I feel compelled to write this review after dealing with this company. I asked for a large bouquet to be delivered which did not turn up on the day it was ordered and was 3 days late. The flowers were already dying and when I rung the so called customer service their supervisor offered me a £10.00 goodwill voucher! They had already admitted they sent the wrong size bouquet even though they took the money, but were completely unwilling to accept responsibility and told me I should have their read terms and conditions. Apart from the money I paid for these flowers (which were recommended by Good Housekeeping) I shall also be writing to them about their recommendation, the flowers were nothing like the description. Please, please do not use this company and do not waste money. I am so unhappy I chose them, and I think everyone should be aware. I shall be seeking advice regarding my treatment by this company. I am in Australia & send flowers regularly to my loved ones in the UK. I had used this company at Christmas to send flowers to a relative. Product was lovely as was the service. In January, however, I placed another order. The goods arrived in bud but failed to open. All the buds went brown & dropped off. I contacted Prestige Flowers only to be told that they have to receive photos of the flowers in question within 48 hours of the delivery. Considering my elderly Aunt, does not have a mobile, computer or camera she could not have provided photos anyway. They offered me a voucher off of my next order of 5 pounds & then came back to offer 10 pounds. I declined as I will not be placing any further orders.
Absolute knightmare of a company. I ordered flowers 2 WEEKS ago so they had time to arrange everything properly and get them to my wife today on Valentines day. I selected the 14th February for the delivery date then paid.
I emailed them yesterday telling them the tracking number they had given me did not work. They replied saying i had to wait until the delivery day for the tracking to work. Today (14th) came and it still didn't work.
I email again and no reply this time. Then i received an autmatic email saying DX courier had picked up the parcel today for delivery TOMORROW.
Prestige flowers are an absolute joke! Do not under any circumstances use them.
Ordered the purple 'Fusion" bouquet for our daughter in-laws birthday in plenty of time to be delivered to Holland with date given as Friday 9th February. Flowers eventually arrived on Monday 12th February and was not the "Fusion" bouquet ordered but the cheaper "Carmen" bouquet which consisted of pink, red and yellow flowers - polar opposite of what was ordered.
Prestige have a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back but have said that this only applies to the UK, not International, so it is just tough luck that we missed her Birthday and the flowers were cheaper, inferior and incorrect.
To sum up, if you want the wrong flowers delivered on the wrong date, go ahead and order with Prestige Flowers - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
I ordered flowers to my wife birthday, received them on time but some flowers was broken, send 2 emails, no reply at all, next time will choose another company!
Really disappointing - didn't get what i ordered, have asked for a refund or for them to redeliver the correct flowers and so far have only offered me a whopping £5 compensation voucher... it costs £5.80 for delivery there! So so cross with them and will stick with Flying Flowers who are half the price.
Their service is just s**h**i**t**! Not worth a penny.
They missed the flowers delivery for my order *******. It was supposed to be a birthday bouquet booked 5 days in advance!
No delivery happened at all!
I want my money back!
Flowers were delivered on time and quality is fine but the flowers are a rip off. My anniversary flowers were delivered for my girlfriend and the bouquet was similar in size as a £8-9 bunch in my local supermarket. I paid £10 extra for the largest size and paid £50 in total! Absolute waste of money. Prestige flowers refused to refund or partially refund and offered a £5 voucher. I am never going to order off them again and they know it so the £5 voucher is an insult. Complaint resolution is abysmal.
Do NOT use this florist. They took my money for a next day delivery for my friends funeral, that was on Saturday... the flowers just have been delivered today which is Tuesday... of course funeral is over now. Waste of money and won't refund of course.
We were embarrassed by the contents of the 'hamper' when we saw it at my mother-on-laws after Christmas - the jams were the size hotels provide for a single breakfast; the wine bottle just enough for a single glassful. The package which cost us £33 would have cost a third of the price if we'd bought it at a supermarket! I would not recommend this so-called hamper to anyone. Maybe we should have checked the size of each item - but we have ordered hampers from elsewhere before and not been disappointed.
Bought a large bouquet of flowers that cost £45 when delivered there was TEN flowers in it absolutely shocking was offered £5 refund and a £5 voucher. Do not use this company they are awful
They could not process my order, but still took my money! Stayed 20 minutes on the phone to customer service than gave up. Tried to email, no reply.
I wish I'd seen these reviews before buying with this company. I ordered flowers for next day delivery in central Scotland as a birthday gift. No delivery that day, or the day after. Still waiting (day 2). Emailed customer service and got a prompt reply saying it's not them, it's their courier. Never again.
DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM! I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday to be delived on November 27. They failed the delivery on that day and they did not deliver on November 28 either. In the beginning the customer service was nice, then they lied to me that the delivery company could not find the address. I sent them the screen shot from the Royal Mail website to show that the address was correct and easy to find. In response they told me that the delivery would take place on November 28, which never happened. After I requested a full refund, they stopped any communication with me.
I ordered flowers on 27th September for delivery 23rd October as a birthday present. When they had not been delivered by around 4pm I called the company and they said they would be guaranteed delivery by 6pm. Turned out they were not delivered at all on the date. Phoned the company the next day and they said they couldn't guarantee any delivery date! They said they could offer to refund the delivery charge but would not refund. They blamed the courier Royal Mail. I phoned Royal Mail and they told me the flowers were only despatched to them Sunday evening and no sorting happens on a Sunday evening so they wouldn't have been able to dispatch them on the Monday. Prestige flowers would have had to deliver to Royal Mail on the Saturday to be able to deliver to the customer on the Monday and they should know this. Prestige flowers say they wouldn't do that as they need to send their flowers 'fresh' - what a joke... They are still going to be 2 days old so would it not be better to send them 2 days old on the correct delivery day? It's Tuesday now and still no flowers and based on other reviews I am sure they are likely to be worn and horrible looking. I have logged a dispute with my bank. So basically don't bother with this company unless you don't care about your delivery date. Complete joke!
Call to your banks and report them as scam or fraud, the more people report that more chances to block them from receiving the money! I just called barclays and they said that they will wait for other people to complain in order to block this company in their system, also they said that will try to give my money back as Prestige Flowers didn't comply with Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Ordered flowers and a vase. The vase did not arrive... only the flowers... very small amount of flowers for a medium bunch. Also they had the name of the recipient wrong and the sender! When I sent a note to complain I was told how to look after the flowers... not a mention of the vase etc. Rewrote my complaint and was offered my money back on the vase or a voucher. Terrible service will not use them again.
Worst online delivery service ever. Husband ordered flowers because he was away for my Birthday - arrived a day after my birthday. Not only did they arrive late but all of the roses were brown round the edges. Took photos and sent them and got a reply telling me how to care for them properly! They arrived half dead, their condition had nothing to do with my care of them.
We were offered a £5 voucher - as if we would ever use them again. So we wrote and told them this... funnily enough no reply!
Next day delivery did not happen
Asked for contact number to speak to customer services
They ignored my emails
Do not use
Just fobbed off
Flowers in transit over 24 hours
Ordered on Sunday. Delivered finally on Wednesday
No offer of refund or anything else
Will never use these again
By far the WORST online place to order flowers, i ordered a bunch of flowers for my Mums birthday, I paid for same day delivery and they arrived at 9pm AT NIGHT?! The bunch of flowers were absolutely awful too and unless you want to upset the recipient dont waist your money. When I complained they didn't give a damn either
Answer: And such a poor customer service attitude. They made a mistake and blame me...
Answer: They come with your postman. Hope yours is better than what I wasted £45 on as a gift for my nan. I ordered the paris bouquet it was all dead and more like a swamp bouquet
