No star rating is acceptable for this company but I was forced to designate at least one star In this review. I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order on December 17. I still have not received my order. I have called this company 8 to 10 times since I placed my order and get the run around every time. I ask to speak to a manager and they refuse. I ask for a call back and no one calls me back. At one point they offered me a 30% discount. That took two weeks to appear on my statement and it was only $1.79. I have a complaint to the Better Business Bureau of Florida Please go to a reputable print company and not Printer Pix
Thank you Gayathri for helping to fix my problem! Hopefully this will all be fixed very soon! I hope there is a way to make your site easier for people to use.

Used Groupon and ordered a Canvas... still waiting.
Tried calling 7 times and each time they would just hang up on me. Got lucky and a person answered the phone... nasty sounding man, who was breathing in to the phone and after I gave him my order number, he put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up!
Waist of time and money.
DO NOT patron Printerpix. I tried a Groupon for printerpx and seriously regret it. Their site crashed constantly, I'd email with no response, call to an unhelpful and I knowledgeable customer service departmentI wasted literally hours on this. Save yourself the troublePrinterpix is awful. Don't bother.
My pics are way late. No one care. No one responded. When I hit chat, it is an a automated answer. Very unhappy.
JUST HORRIBLE! TOOK A MONTH TO GET 2 OUT OF 3 OF MY CANVAS ORDERS. WHEN THEY CAME, THEY LOOKED HORRIBLE. PICTURES WERE FALLING OF THE FRAMES. COLOR WAS FADED AND SOMEHOW, MY BLACK PICTURES WERE GREEN! AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THEM ANYMORE!

I ordered mugs for Christmas. Order for their special "get it before Christmas if you order now"
Not only did I not get it before Christmas. The mug for my mother in-law that's suppose to be a picture of her and my child was completely wrong. I've sent multiple emails and made multiple calls. No resolution. No refund. No attempt at a new mug. No manager to answer questions.
If i could give them a Zero I would. Its been 3 whole months since i placed my order & I have yet to recieve it. I've called thousands of times. Been promised call backs from a supervisor & I have yet to be contacted. I always get the run a round. By far the worst experience I've EVER had when I've ordered something. Extremely frustrated & disappointed. Save your time & money.
My wedding book $80 by the way, turned out OK until I turned to the last 4 pages- they were upside down! I was told I approved them that way (pretty sure I would've noticed pages upside down!) so there was nothing they could do unless I paid again. I've never experienced such terrible service. DONT ORDER FROM HERE. I'm very upset and should've just gone with Shutterfly, who for sure reviews the work completed.

I ordered 2 canvases for Christmas presents. The website said if you ordered before December 12, it was guaranteed to be there by Christmas. I placed my order on December 5. After several hours wasted on hold and talking to their horrible customer service agents, I did not receive my order until January 2. I was then told I would be refunded the shipping cost, and when I looked at my account, they refunded 1/3 of the cost, leading to another round of phone calls. Totally unprofessional company. I would never order from them again.
Savio knew his product! Whatever questions I had, he explained everything very clearly. He has wonderful communication skills. He is very precise in the information he gave me. He is an asset to the Printerpix company.
Just as an aside, I spoke to 4 different people before I got Savio, and they all directed me in the wrong direction. On woman even told me that she could only give me a few minutes and then she would have to hang up. That is disgraceful!
I received the wrong picture. At first I thought it was funny! But when there was no response to my claim I called. The Customer service agent at that time said if I had sent them an email concern that they would in fact get back to me. I emailed again and only received a satisfaction to my claim question which was also not answered. I called again this time the customer service agent implied I was lying to get a second copy even though I had both my order # and the order of the picture I had received. He then told me to send a picture of the order I received because in his words" how do I really know if you received the other order". I tried to send a picture to through the previous complaint but the system would not allow for it. It has now been over a month and I have not heard back from Printerpix. I have now sent new compliant which allowed me to send a picture of the order I received. I am disgusted that a customer service rep would insinuate that I lied and I will never use this company again.

Super poor quality images, customer service no help. I've ordered other prints with them before with success but don't bother with ornaments, coupon was a waste, I'm out 35$ for images that are unusable.
Excellent service. Quick & easy. Very professional consultant. It has been dragging on since 21/12 via the email complaints procedure with no help at all. I wish I had done the Live Chat a long while ago as the matter was quickly & easily sorted.
I kept calling and they kept telling me it had been delivered. I kept telling them that, according to tracking, it had been delivered back to them. No one believed me. Im sure I yelled "why would I be calling, frustrated, if I received it!?!?" Finally on about the 7th of January I told someone to go to the internet, look up this address, now enter the tracking number I have. Then I told him, now do you see in the middle of the screen, in green, it says it was delivered on the date you said at the time you said, but do you see where it says 'delivered to original addressee in Florida'? Im in California. Finally he believed me. He put me on hold forever and said it was have to start over in production and when it was made it would be sent. I asked if it could be expedited. He said he would 'put in a request'. But then proceeded to tell me it would take 10-14 days.!?!?!@#$%! ARGH! I finally got it the following week! Both items were fine. The people we gave them to loved them but the hassle. It was just a hassle and a nightmare. Never again!
IT IS NOW JANUARY 3RD. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FULL ORDER WHICH WAS PLACED ON NOVEMBER 28TH. I HAVE EASILY SENT 30 EMAILS AND HAVE CALLED ABOUT 20 TIMES. FIRST THEY TRIED TO SAY IT WAS FED EX'S FAULT. THEN THEY TRIED TO SAY IT WAS GROUPONS FAULT. BUT I STILL DONT GET AN ANSWER AS TO WHEN I CAN EXPECT MY ORDER, WHICH WAS TO BE A CHRISTMAS GIFT FROM MY SON TO HIS FATHER.
I THINK MY TITLE SAID IT ALL. ORDERING WAS A MESS, SHIPPING TOOK FOREVER. ORDERED IN NOVEMBER, TODAY IS DEC 28TH AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ORDER. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE THAN AT&T'S.
Placed an order on Christmas Day, still not shipped. Everytime I call, it says they are closed even though its during so called "business hours." I will NEVER order from this crap company again.
I ordered a photo jigsaw and it arrived very late and was of terrible quality.
I have sent numerous complaints over the past 3 weeks and got no response. Their complaints procedure on their website is another lie. They will not respond in 24 hours, they will never respond as they already have your money. The positive reviews are clearly faked as they all say the same things.
This is a scam company. I will be reporting them to the consumer ombudsman and trading standards. Do not give them your money.

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
