Thi is insane, be aware

This company is insane, Make sure that you guys know that they answer from another country, Its not in USA. I put an order in November last year, for Christmas gift, my order came after Christmas and incomplete. I call them January 7, they didn't want to give my money back, so there place my order again. I called at the beginning of February to see where is my order, The guy told me they have it in Florida and will be couple days. Today is February 22, I have receive nothing. I try to call 3 time 34 min waiting, and got disconnect each time around that time. So i called again 4 time but put a option to do a new order, they answer me 20 min waiting. I ask the guys for the phone in Florida where my order Supposedly are. He is not authorized to give me, or call there to see whats is going on. And as I was talking he put me on mute most of the time. I asked if he was talking from USA he told me no, they are located somewhere else. Just be aware, You might not receive you order, not have issue a refund. And they cant give you an straight answer.

WORST customer service

They sent me the wrong size blanket. I paid for and ordered a 50X60" polar fleece blanket purchased through Living Social. They sent me a "blanket" the size of a pillow case that was some inferior felt-like fabric. It took almost 3 months of emails to their customer service department to get any kind of actual response and then I was told that they would resend the correct size blanket IF I paid another TWENTY DOLLARS in shipping. I paid $20 shipping for the original order because I felt like the living social deal was so good. But the product was delivered in such a tiny package that I knew I had been ripped off on a shipping charge (should have cost no more than $6 to ship) and then they want me to send ANOTHER $20 to reship the correct order after 3 months of going back and forth with customer service? AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

I agree with the other reviewers that this company has the absolute worst customer service ever! I ordered three separate photo books of differing lengths, which was clearly shown on the invoice. When my order came, I received three books. However, one of them was a duplicate, so I was still missing the third book I had ordered. When I called customer service, I was on hold for a long time. When at last I spoke with Ash, I was told the error was mine-that I had ordered one of the books twice. However, my invoice clearly showed that I had ordered three books with different page lengths. I was told to take a picture of the duplicate book and email it. After emailing back and forth, calling SEVEN separate times, and even escalating to the manager, Siraj, I was told the error was still mine, regardless of what my invoice said. I was told I would need to pay additional shipping if I wanted the book I spent hours creating. I am so frustrated with the lack of customer service and rudeness on the part of their representatives. I have spent HOURS of my time trying to resolve this issue. In all but one of my phone calls to the company, I had long wait times. I was disconnected twice after having waited upwards of 40 minutes. I was told by Ash that she would call me back to update me on status, and she never did. I expressed concern about being disconnected at the beginning of my phone call to Siraj, and was told he would call me back THE FOLLOWING DAY if we got disconnected since our phone call occurred at the end of their work day. Sure enough we were somehow disconnected, and I never received a phone call from him the following day. I still have no resolution. In regard to the product, it was inferior to other photo book companies I have used in the past. The binding and picture quality were sub par. There are so many other photo book companies out there, don't waste your time and money on this one. They do not honor their invoices, give you the run around, and are rude in the process!

Problems with Printer Pix

I had a problem with a order. I had free shipping with my coupon and did not get it. They also ask me at checkout if I wanted an additional copy of the book. I did and paid for it. They never sent the additional book. All I have gotten is lies and run around. Don't waste your money and time using this company.

Stay away from printerpix

They are just as awful as everyone says! Try calling customer service? Why bother?! They are absolutely no help at all. I got a good price on a pic on Black Friday, then paid double to ship it. They don't respond to emails for weeks or months, if ever. Complete rip-off!

Dreadful Customer Service

I have produced many photobooks with printapix over the years, sometimes there have been problems and it
Has not been easy to get them sorted through a lack response, however I have always been pleased with the product when delivered.

Just before Christmas I had nearly finished a 40 page book, it taken a weeks of construction and i was about to
Add the final pages, I couldn't finalise it as there was a fault on their system.

I was was away for Christmas and on my return I logged in and finalised the book, the next day it was gone and
Had the message " You have no active projects" I contacted Printapix, every way possible, I had very poor responses every time.

Eventually I was told a manager was now handling it and would contact me soon, he never did!
Eventually I was told, it is not there anymore and I should start again.

Yesterday I did indeed complete the whole 40 pages again, saved it, as I do at every step and logged out before logging back to make sure everything was good only to find over have the images were missing, there was a message informing me they could not be found, this is crazy, why do these things keep happening, this is hours of painstaking
Work with nothing to show.

This company's is so dismissive of its customers frustrations with little or no response, really dreadful.

Burned money

I bought a voucher for PrinterPix without having looked up reviews beforehand. Rookie mistake on my part. I spent $30 on the voucher, and another $30 at the Printerpix checkout for shipping. Don't you need to actually SHIP a product to charge for shipping? I ordered over a month ago, haven't heard or seen anything since - and from what I've seen in other reviews, I might not see my order for a long time (if ever). I've come to terms with the fact that I should have just taken a small pile of money and set fire to it, since it's been completely wasted on this company.

I know I can pester customer service, but it doesn't sound like it will be a good use of my time and frankly I have better things to do (virtually anything else).

