I ordered a magic latte mug and when it arrived the paint on the mug was chipped in several different spots. I was super upset but they were able to help me and they were able to resolve the issue and send me a new mug. The online chat was super helpful.

I used groupon for the first time and got screwed by PrinterPix. My order was for 100 personalized cards x 2 so I made New Year's cards since I knew Christmas cards wouldn't make it in time. I recieved 1 card x 2 after paying 9.99 for shipping. After emails with no real action, I called and was told to pay 9.99 x 2 then go recreate cards. Um, it will be February or March before I would get my New Year's cards, if I get them. The 2 cards I got were so cute, but I got 2. One for me, one for my husband and I paid $60.

I'll start by saying I have made 5 photobooks in the past through Printerpix; I love the services this company provides, but lately I am extremely disappointed and turned off by the service I have received. I have felt very demeaned and as though my intelligence has been insulted due to Printerpix. They have all but refused to help fix the problem I have been having for a month now.

I have an open Printerpix order and I have been having a few problems with the photo uploader. Lately they have been having a problem with the uploader, but I have called and emailed quite a few times since early December to no avail. Every time I contacted the customer service department to check how I can get the issue fixed I get the same response: "restart your computer," "clear your browser history/cookies," "use Google Chrome," "use a desktop computer," or "wait 24 hours." Obviously I already tried these solutions and none of these solutions work and I am tired of my intelligence being insulted. None of these solutions work, otherwise I wouldn't be calling to get it fixed.

More recently, I have called 5 times since Friday. Each time you say that the upload servers are down and I need to wait 24 to 48 hours and you "promise" it will work again. It doesn't. This solution is entertaining because your entire business relies on uploading pictures. If the uploader hasn't worked for the last week this seems like it would be a huge issue.

Do not use this company. They produce great results, however there are many other companies that do the same thing that have much better service.

NO STARS IF I COULD

I will NEVER use this company again. I ordered a blanket for my parents on 12/26. I didn't receive an email that it was shipped unitl 1/11/19. So I was tracking it for 5 days and it didn't move for 5 days. I called DHL and they kept referring me back to printerpix. Printerpix continued to lie as each week went by saying they "promised by the end of the week." Well unfortunately for them I did speak to DHL this morning who informed me they used 3 vendors (cheapest way to ship) and it couldn't get there before the 23rd. I was blocked from speaking to a supervisor and then given a measley refund which will take another 5-10 days. TAKE MY ADVISE FOLKS- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY SUCK! END OF STORY

Update: After posting this review I got a response from PrinterPix. They apologized for my earlier experience and let me know that they had shipped the still needing to be reprinted mug. Unfortunately for them, they also included the shipping and tracking information. I decided to look it up and see when I should be expecting last month's Christmas gift to arrive. 10 days. This is their so-called "expedited" shipped which was promised to me at the time I first complained and reordered. This is the definition of poor customer service. Lots of empty promises, and apologies and excuses that move faster than the shipping ever will. Good-bye PrinterPix. You will not be missed.

Short story: barely-there customer service, horrible production time, delivery time stinks, product is great if done right, but it has a good chance of not being done as it should. After 5 weeks of struggle, no resolution in sight. Now for the details.
Starting out with the good: I ordered 2 magic mugs through a Groupon. The online software design was a little confusing to use at first but, in the end, I was able to figure it out and it had almost everything I needed to make the project what I wanted. When delivery came, one of the mugs was great. It worked as advertised and looked just like I wanted it to. However...
The bad: I ordered the 2 mugs on December 4th. The website stated that any orders made prior to Dec 12 would arrive in time for Christmas. As Christmas drew closer and I had no sign of progress (the tracking tool on the website is very uninformative) I began to panic. Calling the company gave me no level of assurance that the mugs would arrived as advertised. I was told that "they are in production" or "they have been shipped" but no more details and the tracking devices used provided no real helpful information. They did finally arrive on Dec 24th. Whew! Just in time! Oops. I spoke too soon. One of the mugs was great. Just like I had hoped it would be. The other one was not. The entire bottom half of the mug was printed in black and did not reveal the design as I had ordered. Not the Christmas gift I had hoped. Shift to plan B. Call the company and order a replacement to use for a January birthday gift. On December 24th I contacted PrinterPix again and explained the problem. I used the online complaint reporting mechanism and uploaded pictures as evidence. Getting no response or acknowledgement, I made a phone call on December 26th to follow up. The rep was very friendly and told me that he would "escalate" the problem to the managers and that he would "expedite" shipping, assuring me that the product would get here by the January 10th date, as requested. I still have not heard from the company. I have called twice to try to check on the replacement order and I keep getting the same empty promises. "Your product will be shipped at the earliest" was the live chat comment I received. Not really helpful. Well, here we are on January 10th, and no mug. I can honestly say that the product I ordered, when done right, is great. However, the experiences of very poor service and lack of care undo any positives that might have been present.
I made several calls to the customer service department, throughout this ordeal, with varying levels of unsuccess. Of the half dozen, or so, phone calls I made, none had less than a 25-minute hold time and one was almost a full hour of listening to the recording tell me how important my call was to them. When a rep spoke with me, they were generally polite and seemed to be interested in helping me. It seemed, though, that the help was more lip service than actual assistance. As the terms "escalate" and "expedite" popped up over and over but never seemed to actually affect the outcome. The "delivery in 7-10 business days" has turned into 5+ weeks and still waiting without the promised and paid for product. I do not recommend this company for any reason. The only reason that they get two stars is because they customer service reps I actually spoke with were moderately friendly and I am feeling generous today.

