I have not even received my product yet and I have had to call them four times to even get it shipped. I was trying to order 40 cards. I had 40 in the cart and when you click the next page to pay for them it changes the amount in your cart. It changed it to 1. I paid $5.99 for shipping for 1 card. I called them and they want you to add the cards to the cart and call them back. Then they want you to give them 24 hours after that to send you a link, then they want you to call them back again after you've applied the link and pay $2.99 more for shipping. I will never use this company again!

I originally ordered off of Groupon and went to printerpix to process my order. It was very easy and simple. Even though a couple of the pictures said they were low resolution I think they all came out great! I will be ordering more!

So, i bought 2 mink picture blankets the very beginning of december, i paid a $50+ 2 day expedite fee so i could have it to my home well before Christmas, it never showed. I was a week away from Christmas, 5 customer service calls, with no explanation as to why i hadn't received my blankets, and i was reassured it would be to be on Christmas day... never happened! I had family come and go and once i finally received the blankets (days after Christmas) i had to mail them to my family members. So $50+for a non expedite PLUS what it cost me to ship it to my family! I contacted printerpix customer service after i received my blankets to ask for a refund on my expedite, it took weeks for them to reply, they did and said i would get a refund... it is now April 1st, 2019 and i have yet to receive my refund. I have spoken with these people over 15 times just to get my refund (this doesn't include the times i above to them about actually getting my blankets). This is been the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Im going to the bbb next.

It's a shame that after seeing so many terrible reviews the company hasn't got their $#*! together. Terrible communication, must've called the company a dozen times to ask where the heck my order is. And always the same answer "I have escalated this to our production team to deal with as a priority so we can have the order dispatched as soon as possible."

That must be on cue cards for them because every time you talk to some of the phone or get an email back from customer support is exactly the same phrase over and over again.

No wonder they have to use Groupon to sell their services because any other company with a terrible customer service team and way of doing things would have gone out of business long ago.

Do not order from this company you will be disappointed,

I chose to use PrinterPix after seeing it on Groupon. I ordered two sets of 9 squares and the website platform was very finicky when uploading images. Once all 18 photos were uploaded I placed the order. A month later I received my order, however it came as two sets of duplicate photos. I called customer service on 3 occasions without getting to talk to anyone. Frustrated, I emailed them and did not get a response for over a month. Once they finally looked into they said it was my fault they sent two duplicate sets and that there system is incapable of making this mistake. They also said they will do nothing to correct it. Why would I choose to order two sets of the same photos? That is right, I DIDN'T. What a waste of money. I would not recommend using their services.

I ordered 3 pillow shams in January with a Groupon coupon. January 24th I received 1 of the shams, but the packing list said all three were enclosed. January 25th I contacted the company through facebook messenger and they apologized and gave me a new order number for the 2 missing shams. I contacted them after 10 messages trying to get info on my order and them saying it would take 5-7 days, I finally received my package on February 27th! And guess what? There was only 1 sham in the package AGAIN. I have been writing to them since then, 9 times so far with "we'll look into this". I am going to the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau with this info now! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Stay away from Printerpix. They charged me $10.98 for each of 2 photos, plus shipping, I said my GROUPON paid for the photos. I understood shipping was extra. They refused a refund on charging me twice for the photos... Sad, they do this to get new customers, than they screw you on your first ORDER. I emailed them since they were closed, NO REPLY. I called yesterday, and they refused to refund my $21.96 plus tax. They do this to gain customers. I am a professional photographer, I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN..

Scam
March 22, 2019

I ordered and paid for a blanket with pictures of my kids from this company. I followed the directions in uploading the pictures to their website, called to confirm they went through, etc, and then a blanket came that just had the name of some random family and no pictures on it. I called about 5 times to rectify the situation and was stonewalled at every turn. The "customer service" reps I spoke with just kept passing me along saying they would "create a file" on my complaint. All I wanted was a refund for the product I paid for and didn't get. Eventually I just decided I was putting too much time into this and it wasn't worth the $40.00 I should have been reimbursed. Overall I would say this company is a scam.

I can't believe anyone was kind enough to leave a good enough feedback to get (2) TWO stars. Amazing. I was going to leave (1) ONE, but only be Use it won't let me see it 35 for the HORRIBLE "service", and I use that term loosely.
I would say customer service was the worst ever, but... they a tually don't have customer "service". That would be a cushy job. Nothing to do

They took my $55 for a Groupon, I tried for 3 1/2 months to make the books. All to no success. After MANY, MANY, MANY, MANY attempts at contacting them concerning their pathetic website and lack of ability to use it to upload my books, 2 MONTHS and 6 DAYS... AFTER... the Groupon expired, I got an e-mail telling me how I should go about preparing to create the books. They let me in on a VERY well hidden secret. "First, you need to create an account!" GASP!
I was blown away. If only I'd known it was so simple. NOT!

