I ordered over a month ago and my order still has not even been shipped. When I contact customer service (4 times now) they all give me the same generic scripted response that they are sorry and their orders are usually received within 12 days and I should receive mine within a week Looking at online reviews on several sites, I now see that this is actually very typical. No one gets them on time. I highly do NOT recommend ordering from them. Their shipping charges are outrageous and then they don't even ship anything in a timely manner. Super disappointed. They also made it so I am now blocked fom seeing the status of my order, probably due to my complaints. You can honestly get a similar item from Walmart or Walgreens photo centers at a better price, quicker, and with much better customer service.

When you order it says it will take 8-10 days think more like a month. Customer service is slow and not very helpful. The pictures arrived not centered and a couple were crooked. They got back to me and said that they would reprint the crooked ones but if I wanted the others fixed I would need to play again. Why am I responsible for them printing my pictures with a little over a quarter inch margin one one side and almost an inch on the other side? I'm supposed to pay again?!? It doesn't matter on good the deal is... Run!

BEWARE of this scammer company! I ordered what was described as a "Super Soft Cozy Fleece Throw Blanket" for Father's Day. I looked at the pictures and saw that it was fluffy and full. What I received, after almost 3 weeks, was essentially a felt cloth. It was so stiff, so thin that I could see the pictures from the back. And no fleece what's so ever. If I pulled on it in the slightest way it would tear. After several emails and calls this "company" admitted that the pictures they used for the fleece blanket is of a different blanket called Mink Touch. They refuse to honor their advertisement and remake the blanket as shown in their pictures on their website.

This scammer company needs to be sued and put out of business. Save your money, time and aggravation and stay far far away from them!

I sent a photo of my three sons, and they sent me a canvas photo in return with my son's head cut off! They refuse to send me a refund and say that the original photo had a half of a head! Omg! How ridiculous is that! They have zero quality control and should be embarrassed to have released this ridiculous product to a customer! The photo is going into the garbage because it is worthless! This still is NOT resolved! AVOID!

After my last order I wrote a review and gave PrinterPix 5 stars and then I realized that the 3rd. 11 X 8.5 - 40 page hard cover photo album only had pictures on 11 pages with the other 29 blank and no picture on the back cover. I contacted PrinterPix figuring they would take care of this problem, after several emails I got no where. Here is what they told me - I am really sorry our automated systems will only produce what has been submitted, we have no possibility of making changes to any order placed, therefore we will only produce what is sent to us. Can you believe that - two of the books were printed the way I set them up and on the 3rd. One I'm told my pictures weren't uploaded. I checked my account and the pictures are still there just like I set them up. They had their chance to correct the problem and they didn't, I guess they don't care about being a return customer!

This is the worst company I have delt with for this type of product. It clearly states a five day processing period and it's been 7 working days and 9 days total and still no sign of anything being shipped! They keep telling me they're within their time because it's a 15 day turnaround. WHERE is that bit of info? And why would it take 15 days for it to get 3 hours from the production office! I would use another company if you have any time restraints!

I ordered in enough time paid for express shipping to recieve gifts for my husband and dad. Well I got nothing. I was suppose to recieve my order fri 6/14 before fathers day. I had nothing to give. I will never use or recommend your company, actually I have posted on all social media sites to use a more reliable company. Your reps lied up until fri at 6pm. Then your closed on sat and sunday... NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. DONT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL...

I bought a groupon to redeem with printerpix. I ordered my product 51 days ago. It was intended to be a gift for my friend after his dog passed away. My product was never completed, or shipped. After getting lied to continuously by this company, I finally cancelled my order today. I am highly disappointed with the response from this company and urge people to stay away from this company.

I ordered 2 customized pillow cases for my 2yr old and 3yr old birthday. Her a month and a half went by still no product nor any shopping info. Contacted Printerpix 5 times and kept getting lies. Finally asked for a refund and they offered my 30% of my $9.99 shipping fees back. Which ward $3.33. And none of the money spent on the items. They are CRAZY and a FRAUDULENT company. RIP OFF. DO NOT BUY...

Do not order anything to this company, they are horrible, this company need to go out of business. I placed an order since March until now didn't receive it. Been call customer services back and forth for the last two months nothing happened, they will tell you to wait for the next two business days and they will ship your order but they lied... I don't recommend this company, and I hope they will go out of business... and some of their workers are very unprofessional.

I purchased 3 puzzles with the same picture. They arrived in a reasonable amount of time but the picture was very small with a large white border around it to the edge of the puzzle. I expected the picture to go to the edges of the puzzle with no border. When I complained, they said that I could re-order, pay again with a discount, and they would re-make the puzzles. I told them I've already paid for them once and was not wanting to pay double for the end product. I was informed that they were done working with me.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Beware!

Very disappointed! We went thru groupon and purchased 15 books and only received one. We tried 4 times with customer service and spent hours waiting for them on the phone. To sum it up, we still only have 1 book and this is 7 months later.

I purchased several vouchers for 40 page books to make yearbooks to give to grandparents etc. Wow. If you want to do ANYTHING besides drag and drop photos into some cookie cutter layout... STAY AWAY. I really liked one of the cookie cutter layouts and was going to just move some things around a bit to make it fit my photos like I had done on other sites to make photo books. Then I discovered the layout I liked only had 20 pages. You can NOT just add another page within the layout. They do not have shapes you can change the colors on. The "clipart" selection is extremely limited and very 1990s. Even the text boxes in the original layout were not editable. I am not even done creating my book but I will never order books on printerpix again.

My experience with PrinterPix has been very good. In my most recent transactions, I encountered some difficulties, but Aishwarya, the PrinterPix agent, was unusually helpful, and made these transactions pleasant, and a complete success. It was the second time I talked to Aishwarya, and I am impressed with her expertise, great attitude, and ability to make these transactions smooth. Both the company and her were great to deal with.

This company is horrible. I ordered 3 canvas pictures. The quality was awful. When I called to ask about a refund or possibly getting a reorder they laughed and hung up on me. Save your money and don't fool with these people. They are extremely rude