Do not buy from Company

So ordered on 12/20 and paid $60 for rush service. It's now 1/16 and order still hasn't shipped. Spoke to Ali from company, he was rude and kept talking over me. I asked why my order hasn't shipped and he said busy due to holiday. I asked if I could have a refund on rush since it wasn't rushed and was told no. Then he said should ship in next few weeks. Horrible customer service and experience.

Excellent Help

I had an issue with an order, the quantity didn't update properly and I didn't notice until my package arrived. Customer service assured me they could fix it; I would just have to pay for S&H again.

Divya was excellent and efficient in placing the corrected order for me.

I ordered a photo calendar from these folks. Their site for setting up the calendar was a bit clumsy, my sense is it was "par for the course". However, the calendar arrived pretty beat up because I think they ship in badly protected envelopes (i. E., gotta save some dough here). Contacted customer service, no response. Contacted them again. One order # from them wasn't the right one, so jump through hoops and find "the right one". Response is now you have to go to another part of our company to get help. So poor staff are saddled with this penny pinching company's penny pinching business processes, and I'm ticked off writing this review. Don't use 'em.

ALMOST 2 Months!

I cannot say enough about how horrific this experience was. I bought the groupon, went to the site, created the blanket I wanted and purchased it. Sounds easy right? Except I ordered it at the end of November for a Christmas present... then chatted with someone December 23rd, and told them I was getting worried it wasn't going to be here by Christmas. He told me it should still be delivered by Christmas.

Christmas came and went, so I tried calling. Spoke to someone else and they said I should be getting it in 7-10 business days. I told them It was too late and my in laws (who the present was for) went back home (8 Hours away) So they refunded the 20.00 they charge for shipping which in itself is outrageous.

7-10 business days go by and once again NOTHING... So I call AGAIN! This person tells me that its still in processing and not on its way to be shipped like the last two people told me. He tells me he will up the priority, at which point I ask why that wasn't done in the first place... No real response to that. So I tell him I want to speak with a supervisor. He says one will call me back. It is now 9 days later and I still have not heard from anyone.

So it is now January 15th. And It is still in production, I was told it was being shipped immediately twice, promised a call from a supervisor, and I am still NO closer to having the freaking blanket! This has been by far the worst experience of customer service that I have EVER HAD! I BEG YOU DON'T Buy from these people!

I ordered the Magic Mugs on 12/5 hoping they would arrive by Christmas and 6 weeks later the order shows they are still in production. I also started a photobook and when I went back in a few weeks later to finish it, it was not there. The phone number that is listed on the website goes directly to a fax tone, the Live Chat is not a true Live Chat, and when I emailed them about the order their response was that it was in the last stage to get dispatched and would arrive soon, that was 4 weeks ago. I would never order from this company again!

I agree with virtually everyone else on this site when I say "Stay away from this company!". I honestly don't know how it can stay in business with the dismal service it provides. I, too, used a Groupon to order from Printerpix, and I'll spare you with the details except to say that like many other customers I had quantity issues, and ended up having to call (45 min. To 1-1/2 hr. Waits), email (multiple times to even get an understandable response) and live chat (pre-written auto-responses) before I ended up agreeing to send more money for an additional shipment.
Anyway, here it is, the middle of January, and I am still waiting for my Christmas Cards!
This is by far a 1-star or less company. If you notice between the real reviews, there are a few 5-star reviews. I am convinced that these are Printerpix employees giving themselves a good review to boost the company's rating. Notice that there are only comments about what a great employee so-and-so is. "Divya was awsome", "Extremely helpful in solving my problem". What problem? What product? No details, just comments about how wonderful these people are. Don't believe it! I know you have to agree that you are not affiliated with this company to post a review, but I just don't believe that people in the call center in India even care about a legal agreement with SiteJabber. Keep your money and your sanity! Stay away!

