Not only has this been a terrible experience but their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced anywhere in my life. It promises 10 to 12 business days to produce a custom-made product. It has been well in excess of 24 business days and I still cannot get a tracking number for my product. All of the calls are outsourced. I have spoken to a representative from India five times and have gotten nowhere. Printerpix needs to involve someone who has some stake in the business in order to comprehend how frustrating this experience has been and to be able to resolve customer complaints. If they do not this business will go down in flames... Or one can only hope!
Do not get involved with this company! I have two separate orders with them (my granddaughters birthday presents). I had to go spend more money on gifts as i still have not recieved my orders. I have spoken with a customer rep who told me they were ready to be shipped and would upgrade my shipping and would have them in a couple days, that was over week ago. I have also emailed them several times with no avail! Their website says "ships in 10 days or less" that is a lie! All they do is decieve and lie, not to tmention take your money! I hope they get shut down!
I have NEVER had this much bad customer service from any company. I work in customer service and the way they handle issues customers have is not good customer service. I purchased two voucher orders from Groupon to order Mugs as gifts for Christmas one order was for 10 mugs and the other order was 2 mugs total 12 mugs. I ordered my Groupon in Oct 2018 and placed my Order in Oct. With Printerpix, mind you the shipping is crazy, they charge you shipping per item but yet ship the items all together, a Month Later (end of Nov. 2018) I received my order & 6 of the mugs came broken or print on them was not good. I spoke to several Reps. Total about 9 different reps. Via email, live chat & via phone. No one was helpful they said they would fix this and get it to me before Christmas time. Every week up until Christmas time i emailed, live chatted & phone calls with reps to have this fix and they kept saying its in process or they would rush it to me. We are now in Feb. 2019 I finally receive the 6 mugs and two of them are not good, the print on the mugs are messed up. This was not even handled the first time correctly and now I have to deal with them and probably wait another two months to have my order fixed for the 2 mugs. I would NEVER order from this company ever again and you shouldn't as well. I don't understand how they wouldn't make sure my replacement order is printed correctly, and I was told by 2 - 3 reps they would rush my order but shipped it regular mail to me. Just a warning to those wanting to use their service.
They sent me the wrong blanket it was for my granddaughters 16th birthday she lost her mama. I had a hard time finding someone to help me but finally did get someone. This was weeks ago still have not received my blanket so had to run to grab a gift for her birthday. 2-4-19 n still waiting. Will never recommend to anyone!
If I could I wouldn't give them one star. This company told me lies about a blanket that I have ordered! Didn't receive when I was suppose to and when did get it the blanket was messed up! Customer service sucked big time! Asked for shipping fee back and they only gave me 30% and I have waited for this for over a month. Ridiculous! Will never use again.
They are money hungry and do not care about lying to customers in order to get your money. Their turnaround time on their website is WAYYYYYYYYY off (says up to 5days turnaround but faster is available.) and when you try to get in touch with them they tell you it is next in line, then you have to wait another 2 weeks for it to ship. Over 1 month waiting for a small 10"x10" print. DO NOT USE THIS PRINTIN G COMPANY! THEY ARE HORRRRIBLEEEE!
If I could get a -10 review I would. They gaurantee your shipment within 7-15 business days and I am going on a month! All they do is try to apologize and don't give an explanation or support. Never ordering from here again!
Customer service often lies and does not do what they say will do. It took over a month to receive my paid order after countless email and long hold phone call attempts. They receive so many complaints their email inbox is sometimes full and you have to wait on phone calls sometimes over 30 minutes. Manger Clinton often lies. Do not trust him.

Purchased groupon to PrinterPix for a canvas Pic for a birthday gift. I read delivery time which states 8 bus days. The item ordered Jan 20th in plenty of time for rcpt of Feb 7th (birthday on Feb 8th). Today January 30th their website show 50% complete and customer service now states delivery is 15 bus days after completion. Will not be here in time for birthday horrible customer service will not purchase from this company again
This company does not even deserve a "one star". I placed my original order 3 weeks before Christmas, as a gift. It is now January 30th, and I still have not received my order. Customer service continues to give me a run around. As of this morning when I am writing this review, My order still only shows 50% completed. It has taken them 40 business days (not including the holidays) to produce a gift that they said would deliver on Christmas. I am confident I will not see my order, and continue to get the same exact response each and every time I chat with a "live rep". "Orders process and deliver within 14 business days". I'm not sure about anyone else, but I am in $75 + $30+ dollars they charged me to ship. $105 I could and would love to have spent elsewhere.
Almost 2 months, haven't decided my order add nothing but run around from customer service... If you can call it that. Wish I would just get my items. Google this company, there are SO MANY BAD REVIEWS...
BEWARE! DO NOT purchase from Printerpix! As you can see on THEIR FB pages, they don't allow reviews or visitor posts on their pages and this is the reason why. You do not receive your items, you get "form letter" or NO response to your inquiries and they basically just steal your money! I have an order from January 3 that I am still getting the runaround on. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! I will be telling everyone who will listen to not be taken by this company. Awful. Shame on you, Printerpix. Pay attention to all of your unsatisfied customers!
Around Christmas this year I ordered 2 metal prints for presents that were delivered damaged. I contacted them 3 times to replace these pictures and was sent the same form letter saying they were busy and they would get back to me. One month later, nothing. Warning. STAY AWAY!
We ordered 3 photo books as Christmas gifts for family members through a Groupon deal. The site was hard to work with as far as uploading images, then it took nearly a month to receive our books. It was great quality, except that one picture was missing, and instead it was a brown box. I contacted the company who blamed me (when they finally got back to me), saying that was the way it was submitted. Why, why, why would anyone submit a brown box? That's ridiculous. The picture was a really big one too. Really hard to miss when double checking, which I did three times before submitting. They refused to do anything to correct it. One more strike against them, is that they kept referring to me as my email address, even after I corrected them, and told them my name (again). The least they can do is call a customer by their name. Unless this company fixes their customer service, please do yourself the kindness of finding a different company to create your photo projects.
I have actually already shares my horrible experience with this company in a previous review. I have read hundreds of reviews that matched mine. I am writing this to ask all the people that have purchased Groupons for Printerpix and have had horrible experiences to share your experience with Groupon. Maybe they will take PrinterPix off their website to prevent others from being ripped off by this company.
I received the wrong size blanket. I never got a response from the emails I sent over a week ago, customer service is a joke; still wanted me to pay for shipping (not cheap) by sending out the correct size. Ridiculous! Will NEVER use them again!
Could not reach customer service by email, but Live Chat worked. Bhuvaneshwari was helpful in helping correct an error after I placed an order using Groupon. Although I am not too happy that I have to pay additional S&H to get the other 3 canvasas ordered, I hope that the end product will be worth it.
I spoke to so many people and no one could help me except for Eric. I have been speaking back and forth with printerpix for months (i was sent the wrong order and was never resent the correct mug). He took care of everything so quickly for me and it was amazing. You really have a great customer servie representative on your hands.
I had some issues with trying to get a picture added to a teddy bear. I had called and emailed a few times with no luck. I called in yesterday and Aishwarya went above and beyond her duty. She helped me get the pictures added to the bears and even stayed after her work hours to help me out and called me back this morning after she got the picture added to the second bear. She was awesome and I cannot wait to get the 2 teddy bears as it is for a very special person who just lost her husband. Thank you so much Aishwarya. Thank you PrinterPix.
Answer: Do not ever trust this company. They need to go out of business.
Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
