I had a problem using a groupon but it was quickly resolved by Aishwarya at your customer service phone center. Now confidently awaiting delivery of my order. Thank you for your service.

This website is NOT user friendly at all. Took me over 2 hours to make a simple christmas card. Pics had to be uploaded one at a a time. Once you place a pic on a card, it cant be moved. I will never use PrinterPix again!

My groupon said Shutterfly, then I was directed to this ridiculous site. Shipping was INSANE. Just bought one item and the shipping costs 3X the price of the item. Will NEVER use again.

Savio took a challenging situation (for me) and walked me through it. I ended up with a great product on the other side of our discussion - exactly what I would like from customer service professionals. Savio was great!

Aishwarya was very patient and had a vary relaxing personality. I felt so at ease and was able to complete my project with no problem thanks to her guidance, great job Aishwarya!

I ordered a trio of items. Only one out of 3 items were sent. I've placed numerous calls (all in which I conveniently get disconnect) and emails. One email was answered and I was told this would be moved to priority status. Seven subsequent emails have gone unresponded. I'm very upset and will NEVER recommend Printerpix.

She was comforting and explained everything as she was helping. Very patient and helpful. Assured me that it will all work our in the end. It sure did. The order went through like a charm. Thank you Aishwarya.

I was very disappointed my package never reached me after I payed for 2 day shipping. But, Aishwarya was very helpful in getting it figured out.

I saw a great coupon on Groupon and PrinterPix was the corresponding company. I took advantage of the two mink blanket special. The first blanket arrived and was gorgeous in quality and clarity... I however made a mistake in placing the 2nd blanket order and Sharon, a customer rep, realized what happened and corrected the invoice in a few minutes... always grateful when working with quality people and pleasantly surprised!

Sradha was very helpful. She took care of my problem. She was very polite and she was also very thorough.

I had a lot of issues with the website being slow and the software to make book crashing, but the people were very helpful, in particular, Sharon, and Aishwarya.

This is the second I order the mink blankets. They are so soft and the pictures came out great. Can"t wait to give them for Christmas gifts.

It was a little difficult at first with understanding the uploading of the pictures onto the calendar. However, once it was done, the quality of the pictures was pretty good. The paper and wire used for the calendar is low quality. It will make a nice family calendar for the kitchen to remember special dates. All in all it was worth the price I paid.

Everything is awesome but I have one issue. I paid $20 for shipping. The blanket shipped via DHL never notified me of it's arrival and it sat at the P. O. almost two weeks. When I called DHL all the representative could tell to do I'd call the local P. O. Needlesstosay I was able to retrieve my item. Why did I have to travel to my item after paying so much for shipping. Please respond

This blanket is a Christmas gift and I couldn't be happier with how awesome it turned out! The colors, the clarity and the size are exactly as the picture I used. The pricing was also very reasonable.
