Although the quality of the photos are good. There seems to be no quality checking after the your product is completed before shipping. I brought a blanket with a collage of 21 photos and through at least 5 of the photos were white streaks where the blanket was creased at the time of printing. As this was a gift I contacted customer services who confirmed they'd reprint at no extra cost. The reprint is even worse. More than half of the photos have the same thick, white crease marks. This was supposed to be a sentimental gift to one of my closest people. I'm just going to cut my losses and will just have to profusely apologise to the person I'm gifting to for such a disappointing gift
Paid 3 postage fees, only to receive all calendars in 1, open at both sides envelope. Discusting costs cutting. Back to Colorland next year.
The calendar paper is thin and the print is double sided so you have to flip halfway which i wasn't expecting. Not great value for the price in my opinion
I am so upset and angry. This photo book cost me almost £70. It arrived and the photos were great but the title on the front of the book was completely not as I requested. Totally incorrect. This meant I could not gift it to the person I'd ordered it for, therefore was deemed not fit for purpose.
4 emails later and still no one has responded. I am still awaiting a response!
Unfortunately, I am not a happy or satisfied customer who has wasted nearly £70 and has been totally ignored by printerpix.
Didn't want to write a negative review but as nothing has been sorted and emails not responded to, I feel I've had no other choice.
Although I ordered on the 3rd of dec 2025 and they sent a proof really quickly and were very respondent with their emails I have yet to receive my photo despite a lot of emails asking were it is and I paid express delivery its now December 16th and still no photo and they are ignoring my emails when im asking where it is, so its not been great very disappointing and let down.
Blanket is great BUT I thought you would at least organize them so they fit! 2 pictures have heads cut of! This is a present for someone so not impressed! Will not be using this site again.
Got blanket on black Friday sale for £35. It was supposedly usually £80 and was supposed to be a cosy blanket for my elderly gran who is housebound and unable to get off her chair for the most part and is always cold. When arrived was the size of a small tea towel and extremely thin material. Would not have been big enough for a blanket for a new born baby even. Very poor quality and if I had paid £80 for it I would have been disgusted.
Having received my order but not being 100% satisfied with the finishing, I contacted Printerpix. Now 10 days on and I have chased them up for a response on two occasions already but to no avail. Was giving them time to respond before leaving a review but I think I have been patient. Maybe a 4th email will work and I will get my issue rectified. Here's hoping!
The calendar wasn't delivered when I was informed it would be. The envelope was open & the double sided page makes the calendar look cheap. Won't be ordering anything again and will move back to a more reliable company.
Very very poor site and even worse customer service
After using the Groupin vouchers for calendar making for several years without issue … this was a painful experience
I can't believe that you printed the photo with all other recent photos along the bottom of the print and a heading on the top which has encroached onto the print
This now means that the frame needs taking apart and reducing in size and the print trimmed to suit, very unsatisfactory considering it was bought for a present
Received the product really quickly after ordering. Upon viewing the product I was satisfied with the personalised calendars which were for Christmas presents, after looking at every month it became apparent that the quality was poor.
The print quality on the main pages I had no issues with, it was the reverse page quality which shows smearing, white dots where the print has taken fully and blurred images.
I have used different companies before and never had any issues, this if the first time using this company and it will the last. The calendars weren't cheap so I would of expected a higher quality than this.
Can't give a review on my purchase as I still haven't received it. Ordered on 28th Nov, I understand christmas rush but it's the 13th Dec now 🤷🤷
I reached out to printerpix via email about 3 weeks ago and still haven't received a reply. My two photo calendars are so disappointing. Some of the photos are too dark and I cannot see them. When I was creating the calendars at no point was I warned that the photo may not be decent enough for the calendar (other companies do this and warn you that it may not be high quality enough). So I now have two pretty much useless calendars that I cannot give to my family! Waste of money would not use this company again.
Placed two orders recently and one was lost but a replacements hastily issued which I appreciated. However I am disappointed in the quality of the calendars. In particular the fact that Jan to June appear on one side and double back on to the remaining months instead of there being a separate page for each month. I have had better calendars from elsewhere I have to admit and probably wouldn't rush to order from Printerpix again.
I paid for upgrades and yet the print quality was poor compared to other calendar companies I have used. The paper was thin and the calendar floppy. The website was also frustrating and here was no response to my customer service enquiry.
Very disappointed with quality of entire product. Pages are thin and flimsy. Doesn't look high quality at all. Pictures are blurry, very dissatisfied especially because of price vs product. Won't order here again sadly 😞
The quality was bad and the aspect ratio made my kids in the picture look squashed and stretched wide. Didn't look like the pictures I uploaded. For the price, it was very disappointing. I did email to ask for a refund/return but had no reply.
The framed photo arrived extremely dark in quality, too dark compared to the photo I uploaded. I went through the website etc to complain but got nowhere, nothing worked and I kept getting kicked out! Not happy at all therefore I won't be coming back
I ordered a calendar which was delivered to the wrong location by Evri and I did not get the item. I have tried contacting rinterpix on numerous occasions (there is NO phone number which is pathetic). To date I have had no response and I do not have the item I paid for. PLEASE REPLY TO MY EMAILS to get this sorted.
Answer: Initially fairly easy but after complaining i just get ignored
Answer: Legit but show really high prices then offer discounted vouchers via groupon, etc. but hide the postage costs which are very high
Answer: Headline price and have used them before but bad experience this time means I won't use them again
