I placed an order almost two months ago. Have contacted the company twice and was told the order would be shipping since it was put into high priority. Still no shipping. I will not use this company again. Collage is a much better company to order from.

It's been over 2 months since my order on a few canvases, still nothing... when I reached out via email, I got automatic response that someone would get back to me, 2 weeks later and still no one did, I reached out again and they said they were having some issues with their machine. Two weeks later, still no shipping confirmation... so I basically said, order is pointless just refund me for everything. A few days after I got a tracking for my shipping... and of course days later, that tracking number leads to nothing... 0 found, i feel like its the runaround... something that was listed as 2 weeks in production and 2 weeks shipping is now doubled and almost tripled the time assuming if I ever get the product. Honestly a few bucks cheaper is not worth this heart and headache. I have no photos to show, my product is nonexistent, that's the problem!

This is a classic example of a company who are all too willing to take your money but will not;

A) fulfill the complete order you paid for
B) answer any calls, emails, tweets, facebook messages within a reasonable time
C) take ownership of customer service issues until 3 months down the line

The print received was of the quality you would hope - but that is the only positive I can give.

The downfall was the fixing kit they sell you after you order the item - it never arrived. Therefore, the Christmas present I bought was incomplete and the recipient could not and still cannot hang this print!

I called and emailed many times, each time being told that they were sending me the hanging kit - but every time they sent me an easel instead.

After a while - and 5(!) easels later, it felt that nobody was taking my complaint seriously. Eventually, 3 months later, after much complaining via all the various methods, I eventually got a refund of £2.99 which was the cost of the hanging kit. Which I have to say has felt like a kick in the teeth and like I say, no hanging kit!

If it is sub-standard service you want, and you have hours, days, weeks and months to waste on hold to their Customer Service line (at further expense to you) or you like sending lots of emails/tweets/facebook messages with no response - than THIS is the company for you!

Staff who I interacted with and were never able to send me the item I paid for... Manika, Jordan and Haroon - there were others - but that would mean trawling through the many many many emails I sent and received - where I was no further forward with my complaint.

Bottom line - this was cheaper than photobox but then photobox have never let me down on the service end - this teaches me an important lesson - you get what you pay for. There are many many other companies that will look after you and actually value your custom - go to them.

I ordered 40 save the dates through Groupon a few weeks ago. Took forever to deliver, and I confirmed that my order was for 40 post cards. They sent FOUR. Tried to call them, and was on hold for 20 minutes! Did not respond to my e-mails. Terrible company!

I purchased a Groupon deal for printerpix canvases. One of my orders accidentally had double the canvases ordered and i was charged extra for the extra purchase. I had attempted to delete my cart originally, but technical failures led me to an extra purchase. Same day i tried reaching out to printerpix customer service and they never responded to my ticket. 2 days after purchase, after explaining to customer service what had happened, 1) they didnt understand what i was trying to say. Seems like they have an oversees group as the base. 2) they were going to charge me extra for cancelling my order. Even though I never got a response to my helpdesk ticket and I tried reaching out the same day i noticed the error, they were not willing to help me out. I paid for 4 canvases through Groupon, but will be getting 5 instead with the extra charge on a 5th canvas that i never purchased to begin with, all due to system errors.

I ordered a canvas on feb 7. The website state 5 day turn around. Almost 30 days later I am still being told it is about to ship. The pst 3 weeks I have called waiting anywhere from 30-45 min to get someone on the phone. I am told a different story every time as to why I haven't received my order and that it will ship by the end of the week.

I got a deal for a canvas through Groupon, and ordered it weeks ago. Still says it's preparing to go into production or some nonsense. I learned my lesson and will never use them again. Sticking with Canvas in Demand, Canvas on Sale, and Canvas People. They do good work and do it timely.

I am a regular user of printerpix and have made several albums with them. This last experience was dreadful. I was making a 100 page album and spent many hours creating it, during this time I recieved an error message tha the server was not responding' after 48 hours it returned but all the photos in my folder were missing. I continued to try to make the album as it was for my best friends retirement present but the experience only got worse. I saved constantly but everytime I turned the project off photos went missing, then one day over 50% of my almost complete album was missing. In place of photos were a white page with a rain cloud saying file missing. I tried to ring and waited 20 mins on a premium rate phone call on hold. I tried live chat and spoke to Manika who listened to my concern then vanished from the chat I tried again and spoke to Casper who said it was a glitch and all I could do was repeat the work. When I said I was worried it would happen again he said we will make sure it doesn't. I spent 8 hours one day repeating the work in one go because I was afraid to turn it off but photos were disappearing as I put them on. I contacted IT support twice who simply sent me the same template response twice. I made a complaint and still have had no reply. The album arrived today and it's awful, I can't give it as a present. The photos are too dark and pixelated, the print is poor quality. I paid an extra £22 for premium paper so I dread to think what the cheaper paper is like. You have let yourselves down badly printerpix, poor product and non existent customer service. You have lost a regular customer but as you can't even respond to my request for help I doubt you are bothered. I have sent two formal complaints and had absolutely no response. Shocking customer care.

This company is the worst! I ordered 3 metal pictures as a Christmas gift for my father. 2 of the pictures that I received were of some other family and obviously not the pictures that I ordered. I have been trying since December to get the correct pictures without any luck. I have sent 7 emails and was finally contacted and asked to take pictures of the wrong items. That's ridiculous! Just send me my pics, it's been 3 months already!

