So, I placed an order for Christmas and added expedited shipping for an additional fee of 37.00. Received the incorrect item, couldn't get anyone on the phone. Emailed the company and never heard from them. I posted a review and they commented, pretending to be concerned. Asked me to send them my info, I guess so readers could see that they responded. Sent the information and have not heard anything else from them. They are scam artists! I've also contacted the BBB. Please dont order from this company.
Purchased a black Friday "voucher" for 20 11x8 calendars. Went to create calendars and had to use the vouchers in 2 different orders (for 2 different shipping costs). I put 1 for quantity of a 10-pack and spent $40 for overnight delivery (x2 for the total of 20 calendars). 3 weeks later, I received 1 calendar in the mail... 1... out of the 19 (2 10-packs) for over $80 in shipping and $175.00 in costs... for 1 calendar... Talking to customer service you realize you are not speaking to Americana's and they are ultimately out to steal your money. Avoid, contact the BBB and put this company out of business. Nothing but frauds!
My "plush" blanket will serve to no more purpose than a wall hanging. Seriously disappointed. The main part od the "blanket" looks great but it is paper thin. Not plush at all.
Placed an order on December 3rd, more than a week before of the "cut-off" to get it before Christmas. There was no updates online. Agents at the call center don't even look into your order and start talking, also very rude. On the chat and email they promised the order was going to be delivered as promised, before Christmas. Today is Friday 10th of January 2019. No updates online, nothing was shipped or delivered. Better try a different company like personalization mall, never had an issue with them.
I ordered Christmas photo cards on Dec 12th and finally received them on Jan 2nd (2 weeks in production and 1 week shipping). I submitted multiple inquiries to the contact us link and only got generic replies saying they are very busy this time of year and maybe these links below will answer your questions. The cards were beautiful, but make sure to order in plenty of tiime!
I ordered this on Nov 25th 2018, 3 pics through groupon, two weeks later received someone Else's pictures, cut off in customer service chat, several phone chats and emails and it is now January 10th and nothing in site, STAY FAR AWAY.
I ordered on December 20th. It's January 9th and I've received nothing. I had a Groupon for 25 cards. Apparently you have to TELL THEM you want 25, otherwise they'll just send you one. Then when you complain, they'll ignore you forever till you repeatedly contact them and THEN they'll tell you if you want the rest, you'll need to pay shipping again. You might also get an "I'm sorry, this isn't how we like to do business." YET THEY STILL WON'T REFUND SHIPPING COSTS. Why would anyone use a Groupon for one card? Why would anyone willingly pay $5 shipping for one card? Run far away. They should be called PrinterScam.
I wish I can give them -10. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They charged me top dollars for BAD quality blankets (if they can call those blankets).
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Placed an order on 12/5 and was guaranteed it would be here by Christmas. On 12/21 it was still not here. Called the company and waited for over an hour to talk to someone before I used the live chat option. They assured me my items were being shipped and would be here by Christmas. Christmas came and went and my gifts were not here. On 12/29 I received half of my order. I called again to see where the other half of my order was and was told it was being shipped and would arrive shortly. It is now 1/9/19 and I still have not received the other half of my order. This is the worst company ever. They shouldn't even be in business.

Put my order in on Dec. 7 2018. It now Jan. 9 2019. Still have not received my order. Contacted customer service so many times lost count. Just say going to escalate it and it be shipped shortly. Never again
I ordered a few calendars for Christmas and I understand the holiday delay but it took over 2 weeks after Christmas to get them, being a total of 3 1/2 weeks after I placed the order! After I finally got them, i was so disappointed. I can't believe how much time and money I spent on these cheap quality calendars. Flimsy paper, loose binding, and horrible layout. You have to flip the calendar half way through the year. I feel like this Quality is the equivalent to one a dollar store.
I ordered a few other calendars in collage.com and wish I would've done them all on that site. Way better quality for almost half the price.
Customer service is based out of India and hardly speaks English. They have no idea what is going on with any of the items that have been ordered here in the US. Do not order from this company. They do crap work on your order and promise they will send you a new item which they do not.
First picture I received had a fadded white streak through it. They said they would issue a new one, I waited a couple weeks and they said It should be there in week now I called back and they said it was delivered 2 weeks ago. Customer service has hung up on me and is giving me the run around. #worst Groupon buy ever
Processed at lastI had disasterous service from Printerpix until manika assisted me when 3 others had failed! Now my orrder will be processed at LAST!
If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I placed an order for 100 Photo cards for Christmas on 12/14/18. I had a Printer Pix Coupon for 100 photo cards that I paid for on 12/14. I guess I was supposed to "change" the quantity on my order because they said I only ordered 1 card so that is what finally came today (Jan 7th!) I have been in touch with them for 2 weeks trying to find out how it can take over 2 weeks for a package to go from Florida to South Carolina! Little did I know that I was only going to receive 1 card! I contacted Customer Service today to ask for a refund! They told me that it was my fault and would not give me a refund. So I paid $29.00 for 1 bent up card! They offered to ship my other 99 cards for a shipping and handling fee! NO WAY! I was not giving them another penny. Plus have it take another 3 weeks! DO NOT BUY from this company ever!
This company has the worst, WORST, response team. I have yet to see my mugs I ordered 30 days ago. Placed on dec3 and yet to get a answer back. Was told by offshore india rep that it would be expedited and sent ASAP. Yeah, sure. It's January 7th! AND! SHIPPING COST! I orderd 10 more mugs dec13th and those came Jan 4th. All in 1 big box. At a cost of $6.95 per mug. OMG! You can surely pro-rate the shipping cost. That's where they get you, when you're done with your project and then see the astronomical shipping cost and you eat it cause its for Xmas gits... that don't arrive. ARGH! Not sure if a Sorry voucher would even lessen the pain. GRRR~!
I order 5 magic mugs and one latte mug on deck 18th. The 5 magic mugs arrive on January 5th, yet they are all chipped. One was even cracked. Theagicugs I ordered a year ago were great. However theugs I got this time don't even have the coating outside like what I got from last year. The quality is not comparable. My latte mug is still being prepared for production. Can't get the customer service to respond me.
Placed my order on Dec 14. I still have not received my item. I have emailed them several times but received an email 2 weeks later. With a crappy apology. I called and they said it will be shipped soon but still nothing.

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
