Have had very little to no communication from the company after I ordered my calendars, so I became a little paranoid this morning. John Joseph was very helpful and I am happy with his service.

Shamala was a great help, answered all my questions, I had chatted with someone before this and I didn't get a straight answer on anything and with this agent I got all my answers in a matter of moments where before it took HOURS for "your order was placed X days ago and it takes 12 days to print and ship" I wasn't sure what the "X days" meant. But Shamala helped me out in moments.
Arvind was very helpful in assisting me to resolve an issue. I've used them in the past with great success and unfortunately this year one of my Groupons was not allowing me to check out from my cart. He was very patient and worked to resolve my issue promptly. Now I pray that I receive the products before Christmas!
I dealt with a Yousuf A over the past few days going back and forth with printerpix after having an issue with an order involving 4 16x20 metal prints, after getyting some pictures demonstrating the difference in what I received this time compared to my previous orders, Yousuf escalated my ticket after I hadnt heard back in 48 hours, and made a point to personally ensure the order was replaced with no more delays. Thanks Yousuf, you're the man.
I ordered two metal prints from Printerpix through Groupon. Don't ever do this! Their metal prints are done in a non-glossy finish (which was never made clear in the description of the offer) and also had several imperfections within the image print. In reaching out to the Printerpix customer service dept, they have no interest in helping anyone and never responded to my multiple requests for help. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR PHOTOS DONE WITH ANY QUALITY!
Worst customer service. No help. Nobody listens. Took forever to get my order and then it was completely wrong. I kept calling, it took over 6x to get thru the phone line. Then I was placed on hold for 30 min. All the meanwhile i was on live chat and she did not do anything but kept on referring me to the email service. I wanted to talk to someone right away. Its a big deal when they messed up so much. I ordered 150 holiday cards and got 3 5x7 pics instead. They could care less. If i could give them a zero i would. NEVER USE THEM!
This was my first time ordering here and I was looking forward to my blanket that I ordered. I placed an order on Dec 3rd, and cannot get a good update on my order and is very frustrating. All I am told is that it can take 7-10 working days to process but I am trying to get more detailed information as to what stage it is in etc. Also, for $19.99 shipping I would think I could get a better update. Very frustrating as I was expecting the order by this weekend and it does not appear that I will have by then. I would not have ordered if I knew the process took so long.
I ordered s nine canvas special from Groupon. I finished the project on their site. I've tried to check out of my cart for two weeks now. The site is not working. They even admitted it to me and keep telling me to try back the following day. I emailed them and they said I could call and check out manually. Then when j called to do so, they told me to try one more time. Still didn't work. I need this project as a Christmas gift! Now they are not even answering their phones. I just emailed Groupon that this feels like a scam and that I want my money back.
Manika is a well-skilled operator. I'm completely satisfied with Manika's service. She easily made changes in my order, though I thought it would be impossible. Great service! Great operator! Excellent! Looking forward to my order! Recommend!
George Smith was more than helpful. He was completely professional while trying to fix my mistakes. It took awhile but was worth the time when I was able to order exactly what I wanted instead of what I accidentally ordered. He's the BEST!
I was having an issue with an order that I received damaged. I called twice to have it resolved with no order confirmation received. Within 10 minutes of being on the phone with her she submitted a replacement order with 2 day shipping, insuring I will get the blanket before Christmas as it is a gift. I can't wait to get the blanket and see the look on its recipient's face. Thank you Aishwarya!

I bought a groupon for 5 photo wall calendars. I was excited to put my own photos on the calendars as Christmas gifts. I put the order in on Nov 30. When I went to check the tracking I found that there was a message that there was some kind of error. I called them and they said they had issues with their software and the pictures did not upload and that I had to resubmit the work. So I did that and then the groupon didn't work.The first representative I got when I called about this said " Oh well, you already used it so you can't use it again. Which made me furious because it was their software problem. I told her you will fix this. She hung up on me. I called back and the 2nd representative got the groupon to go through. So I thought great. I'll just wait for it to get delivered. NOT! I went back in a few days to check the tracking and there is a message that says they are having a power outage. I tried calling and the phone answers then immediately hangs up.
I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. I just wish I could take my pictures off their website! Is it a scam? It sure seems like it.
Bhuvaneshwari found out the Server was down and listened to what I needed and solved my issues I was having with getting my project done.
She is an Angel and helped with all these frustrating issues. Glad to have someone like her helping us navigate the Printer Pix site.

Ordered 11/13 and still not have received my cups. I've talked to two customer service reps that all they say is "kindly be patient". That does not tell me where my order is. I was told up to 15 business days and well it's over that.
Answer: Do not ever trust this company. They need to go out of business.
Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
