Outrageous product compared to the picture of their website. Do not use. I was embarrassed at the tiny large bouquet that was delivered to my mum on her birthday
Totally conned - ordered before 10pm on Friday. Needed flowers for my friend on the Saturday. Won't vote you why but very personal. Guess prestige flowers took my money, confirmed order and guess I'm £30 lighter, no flowers I was very upset. Chased awful response. Do not order from them. Thanks
Do not use this so called florist if you want nice flowers delivered on time.
Ordered a large bouquet for my mother in laws birthday, weeks in advance. Flowers arrived 2 days late, in a battered box, some of the flowers dead and wilted.
I contacted customer services who expected a 90 year old woman to take a photograph of the flowers received and send it to them. No refund offered. They did offer a small voucher, but as I will never ever use them again it's pretty useless. Really shoddy and the worst customer service I have ever had.
Really unhappy with the quantity and quality of flowers provided; paid for an upgraded bouquet, totalling more than £40; what was sent (in the mail, not provided by a local florist as advertised...) equates to a sub-£10 supermarket bouquet, squeezed into a shoebox. Absolutely disgusted.
I am absolutely disgusted with the flowers I received from Prestige Flowers! I ordered a large bouquet and received such a tiny bouquet absolutely nothing like the photo they advertise on their site! The flowers were also dying on arrival! I contacted them and informed them of how disappointed I was with the flowers they sent and they said "oh sorry we sent you a medium by accident we'll refund you £10" I told them the state and the size of the flowers I received was absolutely shocking and £10 won't cut it! I want my money back! They then informed me I could either have the £10 or another bouquet of flowers so again I informed them why would I want another small bouquet of your dying flowers?! They responded that that's all they could offer me so I told them they should be ashamed of themselves for advertising such beautiful flowers and then quite frankly sending crap! £80 worth of crap! DO NOT USE PRESTIGE FLOWERS THEY ARE CON ARTISTS!
Do not waste your time and money. I ordered for next day delivery and the flowers were not sent. I followed up and were told they would be scheduled to be sent again, however they were not sent twice. There has been no explanation as to why both times the delivery was not sent. Prestige flowers are happy to take your money and not deliver the flowers, not once but twice. No explation. I had to follow up everytime.
Beware!
Imagine paying for these, that is what was suppose to be delivered and this is what was delivered. Paid for next day delivery and also ordered birthday balloons which didn't come... total rip of and scamming people. Won't even reply to my e. Mails... fuming over these... embarrassed that my name is even on the card with these flowers, I paid for medium size bouquet... never would I use this service again... Prestige Flowers...
Ordered a medium bunch of flowers, very disappointed and looked nothing like the picture on their website. Added a cake for 6 pounds which was the size of a cup cake. It would appear from contacting their support that whichever size you choose you still get the same amount of flowers. If there are 12 flowers in the picture then that is what you will receive irrespective of size chosen.
Paid for next day service.
Delivered late, no refund.
Their response- read the small print in the T&C that for Scotland it can be late. It was Inverness, not some tiny island.
People decide on a date for a reason and are happy to pay for it... if they cannot deliver the service, they should leave it to companies that can.
In summary- probably fine, if you don't need a guaranteed date. I won't use them again
I was sceptical when it reached nearly 6pm for my next day delivery flowers but sure enough they appeared with Royal Mail. The flowers are beautiful although the bunch is a little small for the cost
No stars. I'm still waiting for flowers to be delivered 5 days later for "next day delivery!" Ive rung them and spent 25 minutes asking where they are. I've emailed 3 times. No response. I've paid £31 up front for NO FLOWERS.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
No human element to the process at all.
I left a note for customer services with regards to the message card.
