Spent over £50 for a few flowers that I could of brought for £5 anywhere else not only that there half dead buds broken off and non of the other stuff that was supposed to be with it will not use again completely disgusting

WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT

All I can say is what an embarrassment. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my cousins birthday. What she received and what I actually ordered were two completely different stories... ordered a bunch of flowers, she received a handful and looked nothing like the web site picture. Only good point was that they were at least delivered on the correct day. Will never use this company again. Pictures show what I ordered and what was actually received

Didn't arrive on time and they don't care. The customer service department are just there to deflect complaints. Don't believe the adverts they don't guarantee to deliver on time.

I've had such a negative experience dealing with this company and their courier partner, dx delivery. I ordered flowers for boyfriend's birthday which never got delivered on the day. Then they lied about not finding the address and having insufficient information. I made sure they had the correct address and a telephone contact for the recipient and the flowers were still not delivered THREE days after the original delivery date AND no reasonable explanation given! Customer support from the courier guys was the worst ever! They didn't seem to care that they were going to deliver STALE flowers three days after someone's birthday. We still haven't received the delivery even as I write this review!

The worst experience

Negative experience. I payed for next day delivery. From next morning me and my wife got messages about comming parcel. She expected surprise for our anniversary. Courier came after 3 days. Customer service tried to tell me that it was not their fault. They sent me point form their conditions that they do not give 100 percent of guarantee for next day delivery. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

AVOID!
Ordered flowers and delivery failed twice. Prestige said they would send another delivery the following week. They blamed Royal Mail. They didn't send the other order but redelivered the original a week older! They also omitted a Vase, Chocolates & Wine. Again they blamed Royal Mail. Now they refuse to answer emails.

Poor

Really unhappy with quality and delivery of flowers that arrived for our family in Scotland by Prestige Flowers.
They never arrived on 24th December as requested (arrived on 27th Dec) and our Daughter in Law said that she could tell they had been packaged for a while as they had started to turn.
No pictures where taken as by the time Prestige asked for them the flowers were in the bin! I realise that people must try it on with them all the time but certainly not something I would do unless unhappy with product and service.
They have since first posting this review and complaining to them come back and said they would re send flowers

NEVER AGAIN

Ordered flowers for delivery on a special birthday, got a text from courier company on the day to advise flowers would not be delivered for a further 2 days past expected delivery date. I had to go to a local florist on the day to pick up a bouquet with the intention of getting a refund from Prestige Flowers. Only to be told, company policy says they will only refund the delivery charge. No refund for flowers that were late and no longer needed. The website says "100% satisfaction guaranteed" what a joke. Although, the staff are only working to company policy I found them to be rude and unapologetic. I asked for a manager to ring me, but of course it didn't happen. They try very hard to get you to correspond by email rather than on the phone. The only way i managed to speak to an Agent was by ringing and selecting the place an order option. The thing is by the end of the ordering transaction the flowers are no cheaper and I really would not recommend this company.

Received My Flowers this morning and lots of them have black petals.

I would not give these to an enemy as they are so poor, In the bin they go.

The price was £22 online but checking my paypal balance £42 was taken, There was supposed to be free chocolates and these did not come either.

I contacted help and was told they were damaged in transit and they showed the florist manager the photographs that you have sent us they have said that there are only minimal signs of any damage.

So they will give me £5 off my next order!

Do not order from these people, go to a garage and buy some there.

Feel totally ripped off and actually very angry

Not delivered on time

My sister and I live in different countries. For her 30th birthday I decided to send her a big bouquet. I ordered it a week before her birthday. It did NOT arrive on her birthday. In fact it arrived the day after her birthday at 3PM. I tried to contact the company several times, and got no answer from anyone. I finally had to use Facebook to contact them. It was so ridiculous. They did not even offer to pay back the shipping cost to me. How can a company not deliver a simple set of flowers even with a week's notice. I NEVER use this company again.

Terrible customer service
November 29, 2018

I ordered some flowers and due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to change the delivery address. I contacted customer services over 24 hours ahead of the shipping date, but was told the delivery tickets had been printed so they couldn't change the address. I accepted this, but asked that they delay the delivery for 3 days until my mum would be home again as due to the family emergency she had been called away. The customer service advisor indicated this would be possible and said she had emailed the warehouse. When she had still not heard back from the warehouse after 2 ours, she said she would email me, as I live in Australia and needed to go to bed. In the morning I had not received an email, I then received notification that the flowers had been delivered, despite me being very clear that no one would be there.

I was very disappointed with the service and contacted customer services again. They said flowers unlike other commodities cannot be refunded or returned. They blamed an external courier company, although I pointed out that I had asked to change the date way before the courier company would have been involved. I found the customer services very disappointing, they are happy to take your money but could not have cared less that no one would be there to receive the flowers. I'd recommend going with a company who you can rely on if needed.

My daughter spent 45 sending me a so called bouquet.
It was left outside a communal door where anyone could have taken it.
We could have bought better flowers at our local garage for about £5 it contained 9 flowers of substandard quality. It is an outrage these people are taking such a vast quantity of money and getting away with selling rubbish.
At least $#*! Turpin had the decency to wear a mask.
These people must be stopped getting away with this extortion.

Never again!
Deceived by their false next day delivery advertising on their next day delivery page, items not received till 4 days later, so the recipient's big day missed! When I realised a day later I was being duped, and tried to cancel before dispatch and before they took the money out of my account (all verified), they refused, gave a false DX number, took the payment and still dispatched late. According to their dodgy terms and conditions, if you refuse to accept goods on delivery, still no refund will be issued!
I couldn't understand why they have good reviews and on research found that this too seems suspicious and that they have been investigated by ASA for their false advertising!
Be aware! You have been warned!

Avoid this company

Next day delivery every excuse under the sun about why there was no delivery, Nevermind next day delivery. Customer service are a joke. They won't help because it's not their fault. It's the couriers fault, or bad weather to blame, or you didn't read the right delivery details,... what a joke. Avoid this company. You may as well throw your money to the wind. I can't add a photo to the review because I didn't receive the flowers. Or the free gift. Or anything really except hassle.

What a joke!

I ordered flowers for my Mums birthday, 3 days in advance, paid $70 and they have never been delivered, took the money but no flowers. I issued 2 customer service requests I was replied to asking for the address and I've heard nothing more. Im so upset and annoyed, DO NOT use this company.

Flowers deliver in bad condition-very poor company service avoid at all cost
Flowers deliver in very poor condition, were for a 25th wedding anniversary so upgraded to deluxe, nothing deluxe about them were decomposing at delivery, there customer service very poor told me to send pictures and there reply was nothing wrong with them there chief flower arranger had decided, no refund or replacement flowers offer, roses had totaly died within 3 days paid £40 could of bought better from asda/morrison/tesco for a fraction of the price and would of lived a lot longer advoid at all cost.

Over priced

Purchased a bouquet £40 it was delivered, very small but many flowers. Definetly not with the money. When I kindly emailed we got no satisfaction

Hi I just read the review wish I not bother they should be a shame and close down, my friend just be told she has cancer in the UK and I live in Australia, and I don't even know if they be send shame on them cost me $57