It has taken me 4 months, 26 emails, 5 phone calls, and multiple tickets started on their "live chat" (which doesn't exist by the way; False advertising!) to get any response from their so-called "customer service"! I ordered a photo book in November 2018 as a Christmas present for my husband. So much for that gift idea! A couple weeks later I received an empty box from Printerpix. I have contacted them so many times with absolutely no response. Finally got an email today, March 2019, saying they were replacing my order. I'll believe it when I see it. Absolutely ridiculous! Their website says so many false things like "Live Chat" and "we will acknowledge your correspondence within 1 working day by email or phone". Yeah, right. Try 4 months! DO NOT give this company any of your money! Stay away! Biggest and most frustrating waste of my time and money EVER!

Took them 6 weeks to send my item, which was two fleece blankets. I had to open up a complaint with Groupon to get them to send it finally. The blankets are terrible quality. The shipping charge was also $25.99. What a rip off! Never use this company.

I ordered the 2 blankets to give to my best friend, who loves her family very much. I thought this would be perfect, until first they gave me all kinds of hassle about me giving this as a gift (THEY offered me that option!). Next, I saw the fine print that postage wasn't included. Spent nearly 2 hours on the phone and chat to get the postage costs. OMG! $17 a blanket! That's twice what I paid for the blanket. So, another $34 out of my pocket, and I cant afford that. So, PLEASE, before you buy, know this.

Horrible customer service

Ordered 2 canvas prints in January-took our money!. Heard nothing by mid February --6 WEEKS. Started calling customer service -ON HOLD for over 30 minutes every time. Told our item would arrive on 2/25--NOTHING. Called again 2/27 -told our items are due to be shipped but would not tell us when? The customer service agent--Sirah? Was TERRIBLE AND RUDE!

Horrible, awful, terrible! I placed my order on November 29 for Christmas gifts (3 family calendars). After two weeks and nothing, I contacted them, it took them 5 days to respond and told me that they were expediting my order. 5 Days later, nothing. I contacted them again, the same result as above- long response time and was told that my order was being expedited. Christmas came and went with no calendar. In early January, I contacted them to see what the status was- no response for 2 WEEKS! Finally, I received my order in late January... but I only received 1 calendar that was wrinkled and damaged. At that point, I had already ordered other calendars from Staples and requested a refund. They told me that I could redesign my order and resubmit it and they will send me the corrected order. I told them that I had no need for the replacement calendars and I wanted a refund. They refused. I am still shocked by the terrible service and product that was provided. DO NOT ORDER FROM PRINTERPIX if you are looking for good service or quality product.

I only gave them 1 star because I had to. What a horrible company! I placed an order in January and here we are... I have called once a week for over a month and keep being told that there was a delay and I should receive it within the week. I called today and was told again that I would receive it in a week. I have heard this for the past 4 weeks. I asked to speak to a Manager and was told I could not be transferred. I tried to cancel the order for a refund and was told that I couldn't get a refund until I received my order. TOTAL SCAM!

They sent my 3 photobooks to me (over a month late) and they were BLANK. I've talked to over 6 reps and 1 manager/supervisor & was promised new books

Honestly I thought I had purchased a couple of mugs from a false website online. Customer service could never be reached. I purchased some magic mugs for Christmas presents in November of 2018. I contacted them multiple times leading up to Christmas with a guarantee from their customer service that I would receive it by then. The items never came, I asked for a refund, and they conveniently forgot how to use a phone or a computer. Fast forward 3 months, I finally receive my Christmas mugs the week before March. Honestly I might as well save the mugs for the holidays next year because I'll probably see the holidays of 2019 before every getting a response from this garbage company. I can say with 100% certainty that my 2 year old cousin with nothing but a crayon, limited vocabulary, and a diaper full of crap could run this company better than these clowns

Had to use Google chrome for the site to work. Designed the boom took over a while but I realized you can't log out or lose work. Ordered the leather bound, 50pg book. No case comes with and no option to buy a box. Place Order and paid 13.50 for shipping. Takes 7 days for DHL to deliver from Fl to Al. Dumb. Delayed in GA. Ugh Then delivered to the post office. Just use the post office and priority ship. Arrived in a terrible cardboard paper style wrap and not in a box! When I opened, the album was a complete mess. Just should not have been even shipped. "Leather" was torn, cut and dirty. Edges were cut with a boxcutter and not fixed. Just sent anyway. The print on the inside of the album and pages are ok but the binding is crap and bubbles. Then they put their stupid logo on one of the back pages. Who wants that crap? I immediately called. Had to submit photos. A ticket was made. No contact from them since (about 5 days now) and no answer when I called. See pictures. Just plain terrible. Who knows when I will get a replacement or in what shape. Very disappointed. Ugh

Ordered over 8 weeks ago. Called today and they said my order was in processing? I said unacceptable I would like a refund. He said he could only refund me for my shipping? I asked for explanation and he hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manger was told there was not one. Long story short never ever order from this company it is a scam!

The biggest scam

It's been four months since I ordered I still haven't received can't get a hold of anyone and when I do they tell me it's on the way these people are clearly taking other peoples money this is what I think about the company
