Do NOT order anything from Printerpix that you need in a realistic time frame. I was told my order would take 5-15 business days to be delivered. When I called on the 7th business day to see when approximately my order would arrive- I was told they would "expedite" my order. On 14th business day I was told my order would now take 21 days at a minimum! The customer service representatives are completely clueless and are no help. Since I used a Groupon I can't even be refunded. Had to buy invitations AGAIN elsewhere so I could get them out in time! SICKENING.
This company is not comprised of honest and transparent service. They tell you how long production takes and when your order will be shipped but what they say and what they do are two different things. They did not complete my oder and shipped according to their time line, and I even paid for expedited shipping. I even confirmed with them prior to ordering. Also, what I was charged for shipping what different then what is on their website. I was told that I would be issued a refund and am dealing with the mess now. I called several times, speaking with different representatives and they all told me things like I'll make sure it's expedited, I'll send a message to check what is going on, but nothing would come out of it. I'd have to call them back. It seems they would just say anything to make one think they are actually trying to help. I even emailed a manager who was no help. I'm still waiting for my original refund, the manager wrote he'd provide. Now, after speaking with customer service for the 10th time, I hope I will receive my refund, at least, since I won't be receiving my photo book when I was told. The representative had the nerve to tell me that my book was delayed due to printer issues. And now I'm paying the price of not getting my book in time because of their error. Good companies will rectify these errors and get pay one day shipping to ensure that the customer is happy and that they are a company that is true to their word.
Who would want to do business with a company that lies, messes up orders, and doesn't fix the situation? They mess up and their response is deal with it? There are too many reputable companies and I will not give anymore of my money and time to companies like Printerpix. And the less people who do will hopefully cause them to change their bad service. We can make the difference, because if it weren't for us, they wouldn't have any business.
The product is fine, but having to deal with customer service was an absolute nightmare and waste of my time. I purchased 3 Groupon's and ordered paying 3 separate shipping charges. I got 2 blankets. I was told I only redeemed 2 groupons (but what about my 3 credit card charges?) and I would have to reorder. I did go back into my account to reorder missing blanket and the "unused code" had already been used? Called customer service back, and was given another story and told I had to contact Groupon about the 3 used codes and the shipping I paid directly to Prints Pix. No help at all and still Print Pix shows only 2 orders. Groupon is going above and beyond to help but it doesn't help as the blankets were to be graduation gifts for this Saturday. Now, one of my daughters friends will be left out. Both customer service agents did seem to understand English, but no doubt it is a call center from another country.
I ordered several photo blankets and just recently the Magic mugs. I am so pleased with everything I've ordered!

I am incredibly upset about my order, however, Mario has been great. He is a great asset to this company and has been a wonderful point of contact. He has maneuvered a difficult situation for me, the customer, and the company, and made it better.
He deserves a raise, a bonus, or whatever.

