Horrific website, after spending hours and hours composing my photobook the website stopped loading the photos. Everything is lost and the customer services just keep sending generic messages promising to fix the server issue in 48 hours.
It's been over a week now and nothing has been fixed, I lost hope I'll recover the project or the money.

Horrible- stay away

Website has issues- four hours to create project- then the error messages started. Voucher codes not valid, chatted with customer service and they were uncooperative. Took forever for product to arrive- shipping cost outrageous- five times what others charge- product was the crappiest ever seen - metal cheap flimsy rough poor quality, coffee mug broke - what a horrible scam this company is

I am in the process of trying to make a 100 page photo book. It started off ok and the last 3 to 4 weeks have had nothing but the SOMETHING WENT WRONG message and then tells me to reload page of which it wont let me do. Then RECOVER UNSAVED CHANGES screen comes up and says to recover / discard. The person on the end of the phone that i spoke to on one of the many phone calls told me to press discard. Anyway this is where I am at the moment with the book. I am annoyed because i only have 3 pages to complete it. I bought this from a groupon and only have a couple of weeks left to do it. Printerpix I wont use you again even though this is the first time I have had problems like this. The other thing is your customer service is appalling. Dated 19th March 2019.

I purchased, what I thought was a great wedding gift, from Printerpix from Groupon, little did I realize the one I was gifting to would be gouged for shipping, even the tiny pieces you buy to attach to the back of the photos (that cost about a $1-2 for several, they wanted $7-8 for one! I will never recommend them or use/buy from Printerpix again, just ridiculous. Makes me wish I never bought the gift from them to begin with. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I ordered because I got a few Groupons for Xmas one order was for 3 Teddy's was 2 months late and I had another that I had to return to Groupon because they sold out another order again was supposed to be a Xmas present they sent the wrong type of blanket twice and the customer service told me I ordered wrong when I ordered the same blanket every time so I had others to compare to. Only time I really got a reply was when I called then when I asked for a manager or supervisor one person said they didn't have one and another said they were in a meeting and they couldn't bother them

I purchased over $100 worth of coupons (they do promos with really good prices and you pre-pay for items you create and order later). I had used Printerpix before in this manner for photo albums and the system was a little "glitchy" so getting the albums created was challenging. However, when I finally got it done I was happy with the final product I received. About a year later I wanted to make and order a few additional items including photo albums so that I why I bought all the coupons for pre-paid items. However, this time I was not able to get the system to work adequately to finish (the albums were 100 pages so when your work is lost and you have to start over multiple times it takes a LONG time) - I was never able to get the albums done because of all the issues and asking for help from customer service went no where. The coupons then expired and I had not been able to get the items created and ordered so I sent no less than FIVE messages to customer service about this and have received NO response. VERY DISGUSTED with this given the amount and time I spent trying to create & order their products. Seems like service has gone downhill dramatically since my initial order - very upsetting that they continue to take customer money but don't provide assistance to customers when their are issues (and it sounds like a LOT of customers have issues with customer service).

I placed an order for 6 10"x12" canvases on January 22,2019. I didn't get them until March 3,2019. That's 30 working days, when it was stated to please allow up to 15 days. This was after weeks of awful customer service blanket template responses like "I am escalating this to the escalation department." When I actually received the canvases, I was baffled. It was like they literally botched my order on purpose because I hounded them so much. The quality is absolute crap, some photos looked like they were photoshopped, the tape on the back of the canvases to hold the photo onto it was super cheap. AND they nailed the metal hook onto the back of the canvas AFTER they were wrapped in plastic. One of the canvases was completely off-center, with a big white blank area on it. I was shocked that it was even sent to me like that because the original photo that was sent is on the back of the canvas! Complete sloppy work. I ordered from this company because Groupon had a deal that I paid $22 for 6. When I was directed to the 3rd party site of PrinterPix, I was asked to pay $35 more for shipping and fees! UNREAL! I've paid over $50 in canvases that I can't even hang in my home. I am very, very disappointed and wish I could receive a refund!

1 month, no product

I had to reach out 4 times to recieve a response. After 3 days without a response, the order has now been "expedited", and is "expected" to ship in the next week(per attached email screenshot). The individual said they cannot provide a date by which i will receive the product, and its been a month since it was ordered. Ordered through Groupon, so it wasnt worth cancelling and dealing with trying to get my money back between the two companies.

