The day of the booking was told by Priceline representative that I have airport transportation included only to find out I don't have a ride to and from airport and when I didn't received vaucher I called again was told to call different places which since I booked my vacation with Priceline they should have help me instead redirecting me somewhere else, horrible customer service definitely won't book it with them again or will not recommend to anyone
I made a Priceline car rental booking for April 27,2021. Priceline made the booking through Economy Car Rental aka Paradise Car Rental at SXM on Sint Maartin. When I arrived at the company, AJ stated that there was no booking, even though I had in hand a guaranteed booking, there was no vehicle available, and AJ would not provide any assistance to locate another vehicle. Contacting Priceline was of no assistance with Duke at Priceline stating that there was nothing he could do and that there was no compensation available. VERY DISPLEASED with Priceline's lack of any assistance, customer service, or compensation.
Airline cancelled the return flight and told us to work with the agent Priceline to change the reservation. We can't get through to a service agent even after hours of waiting on phone. One agent we finally got mentioned he needs to transfer to a supervisor as he can not change the reservation. Put us on hold for an hour and call finally got hung up. Miserable customer service while we are stuck in a foreign country.

We had an AWFUL experience with Priceline. They guaranteed us a hotel with 2.5 stars for one of their "special deals" and when we got to the hotel, it was disgusting. There were men having a bonfire in the parking lot, trash everywhere, marijuana smell in the lobby, smoke smell in the hotel room, and giant brown spots on the blankets when we tried to go into the room. Priceline would not fight the hotel to get us a refund because we had checked in (with the hope that the room would be better). Their customer service was horrible and it took me 2 weeks to get in touch with anyone to dispute the reservation. The same thing happened to my sister. We will never use priceline again.
Do NOT use Priceline for anything. They will not work with you if your plans change. Terrible site and customer service. We paid upfront for car rental and due to covid were forced to change date and they refused to let us change car rental date. They charged my card immediately 3 weeks prior to rental. So I guess they are keeping my $223 NEVER EVER use this site.
I made a reservation for a motel through price line cause it was a little cheaper then site I normally go through but that was a huge mistake on my part. When I arrive at the motel they receive an email that my payment did not go through on the price line site but I showed her mi reciept thatbsaid paid in full as well as my account statement that says it has come out of my account. Then the next issue arises when she confirmed the amount me. That the motel receipt was for $15 less than what priceline took out of my account. So I called and talked to two agents whom both were rude and said they would not refund me the difference. Its $15 dollars here not a few bucks. So why was I charged so much extra and there was nothing on the site that said they charged a fee. Im ok with a fee but $15 dollars in a $100 room that's stealing my money. By the time it was over I paid what the room originally cost anyways. I will never use price line again and I will make sure others know the scam they are getting into. I had $30 in taxes and so called fees for this room that does not add up and ill I want is a refund of my $15 difference.
Booked a trip with a live agent whom lied about the room type and details also once I received the confirmation, the amount was more than I was quoted. Contacted customer service at least a dozen times and advised them to listen to the recording which they refuse to do. All they can do is have me wait until checkin, 60 days from now, and upgrade the room then but they cannot guarantee room availability. The issue is there are 5 of us and the room they lied about only sleeps 4 and a sofa bed or cot cannot be provided with the room type due to the fire code.
The priceline rep moved the room reservation to one that has a sofa bed. I called the hotel the next morning and priceline removed 3 guests, 2 were adults. Hotel will charge additional fees for additonal adults. Remains unresolved. I would recommend not using Priceline.
Updated 4/30/21.11 days and still not resolved. Priceline moved the room type to the one we originally requested, however removed 2 guests. The hotel charges 20 per night for adiitonal adults. Gets better, they charged the credit card however, the hotel does not charge until checkout.
Took a trip from Fl to Mn got off the plane rented a car went to hotel where I was supposed to have a reservation got there and they said could not find one they called Priceline for help and they could not so here I was with a 1 year old and an 11 year old at 12:00 at night and no room so I had to go next door in freezing cold weather to get a room! I got a service charge of $213 and can not get anyone that speak English well transferred to 5 different people and still not resolved this is the second time this has happened with Priceline and booking.com very unhappy with this service now they took down the hotel reservation so I can get a copy for proof!
Booked a car rental through Priceline with Dollar rental. Upon preparing for my trip I realized that the car pick up day was one day earlier than my arrival. Dollar will only honor the rental within 6 hours of the scheduled pick up and said Priceline needed to call them and make the change. Priceline said they couldn't do that even though I didn't ask for money back. The only solution to not losing the entire $829 rental was to suffer a $138 cancel fee. Total ripoff. I didn't ask for money back, just a later pickup time which meant Dollar and priceline would have gotten the same amount of money even though I used the car for one less day.
I made a reservation 3 weeks ago to Vegas with a return trip to Charleston. My return trip flight was changed to give me a 5 HOUR LAYOVER in Houston, which would return me to Charleston at a later time! When I finally reached customer service, I was told that each ticket would be an additional $600+ to change to another flight! PRICELINE IS A SCAM, DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM.

