Dishonest!
April 26, 2018

I ordered flowers for my mother in Uk from where I live in Australia. The flowers arrived with the rose heads completely wilted. My Mum contacted Prestige and was told to put them in cold water in the shade which she did for 24 hours but they didn't perk up and in fact my mum said they were beyond help and had died!
I then contacted Prestige and they told me to send photos but due to the time difference it took more than 24 hours to get these from my Mum and so Prestige told me there was nothing they could do as it was against their policy of within a 48 hour period, but they would give me a 5 pounds voucher as a gesture of goodwill!
I then contacted Paypal with whom I had paid so Prestige said they would re-deliver flowers to my Mum on a day which was about 2 weeks in the future and outside of the Paypal dispute claim.
My Mum waited in all day, the flowers did not arrive!
I re-contacted Paypal, they stepped in and got me a full refund from Prestige.

I wish I read some reviews before ordering with this complany.

Exceptionally disappointed with our order. Absolutely disgusted and wished I never ordered from them. We ordered a beautiful living flowers for our friends special occasion. What they delivered is beyond disappointing and looks nothing like what they offer on their website. I was totally embarrassed and heartbroken to see what my friend unwarpped on her special day. Instead of beautiful flowers I ordered they delivered a pot of compost with some sprouts. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. I am trying to get my money back and all they say is as the product is not showing any signs of damage they wont refund the money. How about I ordered flowered and you havent delivered flowers! I was told that if my friend takes care of the so called plant as per instructions, eventually it will blossom! I ordered living flowers that looked gorgeous on the website, what they sent is a joke. Imagine someone unwrapping a pot of compost as a gift! Totally embarrasing! I would never buy anything like that in the shop, so how is it ok to send this when I paid online? I am heartbroken.

But the worst part is that I cant get my money back, so not only they mislead their customers at the point of purchase, but you wont get your money back for the product that looks nothing like you purchased. Dont get fooled by the beautiful pictures of stunning flowers on their website, this is not what you will get for your money. I will continue my battle for a refund via pay pall now, but how frustrating and time consuming this is! I will also contact the ASA and go down independent dispute resolution route.

So if you want to avoid the pain and embarrassment I am going through with this shambles of a company, do not make the same mistake as me and dont order from them and warn your friends and family about this scam.

PS as Ive been battling to get my money back, they offered me £5 voucher! Unbelievable! You are disgusting!

No Refund Policy
April 13, 2018

Don't use these cowboys. Not delivered on the day they promised (mothers day). Wrong label. Personal card was not to my mother but a couple named Bill and Freda. Only offered more flowers and no refund despite breaking contract terms. Dreadful people.

Next WEEK delivery?
April 9, 2018

"Guaranteed next day delivery" actually means, "we'll maybe deliver at some point."
Ordered flowers on Friday, for an occasion on Saturday, paid for the next day delivery - its Monday and they still haven't been delivered. But because Prestige use a 3rd party courier they can wash their hands of the situation and blame the royal mail. (Must happen often enough as they have a decent chunk in the terms and conditions about it, and had statements seemingly prepared when I emailed my complaint.)
This delivery will probably now end up at the depot, as we work all week (hence Saturday delivery) so that'll be 4 days for some flowers, which will have started to die, when next day guaranteed service was paid for.

Cheers prestige!

Mothers Day Bouquet- arrived in the post via Royal Mail on Friday before Mothering Sunday. On opening the box, they looked ok, a bunch of lillies with closed buds.
Put them into a vase with water and added the flower food sachet enclosed. Then waited. And waited. And waited.
Supposed to be double flowering rose lillies, looked pretty spectacular on Prestige website... mine never opened, just went brown, shrivelled up and died.
With reluctance I told my son (after he asked me to send a photo of the flowers which he had sent) that they had died and sent him a photo of a bunch of shrivelled buds. He complained to Prestige- I complained to Prestige, they just trotted out the 48 hour window to complain after that, forget it. Tried reasoning that lillies can take longer than that to open, but no joy.
They take your money and run.
After researching this company there are a huge amount of bad reviews. Please avoid.

I read the wrong reviews otherwise would not have used this company. Other sites very different stories. Misleading advertising showing 'arranged' bouquets are not what's delivered. Delivery by post is not a 'florist delivery' and a box of flowers is not a bouquet. Very disappointed ordering from overseas early for Mother's Day to avoid the rush [to their advantage] to find flowers delivered not as expected, very poor and didn't last. As an ex florist and recipient having worked in the wholesale flower business it was a disappointment to say the least. How could I get a photograph within 48 hours from a recipient in aged care home? Offer of GBP10 voucher not acceptable - will not order from them again. Asked if they'd donate similar money to a UK charity [to show good faith] refused.

Flowers delivered 20th March, wilted on 22nd March. No compensation. This company is a disgrace. I wish I had seen the reviews on this site beforehand. I will never use them again.