Am so mad, I ordered my stuff on 12/14.12/29 I emailed them. No response received an automated email about 4 days later asking how my service was. I emailed them 6 times with no response. I called them on 1/8/19 asking where the heck my order is.The lady on the phone said she will talk to the production manager. She puts my on hold for a good 5 minutes, comes back and says its ready for dispatch and they will expedite it so I get it quick. Her it is 1/15/19 still no email with tracking. I call them and again they tell me its being ready for dispatch. I tell the lady it was supposed to be dispatched last week. All she says is im sorry for the misunderstanding. They still can not tell my when my order will be shipped nothing. Im so mad.

The support team is pretty quick to serve help and answer any questions, however after placing an order you only receive one email confirming the order and that's it. No shipping update or anything ONLY AFTER you request for help. I didn't like that at all.

I ordered 3 photo albums from PrinterPix on 12/12/18. They arrived 1/3/18, later than promised. The package was mostly open. The covers are scratched, dinged, and the photos are dull and dark. I paid extra for high quality paper, but the paper doesn't look or feel like the high quality paper used in an album received from another company. The pics from Shutterfly are bright and high quality. No comparison.

I contacted customer service who said I needed to send an email to receive a replacement voucher. I emailed and received an auto-response saying the would contact in 2 days. I sent another email after 5 days and then 2 more. After 11 days I called customer service again and was told I had to wait for an email response.

Why have a phone center if they cannot assist the customer? Very unhappy with quality of order and with customer service!

The book with black background is the one from Printerpix. The pic doesn't fully give justice to the quality difference, but you can see that the colors are darker and more muted. What doesn't show as much is how much fuzzier the printerpix photos are. Loved my book from Shutterfly and wish I had ordered all from there!

I was in contact with them again by text since I cant get through by phone.

Well... on 1/8 Sage (customer service) by email said to send him my address and he will update my account. On 1/8 i responded with the address this order needs to be changed to.

I got email after my chat session with printerpix on 1/11 (which is the reason i wrote the first review here) saying that my order has shipped... guess where it shipped... Pittsburgh PA NOT the address that was updated on 1/8. So now i have to get someone to pickup the shipment from PA and resend to CA which is an additional expense. AND my order still shows 1 of the 4 at 50%. So does that mean that my order was not complete? And i am going to have to pay AGAIN to have that 1 album picked up from PA and shipped to CA also

This company is the terrible... going through them was the biggest mistake i have ever done.

Now to see how the albums came out which will be a while since its being delivered to PA then shipped again to CA

I will post an update when i receive whatever part of my order they sent to PA

Ordered 4 picture albums (groupon for 3 and one extra) on 11/30. Guaranteed delivery by Christmas. Called on 12/16 for status and was told it was shipping and i would have by Christmas. Called again on 12/21 and was told it was shipping and i would have tracking that day. In between those phone calls, did lots of texting... got nowhere with that. Was told the same thing "In production and will ship soon"

I was having it shipped to PA since that is where i was going to be for Christmas and 2 of the people receiving an album would be there.

Before i left i was on another chat session and said i wanted to change my shipping address since i would be going home and i was told no.

Since i have been home, my "production" dropped to 50% and has stayed there. Multiple emails with no responses then get a few auto generated ones saying we are sorry for the inconvenience, its in production.

Put in a complaint too. Per their guidelines would get a response within 1 day... right... you all know what happened with that.

Finally started getting emails. Got one from "Sage" on 11/31.

I reviewed your account and I noticed that your order is in production and it will get shipped very shortly. However, I am going to escalate this to my production team and higher-ups to work on this as high priority, once the order is shipped we will notify you via email with all the tracking details.

I apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience.

Please contact us if you need any further assistance. We will be glad to assist you. Have a great day!

Well so much for "escalate this to my production team and higher-ups" since its 1/11/19 and my "production" is still at 50%

Tired of no emails and sitting on hold for hours.

Groupon Voucher link was capped by the company to stop people from placing orders before the cut of date. We called them out for this after reviewing the web application. We then were able to place the order. Order was placed on Dec 14 the order as of Jan 13 is only 50% in production and I have been contacting the service support every 2 days and getting different stories to where it is or when I will be getting the order. The even wanted to charge me to cancel the order.
