What once was amazing has now become just average. Half the time I use this I find out at the desk that what I'm paying is the normal rate. Sometimes, deals can be found.

Booked a room at Travelodge in Norman OK. Did not get the room I reserved. Sofa bed was broken. Bath faucet broken. Management was no help. Had my two and four year old with me and these people are not children friendly.
Contacted booking. Com and no help there either. The best they said was a refund but that changed to 15% back. On 2 night booking. Waiting still on a call back. 2 days now. Joke joke joke... I would not recommend either service to anyone. It was a total nightmare. Period.

We travel frequently and decided to use Priceline this time. It was easy to use and very quick. The hotel was exactly what we were expecting. I was happy with the service. I will definitely be using Priceline in the future.
Priceline is misleading Canadians. They appear on Canadian websites offering rooms in comparison to other providers in Canadian dollars but when you book you may think you have found a better sale price. They change without telling you that price is now in US dollars. Notified them immediately of the problem and they refused to do a thing about it. You are caught in their trap. Stay away from these clowns! Especially if you are a Canadian!
I get the express deal of hotel of pantages. I choose this option because it similar price as the other offer but it is marked as "free wifi". Turns out it needs to pay for the Wifi for each person for each device. I call Priceline. They told me it is normal, because the free means only the free wifi in public. I know some hotels have only free wifi in public, but is should be stated as what booking.com or expedia.com or whatever the other website all marking it cearly as "free wifi is only in the public area".
How can you trust this compay? Would it possible that they told you it is free parking but it turns out is free parking in street (when it is available)?

The worse company ever. They take advantage of people. I called spend more then 4 hours in the phone for a refund do to a winter storm. Call 3 diferentes airlines they did it in 10-15 min. After 3 hours and 3 horrible customer service people from this thiefs I still waiting for my money
Ahhh... sunshine, beach, etc! Thought we'd get a good deal in Condado, San Juan, and voila... great deal from Priceline... so we thought. Sheraton at convention center... far from beaches, can't walk so have to take taxi... any savings go to them. Called Priceline to complain and voila! Whatever we said fell on deaf ears, they wouldn't change anything, didn't care in the least, like talking to robot drones. No apologies just a strict business line. No way for seniors to be treated. Won't deal with PRICELINE ever again... William Shatner should be beamed out no up.
Called to cancel hotel reservation, because our flight was canceled due to severe winter storm. Gave all my information to the priceline employee, but was told by that person to call back because no one at the hotel had the authority to cancel. I asked why I had to call back, since Priceline had all my information, all they needed to do was cancel with the hotel. They insisted I had to be on the phone when they contacted the hotel. In my view this is their attempt to hassle the customer and make cancellation as inconvenient as possible.
Over 2 hrs on HOLD to change a name on a ticket, yes they will probably charge me 3 or 400 dollars to change a name and call over 2 hrs on hold good service. I have been through this a few days earlier when on hold for only 1 hr and 10 minutes and was promptly put on HOLD with another department, was assured I was on the top of the list and after 15 more minute had to hang up. GOOD LUCK trying to get any service AFTER you give them your money
I had a complaint, the customer service department was exceptional at helping me out.
They promote that you can save 40% on flight with name your own price... i have gone so low as to they wont even give 10% on the flight we are gonna need... really bad really untrustworthy promotion..

Answer: I'm not sure what you mean by "receive" the e-ticket. I've booked numerous times through priceline and other intermediaries, but have never received a ticket. I would suggest that you look at the itinerary that you've received from priceline and look for the Airline Confirmation Number (which may be a sequence of letters and or numbers depending on the airline). Then go to the airline's website and look up your flight itinerary. This process also varies by airline, but there should be some menu such as "My Trips" or other itinerary look up option. The airline should be able to find your itinerary based on your name and confirmation number. If your priceline itinerary contains an e-ticket number, you may be able to use that on the airline's website as well. If the airline has your itinerary, you're good to go. You'll be able to check in and get a boarding pass (electronic or print) 24 hours prior to your flight. If the airline has no record of you, then you've got a problem.
