I am not sure how to properly send a review. PLEASE send this on so it is posted. I have had difficulty with my orders BUT Maria is FANTASTIC! I have talked with her 1/2/19 & 1/6/19. She went over and beyond (I feel) to get my order sent correctly. Her customer service was perfect and has the patience of a Saint! Also, very very personable. I also did talk with Jason, also, on 1/6/19 and he was very patient. Thank You for these two employees! They deserve a payraise! Many Thankx!
I wish I would have paid attention to the ratings prior to making my purchase through Groupon. Composing your project on their website is terrible, it won't let you upload new pictures and then when you get to the last picture it will not add. Shipping is outrageous! DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
I had a live chat with Haroon who was helping me with my order. He was very patient with me and answered my question. He made sure I understood my concerns, I thought I made a mistake on how I ordered it. He reassured me that I ordered it correctly. I am looking forward to seeing the photo blankets for my grandchildren.
I had a very negative experience with PrinterPix involving a Groupon voucher and Magic Mugs. After much back and forth, however, John Joseph gave me excellent service and got my issue resolved. He is truly the only reason that I have not "snapped" throughout this entire process. Printerpix, keep excellent, service-oriented employees like John Joseph around please!

WE CALLED AFTER PLACING THIS ORDER NOTICING THERE WERE DUPLICATE PICTURES... WE WERE TOLLED THAT THE DUPLICATE PICTURES WOULD BE CORRECTED BUT WERE NOT, HOWEVER WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PROUDUCT!
I placed an order for the holidays did not receive any information about my Order no shipping update absolutely nothing! This was supposed to be a gift for my father & I am highly disappointed with the customer service of this horrific company! And I am not exaggerating, its been over a month I've been calling non stop on both numbers provided on the website (which states BTW that a representative will contact me in 2 days which indeed is a lie!) and I've sent multiple emails. Still no answer! The phone stays ringing for over 30 minutes with no answer and the phone eventually hangs up. I WILL NOT ORDER HERE AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND DEF A SCAM! At this point I will cancel my card and get my refund through my bank. Do not make the same mistake I did and order from here! Needless to stay I will never receive this package.
I would have rated this company much lower due to my issues with my order - I used a Groupon for my order of two 50"x60" blankets and paid nearly twice as much as the cost of the items to have it delivered before Christmas - it arrived 3 days after Christmas and only had one blanket. The website is no help - you can't see any details of your order or shipping/tracking details. You don't get an invoice. After sending several emails and getting no response for several weeks other than a robo-ticket number assignment, live chat with the friendly and helpful Yousuf Aman is the only thing that salvaged this Printerpix's review for me. Live chat is definitely the way to go for a solution to your problems! Sradha helped me figure out the issue with my order (why only one came) and Yousuf Aman was quick to provide a satisfying solution. I didn't get my gifts by Christmas but now I will atleast get both of them and from the one that already came I know that the items are really nice quality items (once they come.) I got the deluxe plush and the pictures are very nice. It is soft. It is not at all he heavy though - this is decorative only. So... In summary - the Good: Nice quality items (for display/gift). Helpful live chat support. Once you get the right person, things resolve quickly. Bad: No details on orders. It may not arrive in date range on rush orders you pay (horribly) extra for. You have no way of getting details on what happened yourself. Ugly: emailing support gets you nowhere. It will take a time investment to resolve any issues (over an hour on live chat). Voucher through Groupon didn't work properly on website and there's no way to know until too late.
I placed my order on time for Christmas; the product still hasn't arrived. I have contacted Live Chat and Customer Service and they continue to give me the run around regarding when the product would ship.
Needless to say the gift didn't make Christmas and won't be making 3 Kings Day either.
Contacted them 4 times and was advised it would be escalated and it was the same thing.
Waited on hold 3 times for a Supervisor and each time there was an excuse why one couldn't get on the phone.
Praying that if it ever does arrive at least it's good quality.

When I first started my photo book on November 26th things were going fine except for a few saving glitches. By Dec 9, I could no longer upload pictures to my project. It has been that way ever since. I have called 4 times and sat on hold for 25 minutes every time. Then I have to re explain the issue over and over again. Chatted at least 6 times and emailed 5 or 6. They say they have escalated it to their tech team, and to give them 24 or 48 hours. It has been weeks and I still can't get the program to work. I purchased this through groupon. I'm going to ask for my money back and tell them not to support this company's horrible customer service.

Do NOT use this company! Tried for weeks to get a couple of photo books using vouchers from the website that I paid for but it never takes off the discount; when I speak to them on live chat they tell me to try in a couple of hours as they've fixed the problem but I think it's just to get rid of me as it never works. Don't waste your money and time with them, go elsewhere!
I have been on hold for 25 minutes so far and I haven't talked to a single person yet. I purchased on groupon and the website will not take the amount off of what I already paid. This is very frustrating since I don't want to pay twice what the stated price was. :( I wish I would have looked at the reviews before purchasing the items. I guess this is how they make their money instead of actually providing the service they advertise.
I ordered a blanket for my mom, and for my dad for Christmas each were different. They sent me two of the one blanket. Never sent me the other blanket. I called multiple times sat on hold for 30 minutes each. I've sent emails no response I don't think I'm ever going to hear from them or get my blanket. Never again.
Thought I found a great deal via Groupon, until the shipping was twice the price of each item! Fine. Made my blankets and ordered on Dec. 10th. Arrived today, Jan. 3. Too late for Christmas. And the blankets are the size of baby blankets. One is so crooked the images are cut off in the corner. Classic case of getting what you pay for! I will NEVER use this company again!
Website and uploading very user unfriendly, took 5 days just to upload photos for a photo book due to their server constantly stalling and giving error msg. Then designing on their website was a nightmare. I could have done it faster and better with a glue stick, kiddy scissors, and construction paper. Ordered the books 12/13 and still no word from customer service on when they will even be ready to ship.
I had trouble with an order I placed for a group of 3 metal prints - only 1 out of the 3 images correctly uploaded to my order.
When I used the chat line to make the correction, Yousuf Aman helped to cancel my incorrect order, and got a new one placed right away. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made sure to follow-up with all of the details.
I can't wait to see how the photos turn out, thanks again!
I originally had a different person I was talking to but he went off line. John took over I tolad him my request and what I needed and he accommodate my request very fast

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
