Total rip off
May 19, 2017

Ordered some flowers for my wife for our anniversary. Paid £10 to upgrade to large & when they arrived, £36 had bought me 6 roses & 2 lilies with 3 buds on each. Sent a picture to Prestige & they claimed they'd mistakenly sent a medium bouquet instead. Their offer of compensation - the £5 difference between medium & large refunded. I hate being ripped off. Avoid these cowboys like the plague!

They sent dead roses to my Mum on Mothers Day, Mum didn't tell me but she complained and they sent another dead bunch exactly the same days later. I contacted them from Australia when I heard the story to get a refund and get my Mum a gift card, but they said my 2nd complaint was more than 24/48 hours after and offered me 5 pounds credit. Obviously I don't recommend you use "Prestige" Flowers.

From start to finish this company has been a joke. I ordered flowers for my daughter as she moved into her new home on Saturday. It is now late Tuesday evening and despite several emails and attempts to find a resolution the flowers have still not arrived. Prestige Flowers blame the courier, who in turn blames Prestige. No help whatsoever from Customer Service. They simply quote their Ts & Cs which absolve them of almost every issue under the sun. First, and definitely the last, time I order from PF. Don't waste your time and cash as there are plenty of other decent companies out there.

I used this company twice to send a gift to my best friend. Both orders were placed at least a week in advance. The first delivery arrived a day late. This time, my order was for her birthday and was supposed to get there yesterday. It's 10:30 pm where she lives now. Looks like this time it will be at least two days late. Here's hoping it gets there tomorrow:-(

I'm an idiot! Didn't read the reviews before ordering! Was relying on them to be honest! When I keyed in the delivery address I expected a message to tell me if they were unable to deliver to that particular address the next day. But they accepted my order without any warning! I even ordered champagne with the flowers! So angry and upset that my friend did not receive them on the day of her 21st! In fact 2 days later still waiting!

Quite possibly the worst customer experience I have ever had.
I ordered flowers, next day delivery, for my wife on our anniversary and they didn't arrive on our anniversary, rendering the order pointless.
When I contacted them to complain, the excuses ranged from:
1. Not our fault, blame the courier.
2. You live in a remote location (Edinburgh)
3. Our 100% Satisfaction guarantee, doesn't apply to you, even though I was clearly not satisfied.
4. Dear Customer, read the small print, even though you are paying us for a service, we take absolutely no responsibility for it and as such you are entitled to absolutely nothing.
5. Your flowers turned up (a day late), so everything's ok.

Seriously, I would not touch this company with a barge pole and urge you all to avoid if you want someone special in your life to get the flowers you order on their special day.

Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday, spent £40 therefore expected good flowers and delivered on time.
However the third party delivery service stated they would be delivered before 18.00. I had opted for them to be delivered to her workplace, in London.
They were delivered to her on the right date but not until 18.43... and after she had gone home before the four day bank holiday Easter weekend!
When I contacted prestige flowers to express my disappointment they were not interested in the least, they hold no responsibility for the delivery!
Certainly shall not use them again!

Not as pictured
April 18, 2017

Ordered a plant arrangement that was pictured in a red pot which I wanted. Checked description to see if it came in different colours as Red is what I wanted. It didn't say in description that colour of pot may vary. The pot that turned up was a horrible green. There was no free chocolates either. This company just don't care about their customers. Please read reviews before using. Wish I had. Disgusting company to deal with. Why not allowed a zero rating as that's what they deserve. Use bunches at least they fix their mistakes.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on a specific date for a specific occasion, paying £19.99 for the flowers and an additional £5 for delivery. The flowers did not arrive on the date I had paid for, but the delivery company did not contact me to say this - I had to contact the receiver to see if she had received the flowers, then track the flowers down myself. The delivery company, who were unapologetic, then told me I would have to contact them, at my own expense to direct them. When the flowers had still not arrive eight days later, I requested a refund from Prestige flowers as I did not want ten day old flowers being delivered. Prestige told me they could not offer a refund, but sent their 'apologies'. After much emailing back and forth, they informed me 'as a goodwill gesture' they would arrange for the flowers that I had already paid for to be re-delivered. When I informed them that this was unacceptable they eventually agreed to upgrade the bouquet. However, when the bouquet arrived, ten days after the original delivery date, they had started to go brown and were clearly not an upgrade. Very poor customer service and over priced products, will not use again.

