, the package has still not arrived. I tried to contact PrinterPix, but could not get a hold of anyone. Their lie about it arriving before Christmas is false, as well as it arriving in 15 days!
They sent wrong blanket. Then waited a few weeks and received my blanket and images had large gray blocks in them. Would not send out replacement.

Beginning of November I ordered a picture, a month later someone else's photo was sent to me. I call and get lines of crap fed to me. They wanted me to do work before they would fix the issue. It has been 3 weeks Thanksgiving has come and gone and now Christmas is over and I still do not have my picture. Just a bunch of B. S. emails of them acting like they care.
I was trying to get information on my order and i contacted printerpix chat and i was helped by a wonderful representative named John Joseph. Who was able to provide me with all my answers.
I have bought photo calendars from Shutterfly in the past. Should have stuck with them. First, the photo paper they use is garbage. Then they save pages by printing on both sides. Nowhere did it say that the 8x11 calendar would not be 8x11 photos. Rather, it's 5x8 photos, and the entire calendar size is 8x11.
Delivery was slow, but that's a small part of the complaint. The quality is terrible.
My Christmas gifts weren't here on time like they were suppose to be. $50 in shipping for three blankets and they weren't even here on time! Good luck with customer service, they are awful!
I placed an order for 3 items. I received 2 of the 3 items and a random item. I have contacted the company by phone, but after being on hold for 10+ minutes I decided to do the chat. They told me they couldn't help and I needed to email. It's been over a week and I have not received an actual reply. Just one saying they received my request, one stating they were receiving high than normal amounts of emails (not surprised), and a third asking for a rating on how my issue was handled. Would NEVER order from them again.
The worse company to deal with ever. Their website was slow & not user-friendly! I reported them to Groupon to not promote this company. I ordered early December & my blankets wont arrive until mid-January. I sent an email to their customer supprt with no response. When I finally did reach someone after being on hold for 45 mins, they tell you you'll get it by Christmas but they lied. They must train their workers to lie to you because that's what you want to hear. I ordered 1 blanket from Collage.com on 12/17 & got the blanket by 12/24. I guess it doesn't pay to save a few bucks. I will never work with PrinterePix again
I ordered a photo blanket for my father for Christmas. The one I received was different from what I ordered. It had two pics repeated. I was a bit nervous about contacting the company to have it corrected, but it was a very easier and painless process!
Your girl Clemenca A was awesome! I've tried sending pictures, texts and calling( staying on the line for up to 45 minutes). She was the only one that would help me. You should have more people like her working your phone lines.
Really shocking, i ordered 3 vouchers from them from an email they sent me. I went to place an order and can only ship 1 item at a time. Cannot use multiple... seems a bit of a scam to make you pay postage

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
