Terrible service and dead flowers, turned up a day late and were a mess. £36 down the drain! They do not give refunds and you cannot contact them, when you do it just kicks you off the online chat. Awful company, of all the places to go bust during covid, it should have been these bunch of thieves!
Awful customer service, but CONSTANT email offers.
Late delivery, auto excuse of bad weather, but clear dry day, just useless delivery! Raised a ticket to complain but nothing back except a request for a pat on the back for their response!
When flowers did arrive pretty average quality, chocolates were past there best, shocking the "free" ones were perfect lol.
Avoid Avoid Avoid! I'll be using the garage forecourt next time as better quality and at least you know what you are getting!
DO NOT USE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT DELIVER. I AM STILL WAITING ON VALENTINES FLOWERS FOR 50 POUNDS AND NOONE HAS BOTHERED TO GET BACK TO ME AFTER MULTIPLE EMAILS AND THEIR PHONE LINES ARE NEVER OPEN. ITS A SCAM!
I don't know what possessed me to order from this company. I spent £40 on 12 red roses ordered to the location we were staying at for the weekend. No flowers arrived, no note to day delivery had been attempted, no tracking update, no customer service. I wish I'd used a reputable firm instead. Please, please avoid these guys.
When I say service, there actually isn't any. No sign of flowers after being 2 days late, no reply from email or live chat-then they had the gall to say I'd missed the deadline, which was a lie. When I finally got a reply they wanted to deliver a week late. I will NEVER order from them again
If I could rate 0 stars I would.
Placed an order for next day delivery, website fully advertised 10pm cut off, order placed before 9pm
Confirmation email received to state order would be sent next day and tracking number would be provided on dispatch.
Next day (day1) no tracking provided and no response to email contact.
Day 2, live chat working and contact made to a very rude 'Jade' who had very little customer service. Explanation was cut off had been shortened because of valentines and despite the order not being honoured next day, they also hadn't arranged for the order to go out on day 2
Proceeded to chat with manager 'Michael' Michael had better customer service skills but contradicted Jade, stating delivery was not honoured due to covid (was not surprised covid excuse came out)
No Explanation why order wasn't sent for delivery day 2, and no compensation offered. Full refund offered and excepted, we'll wait to see if it arrives!
Terrible quality and terrible service. The flowers did not arrive on the selected date so it missed the birthday and arrived the day after. I ordered an expensive £70 large bunch as a gift, when it arrived the recipient said it looked like they had been without water for a while as some of them were already dead. The large bunch is like a supermarket bunch of flowers, definitely not large and certainly not good value for money. I complained and they offered me a credit of £15 which is useless as I will certainly never use the service again, not a refund or not a replacement. Really poor service, and disappointing especially when taking into account this was a gift for someone else which is now ruined. Would not recommend, horrendous service and very poor product. I regularly send flowers from M+S but went here as they looked luxurious, I was very wrong. Truly disappointed.
Our flowers were never delivered and not only have they not reimbursed us but they've ignored all our emails. THEY ARE A SCAM! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
I JUST placed my order and apparently I can't get a refund even though my order is getting shipped in a few days. It is not worth it. DO NOT USE.!
Ordered flowers on the 17th for my wedding anniversary on the 18th. Turned up 19th. One day late. Awful customer service, sent pictures, the florist manager, couldn't see any quality issues. I think he must either use a guide fog or white stick. My wife and myself put ip reviews on their site
Low and behold they have been removed.
My niece in Australia ordered me some flowers for Christmas to be delivered on 24th December they arrived on the 30th they were half dead I've tried to email them the 2 email address I sent emails to bounced back to me saying unavailable address went on live chat asked for an email address the reply was I do not understand your question so look there so I kept looking on website until I found pissed off customer service so I emailed them and received a reply saying they will get back to me in 7 days so now I'm waiting
I was sent flowers for my Birthday and they were delivered 2 days late even though it was printed on the box the date to be delivered! They were even worthy of putting them in a vase and after hanging on the phone on numerous occasions I emailed them and was eventually emailed back to say they had given the sender a refund! I said wouldnt It be nice customer service to send me some flowers and the email said can't do both! Note to self I shan't use them and just grateful for the bunch from Waitrose from my sister!
Be careful. The images that you see online will not be the ones sent to you. Your better off buying from the supermarket. Much better quality. I bought to of the same flowers, both looked totally different than what is advertised. They sent out another batch of flowers but these turned out to be even more unsatisfactory. Absolute shame, you should get what is advertised. Online they are advertised as a big bunch, I counted less items and specific flowers on the ones I received to the ones in the pictures. The customer service is terrible- special mentioned to Jade. E, Natasha. R, Hasim. A. Please get retrained, your customer service is awful. You speak to different people and the communication is mismatched. So far they have refunded one but denying the refund for the second purchase. Don't waste your money on this company. The worst experience.
On Sunday 5th Dec. I ordered flowers for delivery on a friend's birthday on Friday 10th. I received no email to say they had been despatched. By 4.30 they had not arrived, so I went to Haute Florist's website. And noticed to my horror that most letter box flower arrangements, including the one I ordered, were marked no delivery before 29th December!
Customer services not answering 'phone. Tracked down parent company, Prestige Gifting, who told me she would get Customer services to ring me back. They didn't. Another call, I was told only customer services could answer my queries.
