Creating the photobook part was good. Easy to navigate through the tool and they are lot of customizable options. Why I am giving a 1 star is for their horrible shipping and customer service. If i say there is no customer service that's accurate. There customer service number is not reachable what so ever. I have been on hold for 1 hour 20 mins, 48 mins, 35 mins and 1 hour 10 mins for the next available representative at 4 different times. No one picked up and I had to give up. Then I emailed few times, only one automatic email came through which was useless and I could have got that info from help menu. The rest of the time no replies for my emails. Week after placing the order tPrinterpix indicated the order is dispatched and I should receive it soon( again no time frame of when the expected delivery date or tracking info). Then few days with no tracker info update even though it says dispatched, we received an email from DHL with a DHL tracking info. Again 4 days passed by with no update in the DHL tracking info. So I called DHL, they said Printerpix hs created the shipping label but the item was not mailed. Now for 3 days there is no update. Apparently the shipping is through DHL ecommerce and they partner up with USPS for actual package delivery. Now the package is been sent from DHL to USPS. For 2 days no update at USPS as they are still waiting for packaged to reach at USPS. Now I am going to miss the date I wanted this photobook to be ready. All the effort was worthless.
Love the blankets! The site was easy to use and customer service rep Jessica Robertson was super helpful when I double checked on my order status.
We ordered photos for our wedding decor. The photos took more day to arrive than it was promised and many of the photos can go to trash as the top of our heads or arms other body parts are missing from the photo.
I would not order again.
I ordered a book for a friend, and not only did it take weeks for them to send it, they sent the WRONG book. The recipient and I are still trying to get this sorted out. I won't be doing business with them again. I had originally ordered 10 copies of the book, and they did a good job on that, which is why I'm giving them two stars. But sending the wrong book and having it take so long to remove is irresponsible.
Placed order 8/19/19. Very simple to upload photos & track pkg.! Package arrived today 9/6/19 perfect timing for gift. RECEIVED Home Sweet Home Esko Minnesota! Called 800 # and no apologies-no explanation! Their only request was to email pic of incorrect item!
The lap blankets were such a big hit with my sister! She lives in the next state. Now she can wake up and see the kids smileing faces every day.
I have nothing to complain about - easy to navigate the site, the design process was easy, tons on backgrounds and layouts; got my product and am very happy with it.
It's been about 3 weeks and I didn't get my order yet, so I chatted with Mario and he updated me saying that my order was filled and I should receive an email soon. He also gave me my tracking number and the website where it can be tracked. He was very respectful and quick.
DO NOT ORDER NOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered my husband a blanket and the picture I choose for the main picture came out dark and couldn't see our daughters face. I have been going back and fourth with them for over two weeks now to get the blanket replaced or my money back. Unfortunately they CANNOT for some odd reason refund me my money, and they are trying to charge me "sales tax" to have it shipped to a different address. It will not let me upload my photo either.
I ordered a picture blanket for my newborn grandson, didn't realize they defaulted it to established in 2020. Obviously he wasn't born in 2020 when i submitted pics in 2019. Why would it create a blanket est in 2020 before it's even here. Not happy with money wasted.
Pictures are faded, pale and washed out, they won't fix an issue if you didn't reach them within 3 months. Even if you have been ordering with them for years. Didn't have a problem in 2016, or 2017, but my last 3 orders of 12 canvases have been so POOR in quality!
Was told i could apply the 19.99 from an unused Groupon on Printerpix site- and after an hour and a half of wasted F?@$^ing time said what was in my CART was discounted? And only FULL price could be used( was $54- which that price never came up in cart anyhow) can't combine vouchers? Well my 19.99 was NOT a voucher... but the CASh i spent... well pathetic, a rip off.

Ik heb daarom het vertrouwen in dit bedrijf verloren, ik vind het namelijk ergbelangrijk om te weten hoe een bedrijf met klanten om gaat
I placed an order with Printerpix 6 Weeks ago. I called them at three weeks and they told me it would be 4 to 5 weeks before I received my picture. I explained I wouldn't of ordered if I knew it would take five weeks to receive it. Now I am being told, at six weeks, that is going to be another week Because of a production error. I don't understand why if they made a mistake they didn't move my picture to the front of production. They will give me absolutely zero information. All they will say is that when it is shipped I will receive an email telling me when it will arrive. SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF STRESS AND DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!
I ordered photos on canvas. The canvas is very cheap and more roughly textured than I have seen with other photos on canvas products. The canvas is extrememly thin, and the tape that affixes it to the stretchers barely overlaps the edges of the wood. I will have to tape it more securely with a backerboard to ensure the canvas stays in place. The only good thing I can say is that the colors are true. If you don't mind a cheaply produced product, you would be pleased with the visual outcome.
I ended up having a horrible experience with this company. They said they were gonna deliver my book on time and the asked me to write a review so I was thankful and I wrote the review but I didn't receive my item on time and I had to constantly contact customer service until I almost gave up on receiving my item. Will not order from this company ever again!

If you buy these you will have to throw away. Does not stand behind or warranty product. This is a predatory business.
Called Customer Service, it sounded like they were in the middle of a stadium surrounded by 50,000 other reps. I purchased a deal from an online group-coupon ;) place. Even with the special deal price I got, so not worth the time or trouble I've had dealing with thiis business. I ordered multiple copies of photo books, only to receive versions of the book which I did not add to my cart to order. Tried emailing customer service for help and was told to send photos of all the copies of the wrong books I received, so I did. They did not respond in the time frame they say they will and I waited an extra 2 days before finally calling them to ask what was going on. My phone call was an eye opener... it was a call center atmosphere and I could barely hear the rep over the background conversations, noise, laughing, etc. When I could hear the rep, I could barely understand them. Their English was poor, broken, and not clear. When I questioned what was said for clarification purposes, the reps got aggitated and short. From what I could hear and understand, it was basically a script. Once I did get a hold of someone who spoke slighly better English, it was still extremely hard to hear over the background noise. All attempts at calling their US office number were re-routed to the same horrible call center regardless of the options selected. I tried every single one. All lead to the stadium call center. No matter what proof I sent them (and I had screenshots, photos, logs, everything possible) to show their error, they insist it was not their fault and that their computers or programming do not make mistakes and this was my fault. Finally after multiple discussions, they agreed to reprint the books for free but I had to pay a $20 shipping charge via Paypal. The entire process seemed unprofessional and shady. I'm still waiting for the books and have been told they shipped, but of course they still have not arrived. Whatever the outcome of my books are, their fate was dealt the minute I placed an order with this company. Never again. And I will tell everyone and anyone to never do business with this company. The entire experience was one I hope to never have to go through with any company ever again.

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
