Ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for over £80 and both were droopy and dead. They refused to replace & offered £15 compensation. Totally crap. For the money a shocking experience.
Been ripped off by this company failed to deliver on 82yr old Birthday delivered 3 days later with a card to pick up from post office. When in the hands of the 3rd party ie delivery service there is no Guarantee. Read small print or end up like me no flowers and no refund. This company should not be trading reported to watchdog.
Worst service ever! Please stay away- Ruined a perfect birthday with incompetent behavior as a business and not being able to deliver.
And then no follow up, no call backs or emails and worst thing is they are not even sure where the product you orders actually is. Generic messages and non helpful customer service.
Such a disappointment. If i could give minus stars i would!
I ordered some flowers for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and the whole experience was a shambles.
My parents anniversary was on a Friday so I ordered with Prestige who advised they would be there on the Wednesday. I gave this buffer time to ensure they would have the gift as my parents were going away to a hotel on the Friday. The flowers did not arrive. The customer service line is awful. When I was enquiring about the delivery on the chat service online the operator said she had no way of calling the courier company so we sat online for 30 minutes whilst she waited to get an email back which she never did. The operator took a new address of the hotel and said she would try and get the flowers there. I had no confidence the flowers would get there and I had no callback or update either email or phone and haven't since. The flowers did not get there. Its now Tuesday and the flowers have still not turned up and the company is emailing nonsense about how i'm not allowed a refund. I will continue to use Interflora who I have had no problems with
On a Saturday I ordered birthday flowers to be sent to a 95 year old for the following day, Sunday. Prestige do offer Next Day Delivery - 7 days a week, that's why I chose them. They took my money, no problem there. Then AFTER the confirmation email, I got another one telling me since the address was not local, they couldn't deliver on the Sunday, but would do so on the Monday. What could I say? I agreed, maybe a day late is not so bad.
Unfortunately, Prestige did not do as they promised. They also did not deliver the flowers on the Monday (and did not tell me either!). The had made NO attempt to deliver on the Monday, I know this because I got an email from the Royal Mail today Tues) saying they had them and were delivering today.
When I complained to Prestige, the customer service was not satisfactory and all I was left with was "I am sorry you feel this way!". Notice, not an apology for shoddy service. Unprofessional! I will never use again...
WARNING: Whatever you do do not buy flowers from Prestige flowers. I ordered a bouquet in advance, I received a confirmation with the day they would be delivered. They were not delivered on that day, and instead delivered the following day which made them pointless as they were for a birthday. The flowers were poor quality, and clearly not a lot of care had been given when arranging the flowers. Furthermore, the flowers lasted all of 2 days before they started dying. They are unreliable and their customer service is the most appalling I have ever encountered. Absolutely disgusting 'company' who clearly have no regard what so ever for its customers.
Order number is *******
I just wish I had seen all the complaints about delivery here before my daughter ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. Instead of flowers what we have is a rude set of emails, AND a photo of a shed, which Prestige plainly keeps to hand in order to claim they delivered folks' orders there. What else can I think? Certainly it's not my sister's shed. She doesn't own one. Now there's to be an enquiry taking seven days. Since I think this lot are scammers I'm not holding my breath. I don't want to die while I am waiting.
The best I can say is that flowers were delivered on time, however the bouquet I ordered as a graduation gift was of very poor quality, flowers were generally wilted, eucalyptus had been eaten by some pest and outer leaves of roseswere dried out, arrangement was not nearly as nice as it appeared on website. So disappointed, not impressed, won't be using again.
I ordered flowers, the address was changed (letter of postcode omitted & street nos)& they claimed I input it incorrectly. The phone nos on Paypal receipt & given by their live chat are disconnected, the fake DHL tracking nos didnt work so no way of contacting the courier who alleges in their notification that the flowers must be signed for & can t be left... so they have taken them back to the delivery base for 48 hours before redelivery... which never occurred. There was a phone nos for the delivery address that no one called & they have taken my money with no apology or Refund & just... sorry, your fault & your problem & no way of contacting the courier to change the delivery address... SCAM. Scam... scam. How can we warn people on their website?