But, they started it off with a form letter, saying they were sorry for the delayed response. That they'd had "technical" issues and was still TRYING to get them resolved.
It's a shame notification of those "issues" wasn't mentioned when people bought the Groupon's.

Sorry sorry sorry sorry, and that's on their good days.

I need to start a business like this. Get $55 from people and then over 2 months after their expiration day, write and tell them how to go about using the system. The sane one that we were having technical issues" with. That way, by sending a form letter 2 months late, I'd have made $55 free and clear. Wouldn't have to print pics, make books, pay people to "SAY" they were being ASSembled, knowing they aren't.
I wonder if it's just husband and wife sending these form letters or if they have the whole family working on it? One thing for sure, no production, no products, LATE form letters... they certainly can't have much overhead.

SORRY COMPANY! Run, RUN FAST ABD FAR!
And funny thing, at the end of the review, you're asked to attach a picture. What should I was, stopped toilet, landfill, or keep it clean and just let people's imagination run free with SORRY COMPANY?!?!?

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
March 20, 2019

I purchase 3 Groupons, for 3 books (presents for my grandchildren). I took time to make the books and was so excited. Tried to purchase but website glitch. Again. And Again. And Again. This was the first week of JAN
Contacted customer service. Was told to do x, y, z, etc... Did ALL those steps, numerous times, numerous computers. NO LUCK
Contacted customer service. Told to do the exact same thing. When I repeated the steps, still no luck I contacted them again, with screenshots.
This time the rep actually admitted there is a problem. He generated the shipping invoice, I had to send another screenshot that I pd it. Thought I'd be getting my books now! NOPE
They said because I had an extra sheet on each book, I would have to redo the book. I offered to pay for the extra sheets. They sent me an invoice DOUBLE what it should be.
I have been trying for OVER A MONTH to get them to send me a corrected invoice. There is NO response now.
THEY OWE ME either my books, or my $30.
THEY ARE A RIP OFF COMPANY_ I repeat DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Although the pillowcases are nice and soft and very cute, I was very disappointed in the $30 handling fee for 8 pillowcases in an envelope bag to be shipped. They also said it would be delivered by Friday so after 10 days of when it got to DHL, it was finally delivered late on Monday evening after my daughters birthday happened. Maybe there is some disappointment to this review as but what tipped it over is that the customer service rep that I spoke too was very rude and unhelpful. I was trying to find out if it might of been a DHL error since it sat for 6 days before being shipped and he just kept saying I got it earlier than the 15 days... BUT they said it was to be delivered on Friday when I purchased everything! So, I just think for $30 extra dollars on top of what you pay for the Groupon, the shipping should be faster than 10 days as well as the accuracy of the delivery date that Printerpix tells you... Anyway, if you have 2 weeks to wait, plus pay more than norm for shipping, the product was cute...

I ordered from them on 3/5/19. The site says the processing time is 5-7 business days. Then another for shipping, which i don't know why considering they are in Florida and I'm in S. Carolina. Secondly, it's been 11 business days and my order status still says in production. I called and was told it would be escalated and shipped immediately, but still give them 10 days. I even paid $10.99 for shipping. Someone needs to put them out of business for scamming.

I purchased 15 11x8.5 photo books with Printerpix through Groupon. I redeemed my voucher, proceeded to create my photo books. I created one book to have 15 copies printed. I went out of town for a few days and did not work on it and when I returned to finish the project, I was unable to load any of the pictures I had already added and it was giving me an error message. I was on the phone with Printerpix for a very long time and told it would be restored within 24 hours. I was finally able to access my project and finished it. I submitted my order with the correct Groupon Voucher and paid $39.99 shipping for my 15 books. I received one book 3 weeks later. I called Printerpix and was on hold for almost 30 minutes before my call was answered by CSR named Jason, only to be told that I only ordered 1 book. NOPE! I ordered and paid shipping on 15 books. Why would I have been charged the shipping for 15 books if I only ordered 1? I was told to put 14 books in my cart and pay another $14 for shipping. This is unacceptable. It is obvious that I ordered all 15 or I would not have been charged the $39.99 for shipping. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the call would be escalated to a supervisor who would call me back. Of course I have not received a call two days later. And when I called back this morning the CSR hung up on me! The quality of this book was terrible compared to the ones I ordered the previous year. Printerpix SUCKS!

Placed an order over a month ago. I emailed them several times, 2 weeks to respond with no answer to my questions. Called 2 weeks ago and was told my order was shipped that week, now I look again and it says only 50% progress and its been saying that for the past 2 weeks. I would NEVER give them my business again. STAY AWAY.

Professional senior portrait (copywright permission) prints ordered -single photos and canvas prints. Never received canvas prints and they claim no responsibility for that. Took months to receive the 70 prints ordered- they are pathetic quality- not sure how to describe you can see pixel spots, blurry. Can't use them in graduation invitations as intended. Do not use. Wasted time and money lost.