Dreadful company
March 21, 2018

I ordered flowers for my mum for Mother's Day. Just over a day later, they were dying. The flower heads were drooping right over and the foliage was going crispy. I emailed Prestige many times. They refused to refund my money for various crummy reasons:
1. They had been damaged by the courier and this was nothing to do with Prestige.
2. Prestige lied about the date we had received the flowers to try and make out that I'd missed the three day window for complaining.
3. Their florist had reviewed the pictures and there was only 'minor damage' to the flowers.
I couldn't find a functioning phone number to contact them on.
Take a look at their Facebook page. Most of the people commenting on their posts are fake profiles, presumably created by Prestige to make themselves look popular. Click on a few. You'll soon see the pattern to the things posted on these fake profiles. What sort of company does something like that?
I would recommend avoiding Prestige at all costs.

Ordered flowers online on the 18th March from this company for one day delivery as a birthday present, as I write this review the flowers have still not been delivered, I received standard automated email response when I complained at their online web page. If you require next day delivery do not order from this company unless you or the recipient are prepared to be disappointed

Received flowers for Mother's Day, blank card so who do I thank? Flowers were dying so took photos on Mother's Day and sent an email to Prestige flowers. Sent more photos the next day. Prestige flowers do not acknowledge the photos and say I am not entitled to anything as the 48hrs time limit for them to receive photos is over. How can they lie like this when they have been sent photos from Day 1. DO NOT WASTE HARD EARNED CASH ON PRESTIGE FLOWERS.

Do NOT buy flowers from Prestige Flowers. AVOID. I ordered flowers for Mothers Day. They arrived all straggly and wilting, next day half of them were only fit for the bin, most of them dead. I am very disappointed and angry, my Mother was very disappointed and upset. I paid £42 for a bouquet with delivery. Supposed to be a large bouquet, what a joke, I could have bought a better bunch of flowers from Lidl about £7. Have emailed a few times with photos, no response. Tried phoning, was an automated message saying phone lines are closed. This company are an absolute CON.

Lying and scamming
March 11, 2018

Mothers day flowers never arrived and i still await a resolution. They refused to refund me and actually lied about it. Opened a dispute through Paypal and Prestige lied and tried to get me to close the dispute. I have copies of all their lying emails. They are clearly out to scam customers.

Ruined Mothers Day
March 11, 2018

Completely Ruined MOTHERS Day thank you

Flowers arrived, no card in their despite it saying I had ordered a premium card no message to my mom, doesnt event say mothers day anywhere! She doesnt know who they are from as there IS NOTHING

The flowers are dead and broken! Then just for comedy effect some of them are spray painted (yes you read that right) pink!

What a complete and utter waste of money and way to go and spoil mothers day for those of us who cant be with our moms and show her face to face how we appreciate them what I have now said is here are some dead flowers!

We have used this service before and found them to be OK but we ordered two bouquets for 45 pounds each for mothers day and only one has arrived. We checked the tracking and can see that they are still at the Post Office sorting office and have been there since Friday. We ordered the flowers 10 days ago.

I called my mother this morning expecting to hear how lovely the flowers were only to be met by a silence that suggested I hadn't really sent anything! I now have a very upset elderly mother who feels I neither love her or care! I will of course take this up with Prestige but I'm sure nothing will happen judging by the other comments on this site. Stay well clear!

Poor Service
March 10, 2018

My Wife received flowers for her Birthday from our Son who was not able to visit.(He is in the Royal Navy) They arrived three days after her Birthday. (Possibly due to the snow)
They were in generally below average condition, possibly due to the 4 days in the post. A photo was taken. We thought they would perk up once in water but they didn't. After four days I contacted Prestige flowers with photos.

They said they had a three day limit & refused to replace them.

I sent the photo taken on the day of delivery & they indicated that the flowers had been kept in "imperfect conditions" even though we had dealt with them as per their instructions. There was no mention by them of the 4 days in the post.

Flowers arrived in a damp cardboard box, not a 'hand-tied bouquet' and were half dead with only 50% of the blooms expected, as per photo and description on their website. Customer service is shoddy, initially fobbed off but persevered and sent them lots of photo's of the dead and dying flowers, threatened them with credit card intervention and they agreed to send another bunch free of charge. Was told they only consider a bouquet sub-standard if more than 25% of the flowers are dead/dying! Still waiting for them so will now have to contact credit card company.

I pay 56$ for that bouquet.

Placed an order for flowers to be delivered for a 40th birthday. Received a message the day before they were supposed to be delivered saying the flowers were on their way. Went into a bit of a flap and waited until after 9am and attempted to phone them. Kept getting told to press 2 for customer service then nothing happened. Next tried live chat which is anything but live - my message was ignored. Next I tried email which eventually got a response. I was informed that certain parts of the UK have to be sent a day early to ensure delivery. We are in CENTRAL SCOTLAND easily accessible not the highlands where I can imagine some areas are difficult to reach. They offered us £5 of our next order WOW as if we would use this unreliable bunch again.
I have never had this problem before despite placing many flower orders over the years. We run a business and always organise flowers for our staffs big birthdays but we will not be using a company who cant guarantee a specific date for delivery. Competition in the flower delivery sector is intense so their loss will be someone elses gain. Very disappointing.
