Color balance is off, print is one to two stops over exposed.
The over exposer created dark splotches on the faces.

I had a mix up with my order and they handled it perfectly and quickly. Vincent is a very helpful support person and was very good at taking care of the problem to my satisfaction.
The products themselves are fine, but the service is horrible. Delivery takes multiple weeks and their website doesn't reliably let you track the shipments. On my second order, they forgot to include a hanging kit for the picture, and I've been waiting a month for them to send it to me.
Ordered a Groupon they sent me one card. I was supposed to get 25. The card was cute, not a huge selection. The unit was one package so it was assumed since they redeemed my groupon it was for the 25. Even when I looked to
Change to 25 not an option. Contacted company and they were no help. Ordered my remaining cards from cvs. Learned my lesson! Do not bother
I have ordered several different photo art items from Printerpix and have loved them all! The only issue I've ever had was metal art that arrived bent or smashed on an edge or corner. It is typically due to the postman cramming the package in my mailbox, but maybe more sturdy packaging would prevent this from happening. Other than that, the pictures turn out GREAT!

I purchased a groupon for a Large picture blanket. Following the instructions given to me by phone by associate (of PrinterPix), a tiny baby blanket showed up. When I called to request the correct size, I was told I had to pay for a new blanket AND shipping. Basically, I would be negating the value of the groupon. I spoke to 3 different people and 2 email associates. In the end, since I need the gift, I ended up spending MORE than the actual value of the blanket (Groupon was of no assistance) and I had to pay for shipping TWICE. I will never purchase anything from PrinterPix again.
The quality was very good. I was just disappointed that I couldn't add the couple's name & date on the book. I had to do that separately.
Vincent, with PrinterPix, with patience and tenacity was successful in locating purchase codes for me from 2017 that I had not used and could not locate. Wonderful customer service.

I have been giving these as gifts and they are quite the hit! They are so soft and colorful! It has a wonderful design site. You can really design something beautiful project. Thank you for making my gift such a nice one.

Ordered a metal print from a Groupon. Waited a month and then had to contact the company for an update. They realized the delay was long, and rushed the order out to me. The picture was horrible. The color of the metal print in the background (a metallic army green) washed the entire picture out and made it very dark. Shipped in a flimsy box, so one of the corners was bent from the what I assume was a dropped package from the shipping company. The metal is very thin. I sent pictures to the company but have not heard back with a response. Stay away from this company, they are very unprofessional, and their products are crap!
Shipping price was too high, I bought the Groupon for canvas prints and then ended paying shipping fees which is almost equivalent to actual price of product.
I love my photo book. I was helped personally by Georleanna who went above and beyond to help me when I was experiencing technical difficulties. My book is awesome! I highly recommend Printerpix.

Bestelling geplaatst op 02-07-2018. Nooit iets ontvangen. Helpdesek in India en paketen worden uit Engeland gestuurd. Post is niet traceerbaar terwijl ik 7 euro afleverings kosten heb gestuurd. Urenlang met de helpdesk gesproken en ook urenlang gewacht op iemand van de helpdesk te kunnen spreken. Meerdere keren vrag gekregen om mijn adres te verifieren.
Gemaakte afspraken zijn nooit nagekomen.
I ordered a 16x20 Canvas of my grandkids. It took several emails for me to receive the canvas over two months from the date I ordered it. They kept apolozing and actually gave me back my shipping fees. When I order the canvas they showed me a preview of what it would look like, but when I received it the top of the heads of my grandkids was on the top side of the canvas, not in the front, and the legs on the side was also on the sides of the canvas (See picture). I have since wrote to them and sent them a picture of the canvas and have not received any answer. I guess they delivered the canvas and it doesn't matter what it looks like. Their work is done. I am so fed up!

Today is 10/26 and I have yet to receive my order placed 9/24. I called today for only the 2nd time to hear Steve tell me the same thing I heard on 9/28 "it is with our distribution team". It is unfortunate that I have to call for an order that I placed over a month ago, but looking at other reviews this is not uncommon.
I check the website periodically and saw at one point that my order was rejected by the quality control team, but not a single email NOR phone call was received notifying me of any issues (both an email address and phone number were required to place my order). As someone who has worked guest services in an exclusive resort in Las Vegas, I almost felt patronized when I spoke to Steve this morning. Although he genuinely appeared to be shocked when I initially told him that my order had been placed over a month ago and has yet to be received, he then proceeded to activate customer service rep mode trying to sympathize with me. After a hold in which he said he emailed his supervisor TO email his production team (an action you would think a customer service representative would be able to initiate his or her self), I indicated to him that I truly had no confidence in his selected approach. I then proceeded to ask if I could get an email from his manager or management reflecting their actions taken. I was then abruptly placed on a hold that I was unaware was going to take place. I called out to Steve multiple times until he finally answered that his manager would send me an email detailing the actions. Now it has only been 14 hours since I have placed my call at 9:44 am PST, but that was nearly 5 hours that an email could have been drafted and sent. I feel that that is plenty of time to attempt to salvage an opportunity with a dissatisfied customer. Needless to say, I have yet to receive my email.
According to Steve, my order should arrive "in no time" as he avoided to commit to an estimated delivery date. It is just unfortunate that after a month of waiting for a project no one has attempted to inform me of the status of my project prior to my call and when an email from management was requested that went unnoticed. Once received Printer Pix will have to go above and beyond to receive any future business from me.
Full disclosure I did use a groupon, but to me that should not matter. Although it is not always the case, but it does illustrate that a discounted price may entitle you discounted service.
Answer: Do not ever trust this company. They need to go out of business.
Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
