The gift arrived in time, that is the good out of the way. One of the pictures was out of focus. A couple of the pictures were across the spine line. One random picture that I had not selected was also in the book. Such a shame as it was a lovely gift idea ….
I rarely write a review, but I wish I had read more before I had purchased. Then I received an email asking me to review and I felt I needed to. I ordered a book for my friends 40th and once it arrived, considering the cost, it was of terrible quality. I was embarrassed to give it to my friend. From the other reviews I think this company may have been better in the past, but I think it's one to avoid. The only positive was that I paid for rush printing and it arrived in time.
Really poor quality calenders and I have made photo calenders for past 22 years! They charged me £15 postage and within 1 hour they sent me a free delivery code! Fuming!
I replied to their email that asked me to contact them if any concerns or to leave a review and no reply whatsoever. They claim 100% satisfaction but I guarantee this is not the case and they have zero customer service. Worst I've ever purchased from.
Firstly I complained and I was issued with a ticket I am still waiting 3 weeks later? Too late now Secondly all my photos had been chopped by a quarter I was very disappointed with the results but didn't want to cut my losses so I kept them. Poorly packaged so pieces loose and mixed up, pieces had been ripped apart, picture not stuck down 😡
Sadly very poor quality paper, never had a calendar printed both sides - extremely disappointing!
I have never used Printerpix before and certainly will not again.
The card was okay but the delivery was not on time and a week late which was to pay for the card so was a waste of purchase
This website is a scam, I cannot contact anyone via customer services. It's impossible to contact anyone from the support team. My parcel says it was delivered 3 weeks ago and it has never arrived with me, when asking for updates on my parcel I have simply been ignored or redirected.

I hope you are well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the custom blanket order I recently placed with your company. I operate a design and printing business and have extensive experience using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and other advanced design tools. Since relocating to the UK, I have not been able to run my business as before, so I decided to use your services with the expectation of receiving a professional and reliable outcome.
Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.
To begin with, I found the design template on your website to be quite restrictive. I created my design using the exact specifications stated on your website (Sherpa fleece 127 × 152 cm) and exported it in JPEG format. However, your system failed to recognize the file unless I used your template and manually imported each image to recreate the design as a collage. This process was inefficient and unnecessary, particularly for someone who is proficient with professional design software.
I contacted your support team to request an email address where I could send the correctly sized file directly, in hopes of avoiding this issue. Unfortunately, I received a response only after two days, and the issue was still not resolved.
In addition to the upload difficulty, the final print quality was disappointing. There is a prominent stripe across the blanket, which appears to be a result of the heat-pressing process. Furthermore, part of the image was cut off, despite the fact that I carefully followed the required dimensions and verified the design multiple times before completing payment. This outcome is not consistent with the level of quality I expected from your company.
Given the nature of these issues, I had anticipated that I would be contacted—ideally by phone—if any problem arose with my design before production. Instead, the product was printed with these faults and dispatched without any consultation.
Regrettably, due to this experience, I am unable to use your services again or recommend them to others. I have attached both the file I submitted and photos of the final product for your review.
I hope you will take this matter seriously, as it concerns the quality control and overall professionalism of your services.
The Printerpix site kept glitching while I was selecting my photos for a 100 page photobook. I complained about this even before I ordered my book. But inspite of this I received a completely BLANK EMPTY photobook!. I contacted you 11 times asking for a refund but not received it. Your customer service is non existent and its been a horrible experience dealing with you. You have stolen £15.27 from me and I will let everyone know.
I ordered two personalised calenders from Printerpix for the first time after using a regular coming every year.
The quality was quite poor compared to the other company. So in future, unfortunately, I will be going back to them to order.
Rubbish calendars. Poor printing. Possibly made worse by the Delivery company putting it into the recycling bin of wet garden rubbish and neither putting a note though my letter box or emailing me to advise me of the delivery. I found probably by chance probably a week after it was delivered. I retrieved a damp mass. Emailed Printerpix to tell them of the problem. Over 1 week later still waiting for a reply, not the auto generated acknowledgement.
I ordered a personalised mug as a gift for my dad. I carefully hand-picked each photo and ensured the image quality was up to scratch. I then ensured the quality of the images would be captured by viewing the mock up.
On arival it was not what I ordered. The images were so blurry I couldnt even make out the faces! And when trying to get in touch no one replies. I will not be ordering from this company again
No sign of my order. The tracking number I was given did not work. After finally getting through to Evri (useless carriers) I found out my calendars were being sent back to PrinterPix. No idea why, I assume they either damaged the parcel or most likely lost it. Still waiting for a response from Groupon and PrinterPix.
Printed on same side of paper -shocking. It have bought photo calendars for years this is the worst avoid, avoid avoid
I got a voucher from Groupon for a personalised calendar which seemed a good deal. However, because of very high postage charges the calendar ended up costing around £12, and it wasn't that big either. It was also extremely difficult to sort out the photos to use as the website was hard to navigate.
Never thought for a minute that a jigsaw would not come in a box. Could buy a gift box as an extra but does not come with photo of puzzle so for wrapping only plain black box the jigsaw therefore would be very difficult to do without a picture to follow. I reached out but no help and was too embarrassed to give as a gift due to cheap quality in a cellophane bag. So ended up in the bin as personalised could not return and the company could not put right. Mug was ok but not the best quality
Just a bit dark and I paid extra for brightness. The canvas does not feel or look like good quality. Disappointed as they were Christmas presents
Tried to contact immediately to pay to upgrade my postage at it autofilled long delivery and I needed the item for a specific date. Tried to continually get in touch and 24 hours later I was contacted to say can't this would not be possible. Unhelpful, Rude, Not Caring. Could have helped but wouldn't. Will not use ever again.
Answer: Initially fairly easy but after complaining i just get ignored
Answer: Legit but show really high prices then offer discounted vouchers via groupon, etc. but hide the postage costs which are very high