PS how suspicious should I be of the reviews that rave about Gayathri V? Since when do you call customer service and love the guy so much that you note his name and review him in particular, and give the company 5 stars despite your previous terrible experience? It sounds like one of those fake reviews that the company hired someone else to write.

I ordered a photo blanket December 29th, 2018. I called twice, emailed 43 times, yes, FORTY THREE... received TWO responses, waited on hold 34 minutes...
I received my blanket today, 49 days after ordering it... and its so messed up. The ink/color screwed up IN THE MIDDLE OF MY BLANKET. I have no idea what type of quality control ppl they have-I'm thinking they have NONE. I am so beyond belief right now that this company screwed up so bad in getting me my order, and now I get it and it's ruined and defective. I don't even have the words for how furious I am right now. I really need no explanation other than my pictures. As hard as I had to work to actually get the product I bought and paid for--I can't even imagine what it's going to take to get them to replace the garbage they sent me. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau very soon.

I wish also I had read comments from others before purchasing a Living Social coupon from this company. Unfortunately, they often change their names on both Groupon and Living social until you have actually redeemed your voucher. Buyer beware! This company is a nightmare. I purchased two sets of 6 pics 10 x 10 and of course they would not combine them and thus you pay $29.99 shipping twice but the worst part was they made the same set of 6 twice instead of make 12 different pictures. So now I have 2 sets of the same pictures and now I am missing the other six pictures needed for wall hanging. When I called they said Tough luck, we show you only sent us six pictures I can assure you I DID NOT only send 6. It took an hour or more online to get them all to load correctly. Then the order which said would be 7 days took 7 weeks. They were absolutely AWFUL to work with. Owners are not english speakers and appear to be operating out of home or small bldg in FL and could care less about their customers. When I said I would leave this poor review they said "Go ahead-No one here cares!"

Total waste of 15 hrs making a 60 page photobook. Resizing and carefully selecting and arranging images, borders and backgrounds. It was correctly saved but 90% of the images had disappeared from it and said 'file not found' in their place. Extremely robbed off and lied to by customer services (said it was the first time it had ever happened when i've seen many others have experienced it). When they didn't reappear after they assured me they'd fix it they said I'd have to re-make it, while telling me they understood my frustration, appreciated my patience and understanding and to have a great day! I won't be re-doing all that work and have no confidence in them. According to many others, the photobooks are terrible quality anyway so why bother. Don't waste your time and go elsewhere.

Shortly after receiving my pictures I noticed a bed bug crawling down the wall. We had a exterminator come, he found them nowhere in the house but the couch under the pics and the pics.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing a groupon for this company! I have been waiting 3 weeks and I keep being told that they are escalating the situation! Escalate it to my door! I want my blanket, or all money back for groupon and shipping!

I ordered 10 calendars with a coupon. 2 months later a single calendar was delivered. Although the quality was fair, I only received 1/10 of my order. When trying to contact customer service they are extremely slow to reply and then after one response they think they have resolved the issue. Either telling me my order was wrong, or your order shipped. They never took responsibility for the error even after I sent them proof of the order and coupon information. Finally they said they could send me the additional calendars if I paid shipping. I told them it was not my error and I was not going to pay more and they should refund my money. Crickets...

1 calendar for $39, I will never do business with them again and hope no one else does either.

I got sucked into buying their discount coupons then ordered 4 calendars and 4 mugs as Christmas presents in early November. By December 15 I got a little worried, didn't hear from them at all. Used their online chat was assured a supervisor would take care of it. Nothing by December 21. Called their phone number, After being put on a wait behind 82 other calls finally talked to someone. They told me my order would be expedited. Sent several emails and received the same pre printed apology with assurance my order was on the way, Received 4 Christmas mugs in February. One of them was completely black with no picture. Never received the Calendars! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!.

So, I really wanted my order, and excitement let my patience out the window.
Customer service wasn't a human being but I still received, an email, generic message, nonetheless I got a response.
Wasn't warm and apologetic it was at least a reply. I felt abandoned and apprehensive to cancel orders because of the $#*! show my card would then go through. Their Groupon ad says expect delivery date. They surpassed that guestamit and I have emailed called still a robotic reply.
It was totally worth the wait. I love my picture's on waterproof canvas. Love love love them. Beautiful, clear and even choosing a photo they said wouldn't be clear it came out better than expected. If the picture you want is clear and in focus it will turn out just as the picture. You can't analysis pic apart pixels. Lol. You shouldn't.
But I say it's worth the wait it was worth the hassle. I guess noone likes a lead time of 8 weeks or better. That's like going to a restaurant and the hostess really telling you it's a 2 hour wait.

I ordered a mug for my husband for Christmas as a stocking stuffer. Took a really long time to come in considering this day and age. You can have almost anything from amazon in a week. It took several weeks to come in. Then, when he opened it on Christmas the mug was broken into 4 pieces. I emailed it to Printerpix. They asked for pics to show proof. I sent pics. Never heard another word and that was weeks ago. I will never order anything from them again.

Horrible service

Worst worst worst customer service. They said I would receive my order within 10-15 days it's been over a month, called the service they said it would expedite the shipping and that's been over a week and half. I hope their business would shut down, don't order your pictures as it would take forever and customer service is worst so no way you're getting order. I would gave minus ratings.