Working with them to get my wedding invitations was a NIGHTMARE, they made it seem "impossible" to ship it within 3 business days like their site said. No matter what I did or how many times I called them, they did NOTHING to help me. I emailed them constantly hours on end throughout the day and live chats and phone calls, and they never get back to me and don't do anything. And now I still won't get my invitations in time, so I chose a different place to order them, and emailed, live chat... to cancel this order yet they never got back to me and still shipped it out so now I don't get my money back! I'm never ordering anything from them again! I could go on... it's a long awful story!

I using a Groupon to order a personalized dog blanket. I ordered the blanket, and THEN was made aware that they charged $16.00 to ship a small blanket! I had already purchased the Groupon, so I was stuck! The site stated that I would receive my order in 7-15 business days. I never received an update and I inquired and got a canned response. I waited a week and emailed again, and this time I was told that after 3 weeks (15 business days) my order was only half-way complete! I called customer service twice and sat on hold for 15 minutes each time until my call was disconnected. I have to call the Better Business Bureau, and try to get refunded from Groupon, but I guess I am out the $16 for shipping.

AWFUL PRODUCT

Awful customer service and product. DO NOT BUY. Ordered metal print using a groupon and they printed a color photo directly on the metal. I can hardly see the details of the photo like this. Other companies use a white primer and then print the photo so you can actually see it! Been requesting for a refund for over 3 weeks now to no avail. Been told different things 3 times already.

Do NOT order from this company. Horrible product and even worse customer service. I made a photo book for my friend's father after his daughter passed away through PrinterPix. It took me forever to design it due to PrinterPix subpar design software. Once the book was complete, I gave the family the photo book. They only had the book for 4 months and the binding from the pages detached, which made the pages become loose. The family contacted me and asked if I could get the company to send a non-defective book. I immediately reached out via email to PrinterPix and requested they remedy the issue. No response. I sent a follow-up email to the company. No response. Then, I called the company. The representative was unhelpful and informed me there was nothing they would do because they had a 90 day return policy. I explain the situation, told him I was dissatisfied with the product and the customer service, and told him I would leave bad reviews. In response, the customer service representative told me to "do what I need to do."

This was a gift to a grieving family. I am mortified that my gift looks cheap, when it was not. Do not order from this company.

I ordered my canvas over a month ago. When I call to ask what the status is I get the same answer three separate times weeks a part from each other. It will be shipping soon, yeah NOT! I can't believe a company is so rude when you call them. This is the first and last time I will use them.

I bought mugs for Christmas gifts. The service was horrible. If I got a response within one week, I was lucky... then it didn't work. They finally arrived in March, and three of the 4 were correct. I sent a note for a replacement. It has been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard how to return. The mug was to form a picture with hot liquid. It takes quite a while to heat up and cools down too quickly. The top of the mug fades too quickly because it cools down too quickly. I can't say enough terrible things about this.

Really rude customer service. Waited 40 minutes to talk to someone the first time I called. Customer service rep made fun of me on the call. Asked him to stop. Then he later hung up on me. Called back, second rep made fun of me and made a comment about my health.? So odd? He later hung up too. Will never be using this company again, not even to complete my groupon order

Customer service is a joke, and they misspell things as simple as Outer Banks... I am so angry to have wasted my money through them and then have to prove my orders because they CANNOT locate my file... Worst printing company ever! Also they send prints that are not even out, and cut off your logo every opportunity they have.

I purchased my order in February and haven't heard anything since. During that time I called and sent emails because I wanted to change the design of my item, and still got no response. I finally spoke with someone today after being on hold for about 30 minutes, I was told I should've called them to change my item. I explained that I had called already and no one answered and they responded that I should have kept on calling until someone answered(?!?!?!) So now it's too late to make changes unless I pay extra money plus shipping. They also said over the phone that there was a 15-20 business day turn around when online they said 5-7 business days. Do not order from this company. Customer service is terrible.

Beware crap product

I bought a Groupon for 2 pictures on metal. When I went to order my pictures the sizes I paid for were not an option. I decided to go with the smaller pictures available and not complain. The website is HORRIBLE. It is confusing, does not work right and is not user friendly AT ALL. After a MONTH i received my "pictures". First they arrived with one side bent up on each picture, second the color was horrible and third the product is total crap. It is printed on super super thin metal. A total waste of money and time. I can't believe this company is even in business anymore. Avoid!
