This company is horrible. Their website is faulty and provides deceptive language. The refused to provide customer service. Their business practice is unethical. I would recommend to stay away at all costs!

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. My order got screwed up. I called multiple times. I emailed. Nothing. I was promised a link to pay shipping (again!) but never got it. Very frustrated. I will never use this company again. If you do, order your Christmas cards in like, JUNE!
I tried to talk to Shamala the day before and said everything was fine. But I thought it was strange and today I went back to Chat and talked to Casper Bell, it was Brilliant, solved my problem and was always available to help and explained everything.

I ordered a custom canvas piece that was received damaged (ink was smeared everywhere) then rather than request a refund, I just order a replacement thinking it would arrive in the same time frame as the first, Nope, first order took 2 weeks and the replacement is now over a month

This has got to be one of the worst possible websites ever to create a photo album. I bought a groupon and have spent hours trying to get the website to work. I keep getting "reload errors" and keep having to try to refresh it. I'd finally get it to work and little bit but every time I'd try to save it I'd get error messages. Every once in a blue moon it would save. I finally ALMOST finished it and now the website isn't even working if I refresh multiple times. Total garbage and waste of a ton of my time.
Overcharged and he help me figure out why. Didn't realize u had to separate vouchers. Problem solved
I had placed an online order for three, 12X12 slates with pictures placed on them. 2 out of the 3 arrived broken. I was beyond upset!
I had called the customer service line and was told to send pictures of the broken items to your web site. After days without a response I attempted to try the live chat to see if I could get some help. I was assisted by the nicest representative named Fariya. I was able to get a ticket number to get my broken items replaced. I am praying that they arrive all in one piece, and in time for Christmas. Fariya was extremely helpful!
I will have to submit new pictures after my replacement slates are received.

Haroon was very polite, but I keep getting incorrect information from this site. I was told twice that I would receive my item no later than 15 days after I ordered it. That would be tomorrow, and it hasn't even shipped yet. I also wasn't told exactly what day my item will ship, so I don't know when to expect it. This company is definitely confusing, and I don't know why they don't make it easier for people.
Bhuvaneshwari is one of the best in the business. She is fantastic. Helped me with my issue, was polite, and extremely personable. If I could rate her with 10 stars I would!
Shipping was delayed, however when i did an online chat with Bhuvaneshwari, he took excellent care of me and resolved all of my issues.
I have to say customer service were lovely and very helpful. I dealt with Casper twice and he was very patient. I would give him five stars but I cant give printerpix five stars. I made all my calendars, spent my evenings doing them for two weeks to find out that I lost them all. Printer pix got rid of the 'save as' option which meant I couldnt reuse the dates as they also got rid of the feature to save the dates... it added hours onto my time. Printerpix please bring back the save as option and please let us save our dates (it doesnt make sense otherwise) I will have to think seriously before considering printerpix again.

Placed an order over a year ago and never received item. When I called customer service, they weren't able to help me track the item and placed the blame on the shipping company. The shipping company, in return, placed the blame on the company saying it got mailed back. There was a valid tracking number and yet, it was nowhere to be found. To this day, I still wonder which unfortunate soul is using a blanket with my enlarged face on it (jk). But seriously, I would choose a different company. Buyers beware!
The last customer service person was great, Gayathri V. but that is the only good thing I have to say about this company. I used a groupon for my Christmas cards ordered on Nov 29th. When I hit the accept button the quantity was changed. I noticed this on the acknowledgement & emailed the company right away. I was told I had to now pay additional shipping, recreate my card & email them once this was done. I did this immediately after I received an email on Dec 3rd. I have repeated asked for a confirmation. Finally on Dec 10th I am told they are only sending 8 of my 70 Christmas cards & the other 62 were never ordered. Finally I have a confirmation from Gayathri V. but am told they will take 7-14 business days. Well that will be after Christmas. Great! Not happy at all. Will never work with them again!
I placed my order on November 20 and still have yet to receive my product. I sent an email to support who assured me it was going to be resolved ASAP. After waiting another few days I decided to call and was told by a gentleman, I could not understand, that my order was to be received by 12/7 and I would receive an email confirming. As of this morning, no delivery, no email and I am #74 in the QUEUE to be answered in chat as the number I called said it was not in service. RUN WHILE YOU CAN!
Their customer service is as unresponsive as their website! They don't even answer the phone. It just rings and rings, then hangs up. They leave in the middle of a live chat. 2 of my 40 page photo books have disappeared. They took me days to create. The website won't load anything (not a one time problem, but intermittently, every day for over a week.) This will now not be done in time for Christmas.
Printerpix redeemed my groupon and then only sent me 1 instead of 40 cards. They refused to send my additional 39 cards overnight unless I paid the $30 shipping. They don't send your order in 5-7 business days. I received my 1 card in 9 business days. Completely unhappy. I will be filing a complaint with Groupon.
Answer: Do not ever trust this company. They need to go out of business.
Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
