I was having an issue with my coupon being honored at checkout and she actually logged into my account and corrected the problem. I was very grateful for her help because when I called earlier and spoke with someone named Roshon he was no help at all! He kept reading me a script instead of listening to my issue. I asked to be transferred to another customer service agent since he wasn't helping me and he told me to hang up and call back to get someone else on the phone. Im very glad I did get some help from the very nice lady.
I ordered two photo blankets for Christmas presents. I received them today and I opened it up excited to see them only to find one of them had a huge ink stain across the picture among other flaws. For the price of these blankets you would think they would makesure this doesn't happen before leaving production. Very disappointed.
I was having issues with by Groupon voucher in the cart, it kept showing only 2 cards when I kept changing it to show 45 cards. I called customer service and talked to Aishwarya and she went into my account and changed my quantity in my cart to reflect the 45 cards. I'm so glad I noticed it and called. I will keep that in mind the next time I am needing to order anything. The website did not seem to be too user friendly but after talking to Aishwarya she informed me that the site is more compatible with Google Chrome
This is a very special picture I am having printed and Savio was very kind and helpful in getting my lost picture replaced. My post office lost my package and has not been helpful at all. I was told yall could replace my order if I got a claim number but I could not file. I did not purchase insurance on it.
I ordered a Groupon for 100 cards. The link took me right to their site where I selected my photo to upload. The charge was $9.99 for shipping and I received 1 card. Why have a link directly to the deal if it's not for the actual deal? Why would 1 card cost $9.99 to ship? I filled it out with another person and neither of us feel we did it incorrectly. It looked like we were order 1 set of 100 cards. Now they want to charge me more shipping for the other 99 cards which are going to arrive after Christmas (they won't rush the shipment) Terrible, terrible, terrible. I'm trying to get a refund through Groupon. Next time I'll get my cards at Costco.
Bought a Groupon voucher for a canvas print. Created print on their website, but then could not check out. The whole check out process is so messed up that after 2 hours of trying everything I could think of, I gave up. I lodged a complaint and brought the issue to customer support. I never heard back from them. I was, however, reminded daily that I had left something in my cart and should finish the checkout process. The email said that Margaret would gladly help if there were any questions. I never heard back from her either. Don't waste your time with this company. They obviously do not care about their customers. I traded in my Groupon voucher and went with Picture It instead.
I order 2 blankets on 11/17 and today is 12/3 and when I checked my order status it s still in the process... I paid $29.99 for shipping on top of that, praying that I will get them before Xmas. I'm very disappointed and wish I never ordered from them
If you ever see them via groupns, they do not honor them at all. Groupons for them are just digital nothingness they won't honor and their site doesn't work at all.
No idea on quality as they basically take my money then refuse to provide what I paid for as well. I would never recommend them ever to anyone.
Contacting help is just "oh try again later" and no help at all.
I am happy with the product and customer service. Aishwarya was very helpful when I called with a small issue. I would appreciate more options for editing the existing designs to suit my needs.
When I went to place my order it stated my voucher code expired even though it was valid for another month. Surprisingly PrinterPix had hours of operation on a Sunday and promptly took care of the code issue. After speaking with them I was able to immediately place my order with ease. This is my second time purchasing their products using a Groupon voucher and I will definitely do it again!
I ordered 3 of the same book from PrinterPix. The black and white photos were so dark in the book, you can hardly tell what they are. Even though I ordered all 3 books on the same day, and the first one to arrive took forever to get there, the other two came even more than a week after that. One of the last two I received wasn't even mine. So, they are re-doing one of the books, which you can't see most of the pictures, anyway. I am going to have to have books made somewhere else after spending so much money to have 3 done here. DO NOT order from this compnay.
I place an order on the 13th of Nov it's now dec1st got half of it and have asked and complained nobody knows anything I'll never use it again
Bought a voucher for 10 calendars and was forced to pay shocking delivery charge which was almost triple the cost of the calendars
Eric fixed the problem in seconds. I will buy from Printerpix again. If you have issues, you should call and you will get the help you need
Savio was wonderful in correcting my problem. Customer service via email is AWFUL! O emailed 3 times with no responses.

I spent 3 hours designing a project and it kept having issues saving with an error message to follow. Finally I figured I should refresh after successful saving (finally) and the project disappeared. What a waste of time on crappy software. DO NOT USE THEM.
There is no issue with my internet, I'm at home and am running a work computer along side this one (which is actually newer) and am having 0 issues on my phone or other computer that is using my home WiFi. I haven't even gotten to shipping, but based on these reviews I'm saving myself even more time!
I bought a groupon for Holiday cards. $36 for 100. Instead when I got my confirmation it said one card was being made. I phoned printer pix. They said well we will give you the others as a Courtsy but you will have to pay more money for shipping and recreate a card. I contacted Groupon they said well there is no refund. Instead of giving me the 100 cards I bought they are sending me one for $46. Not only will I never use Printer pix again, I am finished with Groupon. Business should take care of its customers, not take advantage. They should always be willing to help remedy a situation.
First time using a Groupon coupon with PrinterPix. Everything went well. Very pleased with varied of pictures styles, fonts, special effects.
Did call customer service because I just wasnt sure if the finished product was exactly the way I wanted it to be. No problem, Aishwarya handled my concerns and in no time, I was reviewing my submitted calendar. Turns out, everything was the way I wanted it. But I had peace of mind. Can't wait to send the calendars out as gifts to my fellow hikers.
Called three separate times asking for a Supervisor since the person answering barely spoke English and was told three separate times they would call me by the end of they day and they never did. Shipping was very expensive and not worth it. I would buy from any other company out there. I will not ever shop with them again. Just plain awful!

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
