Got a Groupon for 45 cards - followed instructions by entering voucher # and creating card. Paid $5.95 shipping in addition to Groupon cost. Two weeks later, my order arrived - with ONE card. ONE. Contacted Printerpix support who informed me that I'd only added 1 to the quantity field. They offered to send me the remaining 44 cards as a "one time exception" but that I'd have to pay shipping again, and wait 7-14 days for order to arrive. Completely unimpressed with a UI that would allow a user with a code for 45 cards to order 1 card, and to be asked to pay for non-expedited shipping this close to the holidays. NOT WORTH IT, especially now that I have a single crappy card that I paid $16.95 for.
Casper helped me with my order when my Groupon wasn't working. It was quick and easy to get it fixed. Can't wait to get my Magic Mugs in the mail!

Casper was the agent I spoke with. Casper got right on it and took care of the problem and said I will receive my replacement in 7-8 business days.
I ordered a voucher off Groupon for $100 value to use on their website. The code wouldn't work so I spent the next FIVE days on the phone with them trying to resolve my issue. The first guy said I'd recieve a link in email after 24 hours to pay for stuff. Never received it. Had to call back and get the run around FOUR other times (mind you each time you have to wait 30+ mins on hold to even talk to these folks!) until I finally on my fifth call asked for my money back and a lady named Aishwarya is the ONLY one that stayed on the phone with me until I was a happy customer finally getting my product I was trying to get five days ago. Not worth the hassle!
Received canvas and was so much darker than picture uploaded you could not see anything. Asked about getting credit but was told out of luck since the picture was too dark when it was uploaded although you could see the people in the picture uploaded but the canvas was black! Would not order from them again.
THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE Y MAKE WALMART LOOK LIKE PUBLIX!
For over a week this has been my response from every "Customer service professional"
"I reviewed the order number which you provided and found that the order is in last stage of production and it will get shipped very shortly. However, I am gonna escalate this to my supervisor and to the production team also higher-ups to work on this as a high priority; once the order is shipped we will notify you via email with all the tracking details."
Again, this is my warning to you!
If I could give printerpix -1 stars I would. Ordered a big size blanket only for it to come in a size not even a baby could cover up with. Horrible quality pictures and material. Very stiff and not even soft. Wanted a blanket for me and my boyfriend and got a great deal on it but honestly they ruined the whole memory. Never buying again.
It is best to order at least 3-4 products so that the shipping cost is worth it. The shipping is outrageous for just 1 item. Especially when it's standard shipping and the item doesn't even get to you within 14 days.
To do over again I just wouldn't. It's been the most frustrating groupon or online experience I've had to date. The site was ridiculously slow and it took 3 days for the code to work-I kept getting "page 404". I will say however-after spending loads of time trying to get it to work-Rahul was VERY helpful. I have yet to receive the order so I can not comment on the quality, but Rahul definitely saved my sanity.
The woman who helped me with an issue was professional, clear and helpful. During such a busy time with many phone calls, she was kindness and compassion itself. I hope she gets paid well for her efforts.
Possibly the worst customer service I've ever encountered, they missed items off my order and wouldn't rectify it unless I paid additional postage fees even though I had already paid in full for all the items in question and all the postage for them. I wouldn't touch these people with a barge pole, they never answered the email query I submitted about the issue, when I finally got them on chat they resolutely refused to answer straight forward questions and spent the entire 40 minutes talking around the problem, making it my fault and trying to get more money out of me. I recommend you go somewhere else.
Absolute JUNK people! Terrible image quality, paper thin "metal" like something left over from a newspaper print run. Boxed in thin cardboard box and the print was bent and corners damaged beyond belief. Most of the issues are due to super thin "metal" if you can even call it that.
Do not waste your money on this Groupon. I wasted 2 1/2 days trying to get someone to help me use my voucher code from both Groupon and this company. Never happened through email, chat or phone. Did it for about twice the amount of money in 1/2 hour from another company. Groupon should not be using their offer. I guess they are just depositing all the money.
I got a great deal of $32.94 for 10 personalized calendars. I went on line and uploaded my photos. I spent 2 days personalizing my calendar and completed it. When I went to finalize my order I knew I would pay some shipping... but I was charged $89.00! WTF! Deal Or No Deal? So at $121.94 IT'S NO DEAL! Don't fall for the low prices... it's a scam!
Do NOT order from them. I have been trying to use my Groupon for over a month... website horrific and not user friendly, customer service ( if you can get them) told me on 3 separate occasions they were having technical difficulties. My 400 attempts to download a picture were never successful, and then! Then I receive an email my blanket is being shipped! I never put in my Groupon code! I suspect I am getting a blank photo blanket! Ripped off of my time and my money... ridiculous.
I purchased a Groupon online for 2 small blankets. After selecting my pictures and was ready to place my order they wanted to charge me $15.00 each for delivery. I had paid like $20.00 for both blankets. I called to canceled my order and was told I had to wait from 5 to 10 days to get reimbursed. I had made payment with a debit card - Not sure why I have to wait so long to get fully reimbursed. Stay away~!
Shipping is awful. No human contacts or customer service. Still waiting on my blanket and now afraid of what its gonna look like.
This company Printer pix is poor, Use another photo company. I ordered 1 mug with 1 photo on it 11/20/2018 and this us Dec. 6 & still have not shipped it. Also you can not understand the people that answer the phone. I didn't not recommend printer pix!

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