The note was put on the gift card instead. Customer servuce were completely unapologetic, I was told 'we get thousands of orders a day'. Avoid. Pay a few pounds more and use an alternative organisation
I contacted the company to complain about flowers that only lasted 48 hours, they asked for photos which I sent, and they have not even bothered to reply. I told them the flowers looked fine on arrival but that within 48 hours only two were left, and they had to be thrown out the next day. I see several other people have had similar problems and it cannot all be blamed on the heat. Why send out fully opened blooms when the chance of them lasting is very slight? Lots of people have said the recipient was delighted - I was initially, and gave my thanks, but I have not told her that they were so short lived, and I expect a lot of others would not want to disappoint whoever sent their flowers. I had never heard of this company before and would never use them myself. Beware! I have attached a photo showing all that was left by the end of the third day. Other flowers received the same day are holding up well 6 days later.
I ordered flowers for a friend following a recent family bereavement. The flowers arrived on time, but the message I wrote for the card was not included so my friend had no idea who the flowers were from. She called them to ask but they couldn't tell her due to privacy. I did receive an email from Prestige and told them to advise her.
I asked why my card wasn't included and they told me I hadn't written a card, which I explained I had and why would I send an anonymous bouquet at such an emotional time for my friend.
They showed no empathy at all and offered 50 pence refund for the card. They did offer £5 credit for future order but only for 6 months. I explained I prefer the refund in cash as I may not order flowers in the next six months, but basically it was tough you're get nothing. Also you can get a discount code for £5 off an order so they were offering nothing really.
I found the email chat from Mohammed was rude and he gave no apology.
I would not use Prestige again and would not recommend them to anyone.
Bad Customer Service from someone who doesn't care, not a good advert for the company.
Didn't deliver on date the flowers were requested (and didn't even notify me of this, I had to chase to ask where they were). They offered to redeliver 3 days after the requested date "at no extra cost". Are you kidding me?! They didn't even offer anything by way of compensation. Do not ever use these guys - they're a disgrace and don't deserve to be in business.
Had 2 bouquets delivered for our wedding anniversary, On from our daughter which contained red roses and proteas. This was lovely, although two of the roses didn't survive beyond 2 days. The second bouquet was from my husband to me, ordered by our daughter. My husband is not really computer savy!. These contained pale lilac and white roses and gerbras. The roses looked unlikely to last and they didn't! Less than a week and they have gone over! The greenery was dead on arrival. All in all very disappointing. We will not be using this company again.
Ordered flowers on 23rd June for delivery on 1st July. Received a confirmation and order number. On the 30th June I was sent an email saying they needed more details. I didnt pick my emails up that day, but they didnt bother to ring me. The flowers were not delivered as they said the address needed a house number or house name, which it doesn' t have. This is a small village, my friend has lived there for forty years and the family owns the village pub. Every year i send a christmas card to the same address and postcode that i gave to Prestige. So my friend did not get any flowers, Prestige couldn't really care less, although they did refund my money. Took my money but didnt make much of an effort to contact me, on an order they'd acceptef, and had a week to process.
I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers and both arrived on time. However both looked ragged, broken and bruised. They were both a lot smaller than the image of the large version which I ordered.
Obviously they were both gifts and so it was really embarrassing for them but I did ask them to give me their honest opinions as it was the first time I had used Prestige Flowers. Then when they told me the state of the flowers they sent images. I was embarrassed because it looked like I'd used some cheap-$#*! outfit.
I was in contact with Prestige Flowers, providing pictures and they said they would refund for both bouquest.
I am currently dealing with someone call Ashleigh but since agreeing to a full refund over a month ago they are no longer answering emails or providing the refund.
Received peach roses for my birthday on Thursday, at least half have droopy heads the rest nearly. Dead A gift from my granddaughter. I am telling her never again. She threw her money away. Had much better from the supermarket. Soo disappointed.
Look nothing like the picture!
I'm horrified I have spent £33 on these, Tesco flowers would look x1000 just as good. They look half dead and lifeless. They have zero shape, I'm actually embarrassed I have send these as a gift. Bare in mind I have a fractured neck and cannot leave the house, thought these would be a nice present for my mum and they arrive in this state. The box they arrived in made them all squashed. DO NOT BUY.
Answer: And such a poor customer service attitude. They made a mistake and blame me...
Answer: They come with your postman. Hope yours is better than what I wasted £45 on as a gift for my nan. I ordered the paris bouquet it was all dead and more like a swamp bouquet
