THEY ROCK. DO NOT HESITATE TO ORDER. I'm a big fan of iCanvas because I have placed 3 orders over past year and the last one had a printing problem. Deb on CS team was in touch with me within minutes and was totally cool about it. Got a new one shipped fast, and made me and my company (bentoforbusiness.com) look good. Oh, and as icing their pricing is highly competitive so I don't have to waste time shopping.
I'm trying to redecorate my 6 year old granddaughter's bedroom at my house. I ordered a colorful Dean Russo cat canvas which I loved. However, my granddaughter didn't like it very much so we looked though the different ones they had on icanvas and she found a different one that she liked much better. I emailed customer service to return the canvas and they refunded me right away no questions asked. They have great customer service.
We are eagerly looking forward to the delivery of the canvases we ordered.
I made an error on my order and had to change it and ask for a credit as I mistakenly ordered a double of a canvas. I emailed them and the very next morning, got a credit and very nice email from Andrew. He was very accommodating and understanding. Great customer service.

I bought a house over a year ago and now focused on buying art since the furniture has been all purchased. I love canvas art and looked at online shops such as Wayfair and Overstock but wanted something on a larger scale and more unique. I also didn't want to break the bank, so when I did an online search, iCanvas popped up. They have tons of canvas art but was nervous as I've never heard of the store. I checked different online reviews and decided to take a chance based on the positive reviews I read. I am happy to say I'm glad I took the chance because I love my canvas. It gives you options to split it in three single panels which I chose and I absolutely loved the steep discount I got on it. My 40X60 canvas was almost $500 but thanks to the discounts they place everywhere on their site, including at checkout, the total came to $150. It was well packaged and came at a decent time frame. I would recommend and repurchase from them.
I have gone on a shopping frenzy with ICanvas the quality is out of the this world. The shipping has been crazy. I didnt think it would be so fast but I ordered something last Sunday and got it this afternoon. That is freaky fast. I definitely recommend them and will be ordering again

The canvas quality was pretty good, considering I ordered a large one, I half expected the resolution to be worse.
It was shipped quickly and arrived quickly. I dealt with the customer service people by phone at one point and found them to be very accommodating.
I would recommend this site and it's product, like anything - if you have realistic expectations you won't be disappointed.

Purchased art from this site and it came damaged by UPS, I though I was in trouble! I am SOOOOOOOOOOO impressed with icanvasart service, all it took was 30 second call, they shipped a new item to me same day, gave me new tracking number so I wasn't worried, had UPS come collect the damaged art next day and all this with no cost to me at all. All it took was a 30 seconds call... I will buy from them from now on. You have a committed customer in me. Thank you!

I have had my art piece for a few years now. Has not faded, looks great, and the service from these guys is phenomenal. They delivered as promised and for as large of a piece as I bought, I was surprised there were no damages. Massive selection of canvas art pieces. I think it's the only thing they sell on there. I ordered two canvas art prints. They shipped within 36 hours, if I recall! Shipped UPS. Relatively speedy. Great packaging. My art came with no blemishes. Just as pictured on the site. Prices were very decent, definitely lower then canvas art I saw elsewhere. Their prices are about 1/4 of the prices I would see for the same product at the mall. Overall a very easy online transaction.
My art piece came to me in about 4 days. The package was well packed and had one page instruction sheet on how to hang the art. 1 page is a little overkill but it had some good tips.
The art looked great and had really good colors and quality. I hung it up in my daughters room. She wanted something on the wall there and this wall art makes the room look more finished.
I bought my boyfriend a Kobe 3-piece painting and I was very pleased with how quickly it arrived. I usually have trouble ordering anything online and this site has restore my faith in online shopping! They were so timely and their customer service (one the phone) was great!