I pre-ordered flowers six days in advance of my parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary as was unable to be with my folks on their special day until a few days afterwards. I really, really, really wanted to treat them to a beautiful bouquet as both have been extremely ill. When the flowers (gift set) had not arrived by 3pm that day, I tracked the delivery on Prestige Flower's website, which stated they had been 'dispatched'. I contacted Prestige Flowers to check if they were on the way and received this:
"I can see that we have the delivery date down as 07-06-2018. Due to the sheer volume of deliveries it appears as though the Royal Mail are having a delay in updating the tracking. I can assure you that this order has been dispatched and our delivery times are between 8am and 6pm. Normal delivery terms apply."
The flowers DID NOT arrive until later the next day. Prestige Flowers blamed Royal Mail for the delay, although Royal Mail confirmed that the flowers were not given to them until the day that they arrived (a day late) - which was further proved by their tracking system.
I request a refund from Prestige Flowers because I had provided them with a six-day lead and had been told by one of their customer care team that they would arrive between 6am and 8pm on the date I had requested. Their response was no, but I could avail of a 10% discount on future purchases.
Why on earth would I use the services of a company that failed to provide in the first place?! The customer care responses are simply copied & pasted from the terms & conditions on their website. There is no number to contact. They will not call you (even after multiple requests).
Overall, an extremely frustrating and disappointing transaction that left me out of pocket (significantly). All I wanted was for my parent's to have a beautiful bouquet to show I was thinking of them. Instead, they received nothing and I was forced to pay for a terrible service with no option to discuss.
Failed to arrive on time. Informed by customer services (joke surely) that should have read small print. I won't use them again. They have no idea what customer service means.
Ordered on monday for a weds delivery-they turned up 4pm on thursday to my 88yr old mother--and then were dead within a day of arrival--great way to waste your money--never again will i use them-totally abject company
DISAPPOINTING failed to deliver the flowers i ordered, refused a refund blaming a courier who was given a detailed address and instructions. Appalling service and corporate responsibility. Try the newer and more refreshing flower services of floom.com or the like.
Had an email to confirm that the flowers I ordered three days ago would be delivered between 8am - 6pm. They didnt arrive and after asking where they are i have just had an email to say that unless they were paid for as same day delivery that delivery is not guaranteed, Wish i hadnt have bothered
Absolutely appalling, bouquet turned up with totally different coloured roses which all proceeded to die within a day or two anyway - anniversary present ruined... Customer service team utterly dismissive - never again!
Wish I had read these reviews before ordering, the flowers arrived wilted, roses all bruised and holes in the lilies. Contacted the company immediately and sent photos, they deemed there was no problem (photos attached) but offered a 10 pound voucher, as if I would even consider using them again is a complete joke.
Ist time ordering flowers online and I chose this lot big mistake I ordered flowers and a balloon for my sisters 60th birthday I clicked on the age button for her 60 and placed my order when the email came through I noticed it said 18 and to contact customer services if all was not right I used we chat and explained the mistake but nearly fell over when the girl told me that there was some confusion but it could not be changed this has to be a joke but nope they will send her flowers and an 18 balloon so be warned do not go near this scam company oh and you cant cancel either disgusting company ever
My son ordered flowers from Prestige, they arrived a day late and half dead. By day 3 the whole bunch was completely dead and rotting. Despite sending photos to Prestige as soon as they were received they refuse do do anything apart from offering a £5 voucher off another purchase. My poor son wasted £51 of his hard earned money.
Answer: And such a poor customer service attitude. They made a mistake and blame me...
Answer: They come with your postman. Hope yours is better than what I wasted £45 on as a gift for my nan. I ordered the paris bouquet it was all dead and more like a swamp bouquet
