I think this company sucks. I purchased products then the shipping total was more than the products I bought. When trying to contact the company there is no way to get through and no one responds to my emails

I purchased a Groupon deal for two medium dog blankets to give as Christmas gifts. When I went to redeem it on the Printerpix site, the code would only let me select SMALL blankets. If I tried to change it to medium-sized, an additional $12 charge EACH was added. I contacted Printerpix customer service via email. "Isabella" was the rep who responded. She stated that she would send a link to pay for shipping, and that once shipping was paid I would be able to place my order.

WRONG! Even though I provided her with proof of purchase and paid shipping costs, four additional emails back and forth over the past several days have gotten me NOWHERE. I still cannot get what I have paid for, plus it is now too late to get them in time for Christmas gifts.

So... the Black Friday deal of $8 per blanket plus $16 for shipping each brings the total to $64, or $32 EACH for a freaking 30" by 40" dog blanket with the dog's name on it! So much for a good deal.:-( I am out $64 with nothing to show for it.

BUYER BEWARE>>>The shipping costs are beyond ridiculous...$15.95 EACH for shipping a fleece dog blanket that weighs less than a pound. PLEASE look at the horrible shipping costs before doing business with this company. It is an absolute rip-off.

I ordered a small "fleece" blanket from PrinterPix and was very, VERY disappointed.

OTHER COMPANY'S FLEECE BLANKETS
I've ordered fleece blankets from other sites and they are beautiful, kind of like short fur (instead of sweatshirt fleece) on both sides, and there is no visible stitching on the edges. The construction is perfect so that the edges of the design are perfect.

PRINTERPIX FLEECE BLANKET
The PrinterPix blanket was actually very thin flannel, not the fleece or furry, soft material used by other photo blanket makers. The edges were hemmed under to the back side and stitched with white stitching (the border of my design was dark teal, so the stitching shows up clearly). The stitching was cheaply and poorly done with uneven edges such that the white backing shows in places from the front of the blanket. Many areas had long strings hanging down from the stitching. The printing was fine, but who cares when the blanket looks shoddily made, cheap, and is such thin flannel that it doesn't feel cozy?

I purchased what I thought was a great Groupon, designed my Christmas card (which was a HUGE headache) and waited 6 business days to receive. I knew off of the Groupon's description that I would have to pay shipping which totaled $10.85. Today I received 1, yes 1 card. When I called to resolve the issue I was informed that I made a mistake and would need to pay shipping again. Even though I don't believe I clicked one after spending nearly 2 hours designing a card because the website isn't user friendly and I'm pretty tech savvy. So after redesigning my card and trying to REPAY shipping the quantity continually went back to 1 every time I clicked to pay. So now I'm waiting 2+ hours for a link that I'm supposedly to use. This is absurd! Don't waste your money or time!

I had previously ordered my two wedding albums and had to pay a hefty price for the shipping. However, I let it pass as we were happy with the albums.
Thereafter I was given a special offer on the large canvas prints and bought a voucher on 3rd December. When I tried to checkout, the cost of the Shipping was exorbitant and so I decided to cancel this order.
I had to search all over to figure out how to cancel as they say they will refund me in full if I cancel with 7 days. However, the Customer Care number *******228 does not work in Canada. I was told by the operator to use 1 in front. I have tried several times and the phone just keeps ringing with no answer!
I am extremely upset with this whole experience and will NEVER order from these guys again and will advise other not to either! They just are not Customer Friendly!

I purchased a deal off Groupon, (2) 25x30 custom dog blankets for $8.00. When I went to check out it was trying to charge for $23. I spoke with someone who stated my code was for (1) 40x50 blanket but they would allow me to have 2 of the smaller sizes for $14. I should not owe anything as Groupon was already paid. If I pay them the $14 they are asking plus add in the $8 I've already been charged, I'm still going to end up paying the $23 when it should only be the $8. I've reached out to this company twice with no response. Do NOT waste your time. I will be asking Groupon for a refund.

Bought a Groupon for a blanket. They sent me the wrong item. I sent them pictures of the item. They admitted to sending incorrect product but never got a replacement. It's been almost a month. Every bad review is true. Customer service is bad... like I'm bothering them. Not worth the headache. Go purchase at Collage.com

I purchased a Groupon for 4 blankets. I designed the first blanket and placed in cart and did the same with each one after. When I received these blankets 3 were the same. I contacted this so called company and they were the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They refused to fix THEIR problem. These were Christmas gifts for the grandkids. They said they could do the other 2 blankets for shipping charge. I paid the shipping AGAIN, but NOT once did they ask for the 2 new designs and they NEVER sent the 2 new blankets. Now how would they know what these 2 blanket designs are if I didn't order them to begin with.
This so called company is the biggest SCAM ever. I will be getting my refund from what has been paid. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!

I placed an order for two shams for my granddaughter but only received one. I contacted groupon and got printerpix customer service #. I called and they wanted me pay another shipping charge for the second sham that they never sent me. Bottom line is no more business from me. The least they could have done was send me the second sham with no shipping charges. They use the post office for their deliveries and should not cost them more that $2.00 for the postage. They can keep the sham and the money as I am done with them.