I emailed but no direct and "chatted", but only got a bot.
Saturday 11th my friend emailed to thank me and enclosed a photo. Phew! 40mns later I received a brief email from Prestige Gifting saying it had been delivered! Many enclosing the Royal Mail tracking info. This showed the flowers had only been despatched at 18.51 on Thursday 8th, so there was no possibility of them arriving the following day!
I emailed my dissatisfaction and received an immediate (!) response: "I apologise for any inconvenience made."
Needless to say I shall never use them again.
I ordered flowers to cheer my mum up as today is the first anniversary of my grandads death. The flowers were estimated to arrive at around 11/12. They arrived at almost 7pm. I payed for a medium bouquet, god knows how small the small bouquet would have been. 6 flowers arrived, looking nothing like what is advertised. I should have just payed for a 5 pound bunch from tesco as they would have been nicer than these. Abselutley appauled, service and communication is beyond usless. I will be posting this review all over social media to make sure noone else recives such poor service from this buisness. Made a sad day even worse.
Firstly Got 1 extra flower than pictured when I paid £10 extra for a large bouquet. When I contacted customer service they told me it was the right size and there's no issues with them. Offered me £10 voucher for more flowers after paying £40 for the same size bouquet they are advertising for £30. Company needs to update the pictures and expectations on what small, medium and large actually are. Terrible customer service in all no 100% satisfaction garrantee as advertised.
Pictures below show my large bouquet vs the medium shown on website.
I recieved my surprise flowers from my hubby this morning for our wedding anniversary, I was truly shocked I have seen better in the petrol station! So disappointed
Can't get a refund?
I was so excited to order from Prestige Flowers a bouquet for my mother's birthday. Everything was fine until my delivery was said to be unable to be delivered? Why I was asking to myself if I've paid £7 for it on exactly mum's birthday.
So I spoke to mum and said that your present is not going to be delivered for no apparent reason, so we chose to go to Burton's Royal Mail facilities to fetch the flowers that should have been delivered. Again, we had other plans for the day, so we had to use petrol to get there and waste our time!
There I was told that it got lost, because of so many parcels like that, so if you would like to get it by Monday? So I quickly replied, Monday, they are fresh flowers I wonder how they would look then. So after like 20 min they managed to fetch them.
Fine, we got back, opened the flowers and they were not fresh, in my opinion as well as few flowers that broke down.
Speaking to one of the staff, I presume it was Kyle as that's what it said. Unfairly, can't give a refund back but does want to send us a new bouquet for nothing? But that's not what we want as the flowers were dead in 2-3 days so what's the point of having a new one that will stick around for a day or two? Also mum's birthday has passed so why would I need them in the first place?
I'm sure Kyle or one of your other staff will send me an apology and pretend that a rotten bouquet will help this issue and say that they can't do a refund. But I will never ever recommend or use your services again! Mum's birthday present ruined for something that I've paid almost £37.00 and didn't even get it delivered and all the hassle I had to go through. Wouldn't even give 1 star!
BUYER BEWARE. If I could leave a zero then I would! I have been using prestige flowers for about a year and a half and thought that I had found a good flower delivery company. WRONG. I have just had flowers delivered to my parents for their birthdays. I ordered a large bunch at an extra £10. I am only aware of the problems with the flowers because I forgot to put who they were from on the card and my mum thought they were from someone else so called me to tell me how bad they were. She was mortified when I said they were from me and said that she would never have told me about them being so awful had she known. The flowers were dead, rotting, broken, brown and green and slimey. I pressed my mum further before she admitted that she had had to complain about 3 other bouquets, 2 that I had sent to her and one she sent to my sister. I have sent a lot of flowers over the last 2 years and have contacted the other recipients who I had to press for an honest opinion of the flowers I had sent them. Again they reluctantly told me of dead rotting and substandard flowers.
I rather think that this is what this company is relying on. You send flowers that you don't get to see, and the people you send them too, probably, like my parents, wouldn't dream of telling you how awful they are.
Of particular note is the fact that they have all said that the size I had paid for did not seem to be what was delivered, which is very worrying.
I wouldn't touch this company with a 10ft long barge pole, unbeknownst to me the majority of my deliveries have ended up being dead and rotting.
Customer service is appalling, offering nothing more than a replacement delivery... Which was organised by my mother... Not me as the payee. I would have asked for a full refund so that I could use someone more reliable.
A replacement bouquet does not compensate for the loss of enjoyment, the surprise of getting "some lovely flowers" delivered - the experience is tainted for both the sender and the receiver. In all it has left a very bitter taste.
I can't find an option for uploading photographs but will do once I can find it
Ordered flowers for next day delivery for my mother's birthday spending £40. Flowers did not arrive at all. They mixed and combined billing address with delivery address and would not take any ownership. Refuses to provide proof of delivery information I provided to them. Spoke to Royal Mail and they confirmed this company do it often. Customer service is by email. Refused a refund only offered £10 voucher will never ever use them again so the voucher is pointless. Avoid this company if you don't want any disappointments.
Answer: And such a poor customer service attitude. They made a mistake and blame me...
Answer: They come with your postman. Hope yours is better than what I wasted £45 on as a gift for my nan. I ordered the paris bouquet it was all dead and more like a swamp bouquet
