They don't even deserve a star. The product took for ever to do it, I receive 1 cup instead of 5 and badly done (with groupon), they closed the review box, I could not give them my real feelings on the product, I ask for my money back, I never got an answer. My overall impresssion SCAM. Safe your money and a bad moment
I purchased a photobook from Groupon and will never use this site again. Something that takes me minutes to do on Shutterfly, Snapfish or WalMart took me hours to do. The site was glitchy and frustrating. For Groupon users -- Shipping is $9.99, making the total for the book $15. You can easily buy a book for that price elsewhere and not lose all afternoon with a crappy website.
First of all, They ignored my emails after I purchased an item from Printerpix. The item that I purchased from Printerpix was damaged. Even I paid extra money for picture quality, the picture quality is really terrible! I paid 2 days fast shipping, but It took to receive the item more than 7 business days. I send an complaint email about the product, but they didn't even answer! Their customer service and products are horrible.
I order through Groupon, big mistake, horrible do not use this site, none of my white printed, all looked like metal, not good quality, they never sent wood back to hang it with. No reply to my email. If it seems too good price wise to be true, it is. I'll never use them again - the border around the photo was suppose to be bright white, it was metal looking only.
Shipping fees outrageous. Quality of photo book is horrible. Looks like a photocopy. After calling to complain, Customer service passed me off to each other. Offered to redo books, but I'd have to pay the $180 shipping again. If they agree to redo books, it's proof of guilt, why charge me shipping when it's their fault. Horrible quality, worse service. Only one phone number and address. No help. STAY AWAY
I ordered 40 cards through a groupon. Followed directions on Groupon. I guess in cart in changed to 1. I noticed this a few days letter and sent an email of which I received a request number. 4 days went by and no one responded to the request. I called and had the rudest rep who basically said it was my fault and that I'd have to pay shipping and than add the product to my cart call back in and they'd place the order. I called back in and talked to a different rep and asked for a manager, they put me back into touch to the first rep saying he was the manager ( which I doubt) He was so rude and kept talking over me ( talked so fast) The call center is in India and they really need better training. Now I have to wait another week and a half for my order ( 39 cards) to come in - haven't received the first order of 1 card. I read a number of reviews after the fact and understand why you're rated so poorly. People wrote review of exact same circumstance of mine so I'm not alone. It's a total scam to get extra money. If I wanted one card it would of cheaper for me to buy one card than the Groupon for 40. You should have logic built into software that says Groupon is for 40 and only one is entered. Will never use your company again. You should of overnighted the corrected order and not let me wait another 1 1/2 weeks. You made no effort to rectify the situation.
This place must only have 1 person doing everything, maybe George? He is the only person to respond and then it takes forever and then when you reply you get nothing. The products are awful. When I finally got my product they were awful and I was told it wasn't an issue.
I could go on and on... just don't buy from this company.
I purchased a photo book and it arrived damaged. Not only was it crushed in the shipping process, their was a printing issue. The book arrived with a line down the whole front cover. I called and sent pictures and was promised a replacement ASAP. It is now 4months later and I still have not received it.
Just like many people here, I fell for this scamsters thru Groupon.
I almost feel like Groupon is on it too.

All I ever hear is: it will come. Just wait.
No. I don't want to wait. I want my money back. But alas, thats not going to happen because scammers don't refund money. Thats the whole idea of this company - pure scam!
Got a voucher they Groupon and somehow I got thru ordering process and now have a blank book. At some point would someone not catch this? They said nothing they can do. I asked to talk to a higher up. He said he did and the best they could do is give a credit for another book. I would have to pay shipping! No thank you! I contacted GROUPON ALSO!
I made the mistake of buying a Groupon for Printerpix. It said 3 books for the price of one, but only allowed me one book before it closed out my order and took me to additional shipping charges. Then, it charged $16 for shipping a super thin 5 x7 book. I received it weeks later. Quality of the pictures was at best average. I was going to use it as a gift, but it isn't up to that standard. I would not recommend them.
We just received our order and thank goodness I ordered this with a Groupon because had I paid full price I would be furious. The color and quality of our canvas prints is horrible. I would never use this company again - I thought I was getting a deal but it was just a disappointment. The shipping charge was outrageous as well. Extremely disappointing.
This is the worst place to order canvas print.

I ordered from another place and they were cheaper, faster and their quality of print was very good. I just tried printerpix to see the difference never again am I ordering from them

I too bought a Groupon for a canvas. Printerpix was very responsive when I wanted to change it, but that was in February. Still waiting for my order! Finally got through a couple of weeks ago to be told it was in production. Still waiting...
I ordered blankets over two weeks ago, and just got an email yesterday saying my order had shipped.
Then, the email said the product would arrive in 2-3 days, but when I look up the tracking number, it saus it will arrive on the 15th (a week).
I am so very disappointed. I wish I had read these reviews first; I never would have ordered from them.
Fashion show planned for 4/20/19. I ordered my prints 2/8/19. Today is 4/9 and I just received ONE print I thought businesses are man/woman operated. I ordered 5 prints in total and PRINTERPIX thinks its intelligent or even cost effective to mail each individually This is beyond an incompetent so-called business!
Terrible customer service. After waiting on hold each time for 40 minutes to ask why my second photo book was never delivered, they quickly say it shipped. I called the DHL shipping service to find out that the tracking number they gave them was a made up number. It did not exist. I got DHL to draft an email as proof, still Printerpix did not believe me. It has been over 5 months with me calling each month. Yesterday they said it was being held. Now they said they would finally mail it out 15 business days (3weeks). I kept asking for faster shipping but they refused. I wanted a photo book for my 85 year old uncle whose health is not well. Terrible customer service! I would not recommend! Use a different company!
I was excited to order some cute blankets from Printerpix. I ordered and then looked up what they said the production time would be. It said "5 days, but often much quicker!" Well, after 2 weeks I emailed them. Heard nothing. A couple of days later I decided to call. They gave lots of "I'm sorry about that" excuses and then said they'd make sure that it was done as quickly as possible - probably in the next 5 days. I don't understand how "as quickly as possible" means in the normal time you give customers. Then a week later I called again. They said it's done and it's been sitting in the shipping room for 2 days ready to be shipped. It was another 5 days before they even designated it as "ready to ship". Then, they finally shipped it a few days after that. I finally got a response to my first email saying "it looks like it shipped yesterday! You're welcome!". Really?
Not only that, but they charged my $25 for S&H. That much and they can't even ship a product remotely on time? Yeah, no thanks.
Stay away from this company. Once they get their hands on your hard earned cash you'll be lucky to come away with anything. They ignore your emails and when they finally do their replies are mostly generic. My complaint has gone on for a year now and I still have not received a refund. I had broken my wrist soon after purchasing the voucher and asked for a refund as I wouldn't be able to create the book. I was then told that I could still use the voucher when I was able to use my hand which was approx two months later. This was not the case. They had gone back on their word. The credit that they finally offered can't be used on any of their offers, apparently, so it's not worth anything as the full price for the books is astronomical! Absolutely terrible company.
I ordered a canvas on 1/13 and called many, many times and they just kept putting me off. They had every excuse, couldn't talk with superisor. They would call me no later than next day... never called. This was a gift for my 91 year old mom and I couldn't get the canvas. I was lost after paying for it. Weeks of calling and I finally received an email on 3/25 that it was being shipped... 9 weeks after the order and NO updates. At one time I asked to cancel the order and they told me I'd loose all my money. We missed the special occasion for the family picture and when I got it... it was terrible. The picture is so light, pale. Trash... DO NOT USE, you will be disappointed. There are much better deals out there.

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
