I ordered 3 calendars, all the same with custom photos. I waited about 2.5 weeks to get the finished product at home and was so excited because these were also gifts for family that lives in a different state.
I opened up the packaging and I mean they're a little cheap but that was slightly expected.
Then I flipped the cover sheet and there's December 2020 starting the year (they put it on the back side of the cover page. Then it followed with January. Long story short. The last page on the calendar is June 2020 then between Jan and June they put the other months on the back of the pages. The calendar is completely out of order and the photo quality is very poor and you aren't able to resize the photos.
I took photos and contacted their customer care and sent in all the photos. Waited 3 days for a response just for the guy to say theres nothing wrong with them. He said he reviewed the photos and all I'll have to do is when the month changes scroll through and find the correct month and hang it... um I paid for a calendar that is supposed to be in order and correctly put together. They refused to correct the problem or give a refund. Looks like custom photo places will always have to be a local company. Don't waste your time and money on this garbage!
I ordered a personalized princess blanket. Within 5 minutes of placing and paying for the order, I realized I needed a bigger size. I immediately called, and was told my order was already in production, and that if I wanted to cancel the order and reorder the correct size that I would be charged $30 to cancel the order. There is ZERO chance that my order was in production within 5 minutes, because it takes 20 to 30 days to get the order. I hate liars, and they'll never get another dime of my money. Find another company to order your products from. This is a complete ripoff!
If you are busy and and want to do a quick and easy photo project -- clear steer of this site. The website is horrible and the customer service is even worse. Three days and they still cannot help me load a photo. I had a voucher for a free gift but don't even want to redeem it anymore since it's not worth the headache. I went to all their competitor's sites and my photo works there. On their site, it doesn't work. Asked them to load it and they disconnected with me 4 times on their chat. They are a technical nightmare
Avoid this website at all cost it is a scam. They'll email you but nothing will ever get done. Tried to order a blanket and was unsuccessful on the website and when you go to Groupon it says it's temporarily down avoid avoid avoid
I bought a groupon voucher for a number of calenders - the price of which was excellent.
From start to finish -3 evenings in total- a shockingly bad experience!
Will happily pay full price next year and go back to using Optimalprint or similar
ALSO Similar to other bad experiences on here I think I have been charged twice for postage - just to add insult to injury
After purchasing a photo book coupon from printerpix, I made an attempt to build the book by using the coupon redemption email they sent. Loaded a few pix and then decided to try another layout so loaded some more. After hours of attempt - I couldn't get the book I ordered to come up as an option, even though I used their own link. Two emails later, I got a call with directions on how to get to where I wanted to be - of course, the FAQs they have are a joke so the phone call was necessary. Did what the rep told me and still no luck. If I picked the size I bought - not leather cover (which is what I paid for) - no access to photos from both attempts - one or the other attempt only. Rep promised to send them to me all together so I could start layout for a third time. Finally lost my mind just enough to call them and ask for a refund. Was told I only have 7 days from date of purchase for a refund. Sooo now I can't build the item I purchased because the site won't allow it and they get to keep my money. To say this company is god-awful is waaaay tooo kind. NEVER AGAIN! And if you are thinking of using them because they send you a good deal - run screaming to some other site... you'll either do it now or later - when you try to actually redeem the coupon you purchase. UGH!
I ordered through Groupon I paid 7 dollars for the Groupon? Called this company and was told pay 11 bucks more? So I said that has never happened before. So order time 15 to 18 days to receive a small blanket. Long story short have not gotten the blanket. Today I was told it was damaged during production and the will re do it. Funny I was never informed about any of this. So I told them if I don't get this damn blanket in 10 days I will go to our local DA office
I called PrinterPix for help this morning, and Mark was helping me to resolve some issue with my photo book. He was nice and very helpful and was able to resolve my issue. Thank you Mark.

I have ordered a blanket back in October, I was told it shipped and I never got it. I called and emailed several times because I never saw activity that my blanket shipped. They said they will reship it and I got an email stating they did again A MONTH LATER... and still no activity thru FedEx that this order went out. I am so disappointed with this company and with Groupon for dealing with them. I would suggest you don't purchase anything from this company
I purchase one blanket and it was lovely. I then purchased two more as blankets as gifts and received completely different products. When I complained and questioned what happened, I was told "lease be informed that the super soft cozy blanket has been designed as such and we are unable to make further changes to it." DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - You have no idea what you will get.
Ordered metal prints. Company didn't put cardboard between... causing thin metal to make permanent bends. Corners bent so pic doesnt display on wall flat.
Customer service. If you can hear n understand them... useless.
I realize i used a groupon... which i guess means... "We dont create a quality product because of the discount"
Remember. There are alot of companies offer the same service... will b supporting them
I purchased a Groupon for printerpix and have tried several times over the past month to create the "magic mugs" I purchased. Every time the design studio and site does not work. The first time the preview cut 1/2 the image on each end off although the "flat" was 100% correct. You support said it was an error in the system and to try back. I tried again, and the site does not work at all for the magic mugs. I am beginning to believe this is a scam to get consumers to purchase a Groupon that can NOT redeem them until they expire. Groupon must also be in on it, considering they ONLY allow "thumbs-up" review on groupon so no one can warn others.
Here's the response from Printerpix which came in Feb! They said I ordered ONE card - no way. No they will not refund the money I spent for 45 cards and shipping and handling. STay away from them

This is the worst thing I have ever done. Horrible product, horrible service and a total scam. They wanted me to pay online, then pay a sep fee of $70 on paypal in order to get a email code to get a reimbursement from original failed order. EXPLAIN THAT LOGIC. Total scam.
I ordered 2 mugs never got them no feedback stated I couldn't get refund never spoke with anyone in Florida only India poor service never could used groupon I will never order from them
Make sure you get what you want, because I bought a coupon for 8 x 11.5 and when I saw the email said the order of my 8 x 6 photo books was almost ready. I sent them and email and the reply saying the order was ready, and if I want it to cancel it, I have to pay cancellation fees, and I had to choose the size of the photo books, and it was my fault. Never offered a solution, nothing, I've been waiting for the books (3) for more than a week... DO NOT ORDER YOUR BOOKS HERE!
Plates cheap & the pictures were poor. No return policy and refused refund. Stay away, a $204 mistake

AVOID PRINTERPIX - SENT WRONG CALENDERS TWICE AND BLAMED ME FOR ADDING WRONG ITEMS TO BASKET. NO FURTHER HELP GIVEN AND PAYPAL CLAIM DENIED. OFFERED TO SEND THE RIGHT ITEMS BUT THEN NEVER DID! AVOID NAME WAS VICTOR
Answer: Do not ever trust this company. They need to go out of business.
Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
