Worst company ever.
December 18, 2018

I placed a Christmas order for a blanket in the middle of November. I was told the cut off date for Christmas delivery was 12/12. Not only have I not received my order but I have been unable to get a reply as to when I might expect my order. I tried one more time today to find something out and got a message to my email that their inbox is full. Worst company ever!

Placed order 1st of Dec its now the the 18th and still nothing. Called they said they had to reprint it. No date giving when my shipment will arrive. These are gifts to teachers which school close for break the end of this week its now Tues. Never again. How I ordered from collage.com a blanket and it came but a mug from printerpix and it didn't even finish being done yet, places both orders on same day. Never again. Then when i call the rep tells me i have to pay 150 for fast shipment after he admits they printer broke and had to reprint my items.

Printerpix is a joke

I paid Groupon $35 for 10 mugs to then check out incorrectly on printerpix. I followed the instructions on Groupon but then there were certain instructions for printerpix that I wasn't aware of so paid $13 for 1 mug and called immediately but was told they can't refund me bc it's in production. THEN I had to pay $50 for shipping even though I already paid Groupon $35. THEN the order is taking way longer than normal so I finally got ahold of them and the guy kept repeating himself with a BS answer and then hung up on me bc I wasn't satisfied with his answer that it's not guaranteed by Xmas. Worst customer service ever and terrible shipping and return process. I will never order from them or Groupon again

NEVER AGAIN!

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH! I ordered a fleece blanket BEFORE THANKSGIVING and it hasn't even shipped yet. I have tried consistently to email and call them and have got NOTHING! When I call, they keep telling me they will come before Christmas but won't give me anymore information. I am FURIOUS. Wouldn't even give them ONE STAR. They are horrible.

I will NEVER order from this company again! After receiving a groupon, I ordered my 45
Christmas cards. Three weeks later I finally received my CARD, yes 1 card is all I got out of the 45 I was supposed to get. So I emailed the company, no response. I called the company, I sat on hold for over 30 minutes and gave up and then called a few days later and sat on hold for another 30 minutes before someone answered, finally. Then they tell they will order me the additional 44 cards but I have to pay the shipping. I fought and fought with them but they wouldn't give. Okay whatever, I paid the shipping. But I had to call back after I paid the shipping to have them order. I decided I was not going to sit on the phone waiting for another 30+ minutes so I used live chat and I was on for over 2 hours! There was definitely some language barriers as some of the things he, Bhuvaneshwari, said to me either didn't make sense or came off very rude. I did get them to order my cards after all was said and done but he said it would take another 7-14 days to get the cards to me which means I will not receive them until after Christmas. I started this whole thing before Thanksgiving so I am pretty annoyed! Definitely not worth the hassle! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Tried to place an order for Christmas cards - their site was broken and I couldn't pay, so they sent me a Paypal invoice for $19.96 two days later, which I paid. Never received a receipt/order number. Live chatted with them two days later after sending emails and trying to call - they told me that charge was for shipping only and my order had not been placed. I asked for a refund (never going to get Christmas cards now!), they told me to just pay the product price (can't it's not working) - asked again for a refund and they hung up the chat. Their customer service number is never answered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Worst service ever

I ordered two canvasses at the end of November and pay an arm and a leg for shipping. My order has not been completed and I have been hung up on and ignored by their live chat, email, and phone customer service after waiting for 40 minutes each. I have other things to do and wanted my order resolved and just got talked in circles. I bought a groupon for another product and at this point probably won't even use it because this company is crap and don't value their customers.

WORST PURCHASE EVER MADE

I ordered 10 calendars, they charged me for 10 calendars and then mailed me one. I am pretty easy going so I figured I would give them a call - there customer service number is out of order. Seemed like BS so I sent an email and it bounced back because their inbox is full. They stole my money and disappeared! Go to Collage.com it may be a few extra bucks but not having your gift and dealing with these jerks is not worth the pennies saved. I reported them to the BBB and will contacting my bank to fight the charge.

I started work on a 100 page photo book at the beginning of November. I have spent HOURS creating a very special photo book for a Christmas present for my parents. I have encountered seven major problems so far. Each time I have phoned printerpix (at my expense) waited up to 40 mins for my phone call to be answered. Then spent a further 20 minutes explaining the problem, only to be told my issue would be esculated to the IT department. I have asked for a supervisor to contact me on the last three occassions I have contacted Printerpix, no-one ever has. I am on page 69 of my 100 page photo book and the photos will no longer upload, so I can't add any more photos. I have been told I will need to start again. Is this company for real? Has all my HOURS and HOURS of tedious photo editing and book making gone to waste? Does anyone at Printerpix actually care just how upsetting and frustrating this is?
The deals might seem good, but the mental stress is simply NOT WORTH IT. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
Pay a little bit more for a photobook with a company who can resolve issues and actually care about their customers.

I recently ordered from Printerpix and needed to have an issue with my order resolved. Arvind was the associate who helped me fix this issue with a great deal of his time and effort. The level of customer service that he exemplified shows that he cares about the customers of Printerpix and he would do whatever is in his power to help. He was able to resolve the issue and I could not be more thankful. Arvind helped to definitely solidify me as an ongoing customer of Printerpix because of the level of customer service that Printerpix exhibits. Thank you Arvind!

Worst customer service

Although their products are unique, the customer service is beyond awful. If i could give then 1/2 star i would! I received 2 defective products and the customer service rep indicated that a replacement item would be shipped within 5-7 business days and 2 weeks later, nothing! After waiting on hold for over an hour and multiple emails, the rude customer service agent (Derrick Fernandez) and his rude supervisor (Joshua) indicated that it would be another 5-7 business days. No apologies, no overnite or 2 day shipping, no care for the customer.

SCAM ARTISTS--STAY AWAy

I bought 2 blankets on Groupon.
Went to create them on PrinterPix website.
Found out shipping was $29. Scam started there.
Created blankets on 11/20/18.
Today is 12/17/18 and they are "still being produced."
Have called 2x. Waited 1 hour each time.
They lie and never give a straight answer.
Just spent TWO HOURS on chat.
Rep could not tell me when they would arrive.
Wouldn't give me a straight answer.
Kept me waiting up to 15 minutes before replying to me.
They finally agreed to pay HALF of my shipping costs. That's it.
And I won't be getting blankets I counted on as Xmas presents.
