Bought two calendars through Groupon deal. Thought the order process would reflect this. Despite the voucher specifically saying 2 calenders they only sent one. Apparently you have to repeat the order quantity on order or they will only send 1.
I wonder if I purchase 1 Groupon calender then ask Printerpix for 10 would they query the order. You bet they would.
To be be fair the product was very good.
Now the downside.
Trying to correct the order quantity.
The customer service.
2 hours on live chat going round in circles.
They were only interested in establishing blame not resolving the issue.
When I finally convinced them I just wanted the second calender and would pay the extra costs they offered to put me through to customer service, then cut me off.
I phoned customer service spent 30 minutes in a queue then when the operator realised I had an issue claimed only to speak Italian and cut me off. Yes I understand Italian and no I don't agree with your unrepeatable comments.
Resorted to email. Had another session of establishing blame. Again finally explained after 18 emails I just wanted the second calender and would pay any extra costs.
I would be amazed if the second calender ever arrives but I had to pay the extra £5 just out of shear curiosity to see what happens next.
In conclusion the product is good if you receive it.
Downside watch out for excessive hidden costs.
My advice - there are lots of good companies providing better products without the extra costs.
If you still insist on using Printerpix you will go insane trying to resolve the problems that will probably occur.

Had called earlier and was unable to hear the customer service. Saw they had a text option and utilized that. Clear communication the whole time and confirmation of change. Would only text from now on!

Claiming it's Groupon's fault that buyers did not put the correct numbers of card ordered. They also refused refund just like others mentioned here.

I used a $4.99 Groupon for 25 Christmas cards, and after several weeks I only received 1! This is with $4.99 shipping. That's almost $10 for 1 Christmas card! By the way, printing quality is mediocre. I have high resolution picture. So even with no-issue on orders I wouldn't use this company.
I will contact VISA and claimed online fraud on part of Groupon and Printerpix.

Woeful customer service

I've had an exasperatingly woeful time with this company. After over charging on a delivery fee and a mis leading website about the delivery date i am still waiting on my item over a week past when they said it would be with me and over two weeks past when i believed it would be. After several exchanges with their 'customer service' department i have decided they must be as useful as a chocolate teapot and they are unable to answer questions or tell me where my item is. They just resolve to robotic answers. I wish there was minus stars.

Horrible customer service

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I place order for cards the day after Thanksgiving for 100 cards. TWO weeks later, I received only 2 cards! I could not get through customer service on the phone after 5 attempts and it took over an hour to get through on chat. Finally got through and the person told me to place another order for 98 cards, which I did, but when I went to the cart it defaulted to TWO again! It has been 10 days and I am STILL waiting for the delivery (website says still in production). I did online chat again and was told it can take up to two weeks to ship and they will TRY to get them to me by Christmas. Asked to speak to supervisor, but was told there is no one to talk to. NEVER AGAIN!

I utilized the live chat to follow up on my order that is intended to be a Christmas gift. Mr John Joseph was very diligent and followed up on the status of my order and even said that he would "escalate" it to the back team and assured me that it was in the final stage of production and that I would receive notification once it was mailed out. Yusuf Aman m'a beaucoup aidé! J'avais acheté mon calendrier sans le finir, il a réussi a annuler ma commande pour que je recommence un nouveau calendrier et ensuite il s'est chargé seul de re commander le nouveau calendrier (cette fois ci termiée) un énorme merci car sans lui, je n'aurai pas pu offrir le calendrier.

Please beware and stay away from this company. A groupon deal IS NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!
I purchased a groupon deal, ordered my cards, waited for 12 days for shipping only to receive ONE card. I ordered 45. They had no idea what I ordered and said that they could do nothing to help other than put me in line after the others which would get me my cards after the New Year! The customer service rep was awful to deal with and threatened to hand up with me because "he had no idea what I wanted him to do". Soooo needless to say I had to order new cards and pay for two day shipping. Oh and I sat on hold for 28 minutes wating to speak to a customer service rep! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Never ever again!

I ordered 3 calendars using a voucher purchased through groupon. It was a fairly long process to order but I think that's to be expected and I could have been better prepared! The order was processed fairly quickly, and I received it not long after. Unfortunately there was a printing error on the same image on all 3 calendars. I contacted Printer Pix by email and quite quickly received a response. I send photos of the 3 calendars together, and the advisor (Lijo) very quickly agreed to re-send me the calendars. I then followed the instructions given to me but I didn't hear anything. I sent two follow up emails asking for an update but didn't receive any reply. So today (2 weeks since the last communication) I contacted them again using the Chat function on the website. I got through to an advisor (Fariya) who took a look for me and after confirming a few details, re-placed the order. Fingers crossed the problem is resolved!

I only used Printerpix due to the Groupon offers. Even with the offer you will pay dearly for the shipping, if you receive the order. Yes, that is IF you receive the order. It has taken WEEKS for my orders to show up. I had purchased two Groupons and wish I had only purchased one at a time. Knowing how long it took for the first blanket to arrive, I paid additional to have the two day shipping; in hopes I would have it in time to ship to my mother for Christmas. Well, I ordered it on 12/5 - today is 12/16 and their service team (after a 22 minute wait) told me that it might be sent out by Tue or Wed and since I paid for 2 day shipping, that is "before" Christmas... So that's 16 days if I'm lucky and I will not have time to wrap and reship to my mother for her gift. Had I realized how much this company charges for shipping on extremely light blankets, I would not have purchased the Groupon. Now knowing how poor the quality, timeliness and services is... you couldn't pay me to shop with them.

I placed my blanket order on 11/19 after several attempts to contact them 60+ minutes on hold for call and live chat. Each time they "assured" me my blanket would be delivered before Christmas. Today i contacted them for an update and was told the order was "delayed". When I asked when the projected finish date was Rahul left the chat without notice. After finally getting someone on the phone I was able to cancel my order. Now we wait 7-10 days for a refund
