I ordered 4 vouchers for 10 calendars each to use by 12/15/19. The vouchers were sold at a very good price for the calendars. However, after taking 2 hours to upload pictures and design calendars like I wanted them, I found out that the shipping was going to be $81. That was more than I paid for the voucher for the ten calendars. When I called to ask about that excessive charge, I was told that the charge was correct. I ended up cancelling orders for vouchers and still losing $30 that they wouldn't refund. I had just ordered 150 calendars from Vistaprint (also at a sale price) and was only charged $9.99 for shipping. Don't get caught in their false advertising! NEVER throw your money away with this company!
Customer service has been great. I purchased 5 books with a groupon and thought I could get them printed separately, turns out I was supposed to do them all at once. They told me once I finished the other books to just pay the shipping and they will get them printed. They have been super easy to work with and making the book was also a very easy process. The book printed great even though some pictures were "low quality" they still came out okay! Will definitely use again!

Yes-the prints are inexpensive or seem to be a good deal. But of course the catch is shipping. For 20 prints in paid $1.50 plus $12 in shipping-joke. An even bigger joke is that the estimated delivery date is 2 weeks from the day the order was placed. For $12, I would think it would ship faster than that.
Never again.
I was happy with her service it with you as Walmart customers u should be able to send the product and replace the broken one and not have to wait a week for the product
I ordered some save the date cards and the pictures came out fine but the template they have for the back of the card there is a word that is misspelled on their part and when I told them about it they tried to make it seem that I did the changes and I did not edit anything so instead of Them making the necessary edits and changes they wanted me to go back in redo my cards and PAY SHIPPING FEES AGAIN to resend my order INSTEAD of just redoing my order THEY insisted that I PAY AGAIN. THEY CLEARLY SEEN THE MISTAKE ON THEIR PART BUT TOOK NO ACTION... SO WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE. So I will make due with what I Have and I WONT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN...
This company is the worst! If it allowed 0 stars, that is what I would have given it! I ordered two separate orders for 10 magic mugs (20 total) The order came in without the letter "L" on the word "school". Another two orders entered to replace and they still came out incorrect. I was asked to take each mug out of the individual styrofoam box, boil water, fill each cup and then take pictures of each cup, then as a group. Not once, but twice I was asked to do this. I asked to speak with the production dept and I was refused. After 3 months of speaking to a customer service person and then his mgr, I asked to speak to the manager's manager. I was told he was not allowed to give his name. I was told someone would call me back and that never happened. I have contacted the credit card company to dispute the orders. Guess they don't have a quality control department. They kept putting everything back on me. How dare they! At one point, they said I didn't purchase the mugs from them even after taking pics of their carton labels. I am so done with this company. They don't deserve to be in business after treating me so poorly. They finally wore me down, I hope you are happy.
I ordered 2 blankets as gifts and one arrived damaged I contacted cistomer service and Brian Thompson helped to have a replacement blanket made and to speed up service as it was a gift. He was very kind and knowledgable and assured me that my issue was important and Wpuld be talen care of in a timely manner
Peter Thomson was very knowledgeable and helped me with the problem I had uploading photos. He took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the uploaded photos and offered to help again if needed. It took several emails, but finally took a phone call to get the answer I needed.
Given great customer service support. Clearly understood that I did not have high quality picture for my 50 X 60 blanket then. So I could not complete my order before date.
I just completed my order of 3 photo books. I had technical difficulties with the system not working when I wanted to complete my order and had to wait the next day to call to get it resolved. I just spoke to Mark who was very pleasant and assisted me in getting the problem resolved. I've used Printerpix in the past and will continue to use it in the future.
The groupon voucher did not work even after I called in to get help. I then was asked to pay for shipping/handling through PayPal which I did immediately. Then, I had to call back and ask for the item to be shipped. Since they are only open 6 am-6 pm eastern time M-F, it was difficult to find a time to call them. I don't think they were ready for the influx of groupon customers. However, the customer service was very good! Every time I called (which was 3 times!) I had great customer service, especially Mark. I am now waiting an estimated 18 days for the product- here's hoping it will be right!
Bought a Groupon for canvas prints in early September. Have tried getting in the website multiple times a day every single day and it won't load. Tried chrome, IE, phone, laptop, desktop and nothing! Their customer support was useless... Each time they told me they were having technical issues but the problem has been corrected... it hasn't been! Groupon also no help with the issue. Total waste of money!
Awesome service, fedex lost my order completely and printer pic found they order and sent out another one. After being in the phone with fedex the last few days, I was relived by the helpful customer service!
The service that I received was awesome, very knowledgeable, patient help me every step to validate my voucher. I a senior citizen disable. Thanks Again

Terrible! I ordered my doggie blanket in June. It's now September and still - nothing! I emailed them and I got a short email stating they are backed up.
I placed an order and had no idea how to customize, so I asked them and they never responded. I Then went to look back into it and what I bought, expired! That is the same to me as stealing money. I have reached out to them several more times and they never respond. I will never using them again and I would never recommend them.
I made the photo book easily enough... but it said it was "in production" forever. When I did a live chat... i just got standard cut and paste answers. HORRIBLE!
When order a photobook with 40 pages. 1) take 20 days to deliver, not few days. 2) 38 out of 40 pages are blanket, including cover and back pages. 3) poor customer services. No response through email. 4) when call them, they asked me to pay additional $10 for shipping another book... *******@hotmail.com
Answer: Do not ever trust this company. They need to go out of business.
Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
