I placed an order with printerpix.com on 11/15/18. On 12/11/18 after serval phones canceled my order due to the fact that it was not made. How does it take 26 days to make a picture blanket? Every time I called to check on it it would take the call center at least 30 minutes before someone would pick up the phone call. Every time I spoke to someone they would have some excuse as to why the product had not shipped yet. First it would be fedex hasn't pick up the package yet for 3 days. It's ready it just hasn't shipped out yet, then on the last days I was told they had problems with their program and it wasn't done yet. I demanded a my money back and told them to cancel my order. They told me they can't do that since it's a personalized order. After arguing with them about the fact that the order has not even been made yet and the fact that I would not have this product by Christmas I want my money back. They said sure we can do that, they canceled my order and I have yet to see my refund.

I ordered 100 cards two weeks ago through a LivingSocial Printerpix deal. I paid $10 for shipping and only got one card in the mail. I called yesterday, and was on hold for two hours until they dropped my call. I did the live chat this morning for two hours, and they only agreed to refund $5 of the $10 shipping. Not one mention of refunding my LivingSocial amount of $20, which apparently LivingSocial needs them to approve the refund. They said that since my order was delivered, even though it was only 1/100th of the order, they felt a full refund was out of the question. Horrible company, never order anything from them.

Defective product

The picture on the mug was misaligned so that the upper third of the head was cut off. Poor quality control. Customer service offered to fix the problem for an additional 50% of the original price. Their clam that they care about customer satisfaction is misleading. Would not recommend doing business with them.

We ordered a 100 page photo book via a Groupon voucher and spent two full days getting the photos from our safari holiday all set up on the Printerpix website. The software was intuitive to use and easy to get the effects we wanted. At the end of the process we were asked to pay an extra £16 for photo quality paper. We were amazed to be asked that but the onscreen version on their website looked so awful that we paid the extra. The book arrived nine days after we ordered it and it was absolutely awful. It was not printed on photo quality paper, just ordinary paper and the colours were totally different to those on their website. Some pages were OK others very red or orange, no consistency. We have now complained THREE times to their email address listed on their website but have not had the courtesy of a response. I suggest that no one deals with this company as they are worse than anyone I have ever dealt with.

Bhuvaneshwari was very personable and helpful in my issue with an order. He stated that it is in production and should be received before christmas. I am satisfited with this representative but I have to be honest that I do question Printerpix itself. I have placed four orders and two had errors. What I have received is beautiful (blankets and black latte mugs) but I received a duplicate of one blanket and one has yet to be received and the mugs I also received an duplicate of one and one is missing. Hopefully this will be resolved and my christmas gift will be here in time. I ordered one for each of my children (6) and would feel awful if I didn't have one to give.

I ordered a 30x20 voucher from groupon. Their code didn't work. I had to keep calling them. I ordered it on 11/9/18 it's 12/14/18 still haven't received it and no shipping information given to me. I HAVE called over 3x all they said if will be shipping soon no date. Each time it's over 40 minutes on chat and when I call it sounds busy or they hang up. FRAUD!

I ordered on November 28 and order said expect on Dec 8th. I have watched and their aight says in production. It hasn't changed and it's December 14th. I used the chat twice. First Lady left the conversation, the next guy says order will arrive on the 7th. I waited and called on the 8th. That guy said my order was waiting for tracking number. I will receive an email with tracking information soon. 1 day short of a week and nothing. This was supposed to be a special gift for 2 special people. I'm frustrated, angry and this is the nice version. This is screaming SCAM!

John Joseph was worth a 4+ rating. So far though, I'm totally concerned about the company itself. I ordered 4 identical mugs over 5 weeks prior to Christmas to allow what I thought ample time to complete and get to me. There's no where on the site to indicate probable completion date, possible shipping date. One of these is going to CA so that one will definitely be late. I hate being late. I don't like what it says about me.
I'll have to think twice about doing business with printerpix. There are other sites that offer the same type of products and with what I've also learned since I placed my order, half the shipping cost.

Dont Be Enticed

Do not be enticed by their cheap photo album offers! The site is ridiculous, constantly receives messages that the servers are down. Photos can only be uploaded sporadically. Customer service is nil. You wait an hour for someone they have outsourced who doesn't seem to understand issues and asks you to e mail instead. What a mistake spending any money on this (which is non refundable). Unfortunately for me (living in the USA) I have no recourse like the BBB or trade commission since they are a UK company. Believe me, any positive reviews must be written by people they employ.

Quickly resolved issue

Arrived damaged, however Rahul resolved and arranged a replacement promptly. Fingers crossed it arrives in time for Christmas. Ordered 3 calendars in total, other tow calendars arrived in perfect condition.

What a hassle!

On 12/12/18: First the website wouldn't upload the picture I wanted, then it kept freezing and crashing. After 2.5 hours for uploading a single picture and designing the 20x16 metal print I went to checkout to finalize my order. Selected shipping that promised to have the single item delivered before 12/21 (before Christmas) and checked out. A few days later I receive an email saying it will be delayed until 12/24. Still before Christmas, but my family is going on vacation 12/23-01/02 so no one will be home to get the item inside out of the rain/ snow and it will get ruined. And then the following day I get another email update saying it was further delayed and won't be delivered until 12/26! After Christmas! So i logged onto the live chat customer service at about 9:30am and waited in cue as I was #7 in waiting. At 9:38 I started talking with "Clemencia." I explained the issue and she sent me the tracking number and link to track my package... Not helpful. I obviously already could do that as I knew it was delayed and was getting tracking updates. So I restated the issue. She "kindly requests that I wait for my package to be delivered very shortly." 2 weeks from the shipping date is not "very shortly." The FedEx site says that it should take 4 days to ship from where they are to my home in Illinois. So why are they telling me 2 weeks? In the end all I was told is that she would "escalate it to the team" and they would try to get it to me before Christmas...

I hope that all the people they are doing this to stand up for themselves and not allow it. Don't promise delivery by a certain date of you can't hold to it. Especially around the holidays.

Terrible experience. Ordered cards on 11/28 and instead of getting 100 cards i got 1 way after i supposed to. Website states 2-5 business days and i got one card delivere on 12/11/18. Initially called on 12/11, waited on hold 40 minutes and the person hung up on me after i voiced my complaint. Called again on 12.11, another 40 minute hold and 40 minute conversation where i was given a convoluted solution of paying again for shipping and placing 99 more cards in my cart and promised expedited shipping if i do that. But i would also have to call or chat again to let you know i paid the link. This took another hour of holding via chat on 12/12 and 40 minutes in chat and she said everything was taken care of. It wasn't. Two days later and still no confirmation of the order prompts me to chat again-another hold and almost 2 hours of my time to actually get email confirmation of getting my cards. I was upfront in the chat about being promised expedited shipping and Divya would only say the link was just for the order of cards and it would be standard shipping. Despite me saying i was not satisfied and did not want to end the chat until he got a supervisor and fixed the issue of expedited shipping he just ended the chat and told me i had to call a different number. Terrible experience in every way. Compelled to leave negative review, contact bbb and groupon. Business should be shut down.

I don't know that I have ever given a bad review. Customer service is terrible. I ordered on December 1, followed up with an email because I felt my order wasn't correct due to using a groupon. No response. Wasted 2 hours of my life holding on the phone with 2 different calls because I couldn't understand the person I was talking to. Did what they said and I still had to initiate live chat to get the order finally placed. Which now, I will not receive my order until after Christmas. Most frustrating experience ever and I will not be using Printerpix ever again.