Last night I checked in and it was great! Then I heard loud $#*! bikes with music blasting around 9pm all parked in from of the entrance right below my room. Then they left. 12am come and here they come again with all the bikes and music. The hotel does nothing! After they all park I was so lucky to have a few of them stay in the room next to me. "Sarcasm" $#*!ing loud for a few hours. I finally fall asleep around 2am. I was then woken up at 7am by them again blasting music on their bikes. Once again no one at the hotel does anything. Where the $#*! is the manager! I'm pissed. The photo I posted was this morning. What makes me more mad is I called price line to refund me so they called this hotel a few time and at different numbers and no one answered. It's like they know the gues

After two days of Priceline trying to reach out to this hotel they finally got a hold of them and the hotel denied my 70$ refund. I am not talking to a manager at Priceline in hope they can help. This hotel manager and status by far the worst. All I wanted was a good night sleep!

Booked a one-week roundtrip flight to Mexico to visit friends for a much-needed vacation. Got up early the morning of the flight, paid for a $35 Uber to the airport only to find out that I missed my flight; it was rescheduled to an earlier time and I wasn't notified. No email, text, phone call, nor voicemail. After days of phone calls with representatives attempting secure refunds on all items, including the Uber rides to/from the airport, I asked the supervisor on the phone what Priceline can do to rectify the situation. They offer me a 5% off coupon for a hotel or car rental... expiring in July 2021; it's April 17th. I ask if they can help me on a flight in the new few weeks, now that prices are quadruple what I paid.

1st things 1st I booked a trip for me and my mother to go to Hawaii as my mother is now getting up in years and I want to have a good experience for her. Both me and my mother suffer from diabetes and can't fit in the smaller coach seats purchased 1st class. Later we get a do this that are flights of changed and it looks like they've taken us from 1st coming back from Hawaii. Try to call them to fix it, they call you back and then hang up on me 8 times? No one has even reached out to fix the situation even when I asked for management..
Priceline is a ripoff, they took our money and then when we arrived at the hotel, the hotel didn't have the room we booked. They wouldn't refund our money and the agents doesn't speak clear English. Never use Priceline.

I made a reservation for a hotel on Priceline, selected to pay on check-in and change my reservation. They charged me the day before my credit card statement was due without my knowledge incurring interest fees, told me they didn't have proof of my selection and therefore would not fix the problem and that I would have to call the hotel. Upon calling the hotel I found out my reservation was unchangeable on top of charging me pretty much right away. So I am out an extra $50, half my party has nowhere to stay for the event we are going to and will probably have to pay even more money for Priceline's theft. The entire time I dealt with customer service they tried to get me to get off the phone and said it wasn't their fault they screwed up my plans that have been made months in advance. It is cheaper, and way more efficient to shoot yourself in the head than deal with this crap company.
This website overbooked the hotel I was supposed to stay at. The people working at the hotel said they have been trying to contact Priceline about these issues, but they did not receive a response. I ended up having to stay at a hotel that was $100 more than my original pricing. When I tried to get in touch with Priceline, they kept me on a call waitlist for 35 minutes. The billing department refunded my money. The booking department was not only rude but denied that I even booked or received emails for Priceline, even though I have about 5 emails and a confirmation number. Needless to say, choose another booking site unless you would like a unpleasant experience.

Answer: I'm not sure what you mean by "receive" the e-ticket. I've booked numerous times through priceline and other intermediaries, but have never received a ticket. I would suggest that you look at the itinerary that you've received from priceline and look for the Airline Confirmation Number (which may be a sequence of letters and or numbers depending on the airline). Then go to the airline's website and look up your flight itinerary. This process also varies by airline, but there should be some menu such as "My Trips" or other itinerary look up option. The airline should be able to find your itinerary based on your name and confirmation number. If your priceline itinerary contains an e-ticket number, you may be able to use that on the airline's website as well. If the airline has your itinerary, you're good to go. You'll be able to check in and get a boarding pass (electronic or print) 24 hours prior to your flight. If the airline has no record of you, then you've got a problem.
