Ordered flowers for my Mum to be delivered on 24th and looked very silly when I rang on Mothers Day to see if she liked them as I had been sent an email to say they were on there way!
No ans from them when emailed or msg - I'm in Australia and now feel awful?

I ordered a bouquet of roses for my daughter after a big operation. I didn't ask for next day delivery either, ordering them a couple, of days before delivery date requested. Nothing arrived,. I emailed and they replied giving me a tracking number so I rang the couriers who said it wasn't there number but their London office might be able, to help. I called them and they didn't recognise the tracking number either. So I called the premium number for prestige and waited ages but eventually was, offered a larger bouquet and free luxury chocolates but guess what they can't deliver for 5 days. The agent told me they have run out of flowers as its Mother's Day and can't deliver until Tuesday. Can you believe it. I will wait to see the condition of the flowers before I contact for refund!

FLOWERS ARRIVED LATE AND HALF DEAD. IGNORED MY COMPLAINT AND CONCERNS. ONLY RESPONDED AT THE LAST MINUTE TO PAYPAL DISPUTE THEN OVER 4 WEEKS AFTER MY FIRST COMPLAINT WOULD ONLY ISSUE A REFUND IF I RETURNED THE SAME HALF DEAD FLOWERS. CLEARLY THEY INTENDED TO SELL THESE ON TO OTHERS! WHY ELSE ASK FOR DEAD FLOWERS TO BE RETURNED 5 WEEKS AFTER THEY EVENTUALLY ARRIVED? DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Dead Flowers

£30 bunch of flowers, arrived late and lasted less than 5 days. "Customer service" a complete joke, they charge premium rate number to talk to them. Buyer beware. It's a rip-off Britain company.

Ordered Valentine Flowers, gift and chocs. Despite the tracking showing delivered, they were never delivered. Prestige blamed the courier company and systems.! Had no information of where the flowers were. Prestiege Flowers did not seem to understand the implications of a missed delivery on such an occasion. Added insult to injury by offering me a £5 voucher and to deliver new flowers with a different message despite me asking for a full refund. I had to press hard to get my refund.

I ordered roses for valenntine's day shipped to my wife in the UK, it was supposed to come with some "free chocolate" as mentionned in the offer but nothing except the flowers were in the box. The worst thing about that is the missing word, in fact I wrote a small letter that never has been delivered. The space provided for the letter was just blank.
What should she do? Write it herself? Or guess what was supposed to be written? That's some of bul$#*!. I call false delivery on that! Will never order from them again. Y'all better keep your money in your wallet, it's not worth it.

Do Not Trust This Website

I ordered a large bouquet on this website but the bouquet which was delivered contains less flowers than the medium bouquet which is shown on the website and when I complained and asked then to reimburse the extra money I paid for the large bouquet they have simply ignored my Emails! Also read their terms and conditions before placing your order! Since they may send an ugly cheap vase instead of what it is shown on their website because it is their policy to do so "if they dont have the item available in their store!"

I sent the 'Vintage Inspired' flowers on next day delivery to my sister recently, upgraded to medium sized, and not only did a really poor substitute bouquet get sent, but the customer service people reckon it's in keeping with the advertised bouquet and offered me 10% off my next order, as if I will be using Prestige Flowers agan! Judge for yourself: the one I ordered is shown on the website here: https://www.prestigeflowers.co.uk/same-day-flowers/vintage-inspired?cPath=74 - as a lovely, pale lilac bouquet with roses, hydrangeas, eryngeum, eucalyptus and lots of other lovely stuff that tones well and is truly vintage inspired. What arrived was a few carnations (dyed a dark purple!), white chrysanthemums, some lilies (maybe 1 or 2) of unknown colour as they were so tightly closed as to be unrecognisable (yes, I know they will open but they are WAY off that) some pale lilac thing that I don't recognise (the only nice thing in the bunch) and a few dark green parlour palm leaves.
To add insult to injury, the 'florist manager' who reviewed the bouquet sent, reckoned it was of equal value. If that's their judgement, I would avoid these florists with a bargepole - never seen flowers that could have been bought at a motorway service station for so much!

I have had an awful experience with Prestige Flowers.

Not only were the flowers sparce and looked nothing like the photo advertised, they got the order wrong, sending a smaller bouguet than ordered.

Then to add insult to injury they failed to address my first point several times and offered a refund of the value of the price differential - they alsooffered me a £5 voucher as a goodwill gesture - needless to say i have no use whatsoever for a voucher, which would force me to use them again - which i shall not.

The whole idea of sending abouguet is to please someone and feel pleasure in the giving.

The bouquet received did neither.

I will never use them again nor will i revommend them

Very bad experience

Starting with 3 days delivery instead of next day, very bad customer service, and lack of attention and ending with missing items from the package, this company seems to be the most disrespectful company I ever had to deal with. Will never advise to anyone. No customer service during the weekends!

Scam!

I paid for flowers to be delivered to my 89 year old Mum. They were never delivered even though online it said that they had been. I have emailed and called and no one has responded.

These people are disgraceful and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Avoid this website at all costs. The flowers are cheap and poor quality. I ordered valentines flowers which arrived with a broken vase and without the upgrade that I paid extra for. Trying to get customer service to resolve the problem is impossible, they just do not care at all. I am still waiting for a resolution over a month later and have now resorted to issuing a chargeback via my card issuer as I am so completely fed up with dealing with "Michael Noble" from Prestige Flowers. He has no clue whatsoever about customer service and problem resolution.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered flowers which were not delivered. The card DID NOT say the item was perishable and so my friend did not collect them in time.

I emailed the company 4/5 times to complain about this. When I finally got a response they wanted proof of the card. I provided this a total of 3 times. On my last 'chase up' email I could see on their system my case had been closed by the customer service rep - on the date of my last email!

I complained twice more. Finally, they admitted it was their fault and asked me where and when I would like me replacement flowers delivered. I did this.

The replacement flowers never turned up. I have complained a further 2 times by email and no response. Finally I spoke to a new rep today and apparently the Manager will call me back - 4 months, 10's of emails and a bag of stress after the original flowers weren't delivered - I don't hold out much hope!

I have no idea how this company maintain their business - I have never received such shocking service.