I've ordered several photo books from Printerpix through Groupon over the past couple years- many of them in the past 2 months. Turn-around time takes about 3 weeks from placing my order until arrival- but the books have been worth the wait. I just made 2 more books and placed another order tonight. The books are beautiful.
I was able to get assistance from Bhuvaneshwari via live chat. My matter was resolved in minutes (rather than days via email). Bhuvaneshwari was a pleasure to speak with and patient with me because I could not understand some things - including a review site. Thanks again Bhuvaneshwari!
I bought a groupon, and I couldn't get the site to work on any of my fully up-to-date laptops. I tried every browser- and they would not refund me. I wish I had read the other reviews of the quality- their customer service, website and apparently quality need some help.
1. If I could give a 0 star I would. 2. HORRIBLE customer service 3. Placed order on Mar. 31, did not get until May 10.4. Used a GROUPON, they only sent me 11 invites I ordered, not the 40, then told me it was my fault. 5. They refused to refund me anything. 6. Use a different service (Walmart had my stuff ready in 2 days) ******DO NOT USE!************
I thought I'd order a princess blanket for my niece because they looked really adorable. After I placed my order I received a confirmation email and it said I would get another email when my order shipped. A week and a half passed with no email so did a live chat with customer service and was told it was about to be shipped. Another week and a half passed without an email so I sent an email about it and never got a reply. After another week I called customer service and was again told it was about to be shipped. After another week I called again looking for a refund and when they heard the word refund they decided it was time to actually try to help but weren't very polite-and instead of asking to put me on hold just said "hold on a minute" then we're gone from the line, came back, said it shipped out that morning, and refused to give me a refund because they had escalated the call and gotten it shipped. Finally, SIX WEEKS later I just got the blanket and it is A) smaller than they said it would be (I even took to measuring it and comparing it to the measurements they promised in the order) and B) amazingly thin. I will say it's very soft and the picture looks good but I don't even know if it's going to wrap around my niece. So thanks to printerpix for changing the measurements on me. Anyways, I would recommend not purchasing from them. Bad product, bad service.
P. S I'd just like to add that even though I never got my email answered they still sent me a "How was our customer service" "follow up" email. Not good printerpix. Not good.
2 days shipping paid but do not get the order On May 7th 2019 I placed an order for a Magic Mug in Printer Prix. In the beginning they didn't clarify that I had to wait 5 process days and then they count the shipping time. Fine, I was supposed to received the order on 05/15/2019. Never happen, I track the package and Fedex still saying that still is in MEMPHIS, TN on 05/16/2019. I paid $27.33 for 2 days shipping. Now 16 days later Printer Prix just said that they can refund me 30% of the shipping. Why? I paid for 2 days shipping and technically today is day #3 and my Order is in Tn, not even in my state FL. I just ask for a fare refund, their standard shipping is $5.99, give me the rest and is ok. But do not tell the client that they can pay for a shipping and the client never receive the order in a timely manner. That's super unprofessional. The last time that I online chat with them wan on 05/16/2019 and Priya assisted me very well and polite, of course is not her fault, somebody else told her to tell me about the 30% refund. I just want my 2 days shipping money back. Today Fedex said that the package is empty. This is ridiculous and still waiting. I actually filled a complaint in Better Business Bureau's, I encourage everyone to do the same.
I ignored reviews of how ridiculous shipping times were because I spoke to a nice man when I called and said I needed them in two weeks. He said I would have them in 3 to 15 days. I thought it was a strangely wide window, but it would work. Today it has been 11 days since I placed the order. It is still marked "in production". I have emailed customer service with my order number three times with no response. These are my daughter's graduation announcements. I needed to be mailing them this week. I'm having to print some locally at Walgreens to at least have something! So beyond disappointing! Don't waste your time, money or energy with them!

I bought the canvas print as a gift and it was perfect. Very nicely made and pic quality was amazing.
Groupon is to blame as much as this company that does not deliver. They've received complaint after complaint and still push their products.
I bought a groupon for this fraud site and there is no way to use it as they have a"deal of the day" which counts as a voucher!
This is my second review. My first order was placed in March, blanket arrived poorly printed, poor quality, they said they'd replace it and despite the excuses still no blanket! My niece came and went from the UK' tomorrow I'll be contacting my credit card company as the point was for her to enjoy while here! I'll never use this company for anything ever!
I ordered a personalized princess blanket from them thru Groupon. I even paid extra for an upgrase and outrageous shipping fees. They take 2 weeks to respond to your email and tell you it can take 20 days to ship. I am a month into it and finally sent an email to groupon. Finally today I get a shipping email from printerpix. Do not order from this company. Severe lack of customer service until you get the 3rd party involved.
If I could give 0 or negative rating, I would have given that. Worst Worst Worst experince I got. I placed the order 10 days ago and they have not even started the production. There website says they will dispatch the product within 5 business days and over the call they will say 15 business days. Totally unacceptable. Worst services you will receive from this company. Things will come to you faster from China than this company. When I asked for cancellation they are keeping all my money back as a cancellation fee. I will not recommend this at all. It is not cheap as well. They will charge you 15$ for standard shipping. The canvs cost is 10$ and the shipping cost is 14$. Worst experience and worst company
I have ordered from this company a before, but this is the first order for my magic latte mugs with pics. I ordered 10 mugs, 1 came broken, 2 were chipped, 2 had blurry pics, and almost all had chipped paint and it looked horrible. I have been going back and forth for 2 months or more and they just keep asking for pics and the same questions over and over. I feel like I am being harrashed! I told them stop emailing me and resolve the issue but they wont stop. They have not refunded me or replacced my mugs. They have poor customer service and I'm sick to my stomach trying to handle them.
Answer: Do not ever trust this company. They need to go out of business.
Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
