Excellent Service!

I bought my blankets through Groupon and my coupon expired before I placed my order. I was buying these for my granddaughters for Christmas and was sick that I let this happen. I call customer service and spoke with Pavitra, she spoke with her supervisor and reassured me that they would extend my coupon another week. Now I have the time to make sure my granddaughters get their blankets for Christmas! Thank you so much Pavia for your help and great customer service. I will definitely buy from them again!

We bought a Groupon to get our dog personalized blankets. They are so cute. Great Suze. Great quality. Super soft. Very Happy with how it turned out. Shipping fees are a touch overboard, but, I had already bought the Groupon before I knew shipping fees. That's my only complaint!

Eventually came through

I had ordered some metal prints and used the 2 day shipping. When it didn't come when it said it would I contacted them and they said it was the shippers fault and I should contact them. The shipper said they never received the package. PrinterPix did adjust my shipping by 50%. Eventually they fixed the problem and I received my package even though it was later than I expected. The quality was alright but I thought the shipping was excessive any at 50% off.

I love the pics on my blankets but they're not the material I thought they would be. I used groupon so the price is worth it but I wouldn't pay the full asking price without coupon or discount.

Cool product, good price!

I think the product was very well made. Very good for the price, my boyfriend loved the coffee cup I bought him with pictures of us on it for our six month anniversary! Pretty cool product, it's black normally but when you put hot coffee in it the mug changes to White and the pictures are revealed!

I was very satisfied with my picture puzzle. It just takes longer than usual for the product to be delivered. I've ordered multiple items from this company. When I called to see what was going on with my order, the operator was hard to understand. I didn't get an apology or nothing just dry. I'm done ordering from printer pix for the time being.

Nice fleece blankets

Poor Quality Materials

I created a personalized 2019 calendar. While smaller than I expected, the paper used to print is barely heavier than copy paper. The was it was packaged and shipped did not properly protect the enclosed product. As a result, the calendar is basically unusable - it arrived beat up and dented.

Fantastic Service

I somehow put in the wrong amount of cards I needed to order and Haroon saved the day! They were able to fix me order after my 1 order mistake and I will have 75 wonderful holiday cards coming my way! Even with the 9.99 shipping, if they can save the day and fix things, it is worth the extra! Will use them next year! Thank you again!

Don't EVER use PrinterPix

WORST experience ever! Too much to type and I've already wasted SO much time trying to upload my photos... oh then printerpix updated their site and deleted all of my projects and photos... their answer... for ME to upload all photos AGAIN and create books AGAIN
BIGGEST waste of TIME... DON'T USE THEM

Will never use this company again. Purchased deal through Groupon. In fine print it discloses S&H fees from the PrinterPix website. I purchased the deal at said advertised posted rates and when I redeemed my voucher, I was charged above posted rates. Spent wasted time expecting this issue to be corrected with PrinterPix customer service agent and a manager. They came up with many excuses for the higher S&H fee's (that are listed) but did not honor the rates that are posted to the Groupon deal. The worst customer service ever!

I bought two Groupons for 25 prints each. One came out ok, not great, slightly blurry printing, tiny font.

The second order had words that were underlined as if spelled incorrectly, but they weren't. The problem came when I tried to reach them for help... once I explained I needed a reprint, no answer to emails 3 times. Then I emailed, wrote to chat, etc... one response that said sorry, we don't reprint. Iw ill not use this company againi and could never recommend them.

OK - In view of the fact that I have read a number of quite negative reviews of Printerpix I feel it only fair to add my experience.
Firstly and most importantly my photo book arrived today barely a week after I ordered it and the quality was as good as several other companies that I have used in the past (at a far higher price) I used a Groupon deal and paid for an upgrade of paper quality. I cannot comment on what the quality would have been without the upgrade but I have to be honest I couldn't see any marked improvement of the "standard" paper of other companies products - next time I will simply use the standard paper.
But clarity and colour reproduction were extremely satisfactory in my opinion.
To be balanced I will mention the negatives: the product can only be prepared online as opposed to other companies where you download the software and prepare it on your own PC. I had difficulty saving the product as it became larger and I was worried it may crash at any time. I would often get 3 or 4 error messages when trying to save and the process would take ten or twelve minutes before a successful save. I contacted their customer service by phone and after a 10 minute wait got diverted to a Spanish speaker as the English line was busy. He couldn't speak English other than to say call back in 10 minutes. On calling back I got a French speaker - same result. Telephone support is AWFUL and they need to fix this. I reverted to email and got a reply in about 2 days which offered little in the way of help.
I gave up and just persisted with the save problem until I finished the book and submitted it. The order process was very easy and worked well. Acknowledgement of the order and updates on progress were good and as I said - the order arrived in about a week.
In summary - the quality of the product is as good as other companies but the software is harder to use and the customer service needs serious improvement. Would I use them again - depends on how good their offer was - I would probably look elsewhere if I'm honest - but I wouldn't rule them out.

Horrible Customer Service

I recently purchased a groupon for 5 calendars. The product turned out fine, but it is the last time I will ever use this company. I created my calendar and added to my cart. This was late on a Sunday evening. I checked out, it said 5 calendars with my voucher were being ordered but I never got a confirmation email. When I logged back in to verify the order went through it said there was something wrong with my address (even though it was fine) and that the order hadn't been submitted successfully. I called first thing the next morning as soon as the company opened to see what was going on and figure out how to get my order submitted. The person I spoke with was completely rude, said the order had gone through but was only for 1 of my 5 calendars. Even though the order hadn't even been started they refused to change the quantity to 5 and fix the order. They said I hadn't placed the order correctly and had to repay for shipping. I asked to talk to a manager, I was told they weren't available but was assured they would call me later. I am still waiting for that phone call. I couldn't pay the additional shipping over the phone and had to wait 24 hrs to receive a link to pay. Once I paid I called back to get the rest of the order submitted and was told I hadn't paid even though I had and that I would have to call back later. After several attempts I finally got the rest of my order submitted. Given the rudeness of the customer service representative I had to deal with and their unwillingness to make the situation correct, I will never use this company again. I also had a bad experience a few years ago when I tried to order metal prints through this company. 2 arrived completely smeared/unusable and one never arrived until months later. Whenever I called they couldn't tell me what had happened to it and wouldn't do anything to resolve the situation. This was another Groupon and I ended up having to get Groupon involved in order to get a refund for my purchase.

Where's my print?

I ordered my print on Oct 17,2018 and it's now November 11. I still have yet to receive it. I ordered a 16x20 metal print for an engagement gift well over a month in advance. I've called and emailed multiple times, but no one can tell me when I will be recieving my order. The last time I spoke to customer service, they said that they printed it, didn't like how it turned out since it was blurry and are redoing it now. When I questioned them about the blurry image, the phone line started to have issues and they disconnected on me. Funny thing is, I'm a professional photographer, the file I sent would have never caused an image to become blurry. They said because of the situation, they would refund me half my shipping cost. SERIOUSLY? Half my shipping? I want a refund for my entire purchase. Thank you printerpix.com for all the aggravation. Now I have to order the same print from another company since you can't deliver.

Not what expected

If I could I would give 0 for the quality. Ordered 3 custom stone slates and quality was awful. Communication was fine. They sent me the replacement but it was even worse than the first original order. Now I am stuck with 6 stone slates and can't use any. Will never try again. It is just too frustrating.