Ordered flowers for my mother for the anniversary of my dad's passing and 1 they never sent the correct size and 2 the flowers are as dull and drab as anything. My mother has better flowers in her garden. Customer service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with, thinking that offering me £5 plus a voucher to use in future is awful. The picture of what I should have received and what I actually received is from the difference of 1 out of 10 to 10 put of 10. They have seen this and quite frankly if they think the flowers are suitable then their standards are extremely low. If only I could post them on here to let you see how bad they are.

So far all they seem to do is pass email mails from one to another as I have had umpteen different people dealing with this, when asking for a number for the manager they refused and gave me the main customer service number.

I have truly never been so disappointed in the way this situation has been dealt with and they go on about 100% customer satisfaction, I guess it looks good but they have by no means tried to satisfy this customer.
Flowers are supposed to cheer people up but this company have do everything the polar opposite...

Waste of Money
April 5, 2017

I ordered a mother's day gift to arrive on 25th March, the day before mothers day, to ensure it arrived on time. It arrived on the 28th, 3 days late and far too late for mothers day.

When I asked why this had happened, I had two very slow and unhelpful responses from customer services saying 'there could have been a number of factors it was delivered late'. No actual reason given. It looks like it hadn't even been dispatched until the 25th.

The parcel itself was OK but expensive (£40) for what was in it and totally useless that late. Definitively wouldn't use again or recommend.

Terrible service
April 4, 2017

Terrible service! Bunch was smaller than expected, chocolates were not received, they were already half dead on arrival. The bouquet was supposed to arrive on mothers' day but arrived the day before. They provide instructions 'to revive drooping roses' which is strange, but makes sense when you see the state of them. I followed the instructions... no effect whatsoever. Basically had paid good money for a bunch of dying flowers. Company is refusing to reimburse and probably will ignore or delete this review. I will warn friends and family.

Rubbish service. Brought flowers for mother day for my mum to be delivered and they DID NOT look like the photo. They were near enough dead when we received them- we chucked them after 4 DAYS. We asked for a refund and they offered another set of flowers delivered. Did we receive them? NO. Emailed to say whats going on and they have just ignored us. AWFUL COMPANY- shouldn't be a company at all if they can't even handle special days!

I would never use this company again. My mother lives a long way from me, after searching for a company to deliver flowers actually on Mother's Day, I was delighted when I came across prestige flowers, advertising Mother's Day delivery. I placed my very expensive order, and selected mothering Sundays date and was very happy and received an order confirmation saying they would be delivered on the Sunday. I had a telephone call my mother on the day before to thank me for her flowers. I was very upset the flowers had been delivered a day early, not what I ordered I ordered at all. The flowers not only arrived early, according to my Mum they arrived extremely squashed and also some of them were all ready starting to die. I emailed prestige customer services, who did nothing, they did not address they poor quality of the flowers at all, and simple sent me a copy of their terms and conditions, highlighting in the very small print that they reserve the right to deliver flowers early at busy times. This was not what you expect when you order, using a Mother's Day delivery advert. I am very very disappointed with Prestige Flowers and will not be using them again, as I simply do not want flowers delivery on the wrong day and of extremely poor quality.

I ordered mothers day flowers for next day delivery and received email confirming Saturday delivery as requested. The next thing I see is a tracking stating Sunday delivery. I emailed for an explanation but got no response. The flowers arrived on Sunday but bore little resemblance to the bouquet shown on website. The gerbera was hanging limp and the carnations were almost full bloom. The Supermarkets were offering larger bouquets for a fraction of the price and of much superior quality. I sent complaint with accompanying photos but they did not agree with my views and offered a goodwill £5 discount code. This suggested I would place a further order at some time in the future. I declined and they closed the case. Do not waste your money.

£40 bouquet for mothers day. Vase smashed to pieces left on the doorstep. Flowers substandard. What a way to mark mothers day. Customer service (does this exist?) Written 3 emails, one to courier service and two to 'customer service' no reply as yet. Absolute disgrace. Prestige flowers - the joke is in the name

My son ordered a bouquet from these rogues for Mother's Day. On opening, three of the blooms were broken off, all the buds on one lily were yellow/brown, the roses were brown and wilting. What more could be wrong... well you cannot get through on the phone to them and they don't reply to emails. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

DO NOT USE
March 26, 2017

I ordered from prestige flowers two weeks in advance of having flowers delivered. Flowers were not delivered and company blamed 'adverse weather conditions' on the most beautiful weekend of the year to date. They refused a refund and passed on their couriers number for ME to call and complain. Shockingly bad service, a disappointed Mum, and I'm £40 out of pocket. I wished I'd read the reviews first before ordering from them. Do not waste your money. They are unreliable and will not refund you.
