The bouquet arrived on the Thursday and by Sunday had died, my Mum made a complaint and was told the purchaser had to make the complaint. The embarrassment of my Mother having to ring me up to tell me the flowers i had purchased from Prestige flowers had died. When i made the first complaint, no one responded, i made a second complaint and was told it was too late and there was nothing could be done, apart from sending out a £10 voucher! Sorry i wont be buying flowers from you again.

Yesterday I've ordered flowers with delivery on next day 1st of June.
This morning I've received message from Royal Mail informing me that they have my flowers and they will attempt to deliver it on 4th of June. I've contacted customer service to question this and ask for cancellation of my order if it won't be delivered today.
Not only I won't have my gift on time but once it will get delivered then it will go directly to the bin.
After messaging on Facebook with customer service I was informed that it was my mistake for accepting T&C and they are sorry and will give me £10 voucher. Almost £50 went in the bin, no gift but I will have a £10 voucher. Joke…
They are advertising 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Well you are very far from it.
This company is not worth the stress and money.
Ordered some flowers that should have been worth about £42, what I got was no better than what you would buy for a fiver from a garage and totally different flowers to what I ordered also they turned up a day late as I ordered them for my wife's birthday and turned up a day after her birthday, just a joke and terrible service all around
Several of the flowers were damaged. Chrysanthemum stems and a carnation stem were broken. So sad to see beautiful flowers being delivered in such poor condition. Emailed Prestige Flowers with 9 photos of the various damaged flowers and they have since emailed me back asking me for "a full birds eye view image" of the bouquet. I would not recommend this company.
As usual I got a delivery of flowers from my son in Amsterdam. He chose roses and lilies as he knows they're my favourite.
What a disappointment …. Roses were black and dead around edges. Oh! There was greenery also, two big stalks of coarse leaves which were all dotted with black spots, one went into the bin immediately. Roses never opened and lillies were certainly not good quality. I complained, but was told it was out of the seven day guarantee even though I sent them pictures just out of box!
I phoned and told my son never to order from this company again.

Firstly the vase i ordered for mothers day with the large rose medley bouquet was not sent. Yes they arrived on mothering sunday by royal mail but not in water they came in a flat box which i find weird as they were ordered on the thursday and this company only has work hours from 9 to 5 mon to fri. The flowers had browned by tuesday which is two days later and my mum threw them out and didnt tell me so i wouldnt be upset by the £49.99 price i paid. Thirdly i contacted them by only way email they took days for reply which was please send photos of flowers so i replied my mother has allready binned them and doesnt use a smartphone. My mum is 66 and has been able to keep flowers alive for 2 weeks trimming feeding etc and knows not to keep them near a heat source. So after near on 2 weeks from first complaint i have now been offered a ten pound voucher for their company now i dont feel that is fair. I had asked them to replace the flowers and not a refund but thats what after 2 weeks they have offered me. I would not reccommend or use them again as they are very unprofessional and have really poor client custom. Im so angry with them for the let down for my mum. I could have bought okay a smaller bouquet from M&S for £15 and got a seven day guarantee on the flowers and lastly the £6.99 delivery charge is shocking whilst spending near £50. I hope this helps people as im totally un happy with them on every level. Terrible performance no stars just a stick from me sadly!
I received roses from my son who lives in Canada for mother's day they arrived on time and look lovely apart from one rose that had brown petals. I followed the instructions that came with the flowers but all the roses had started to go brown from the center out by Wednesday. They didn't even last the week out. So disappointed with them and sorry my son wasted his hard earned money.
Received flowers that were mostly already dead. Tried to contact customer service multiple times with no reply. This is absolutely the WORST as far as quality and service. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. (Check out the photos, this is the day after delivery.) AVOID.
Bouquet arrived smaller than advertises, dispute paying extra for the larger bunch. Followed all the instructions and they have gone over with 4 days.
Flowers arrived today (Monday) after we paid for them to be delivered on Sunday (Mothers Day). Really not happy about that. You'd think as someone selling products for special occasions they'd have that taken care of, but looking at all the reviews in the last few hours, they blew it big time.
No answer on the website customer service chat. No answer to emails.
I can understand a late delivery due to issues and an email letting me know, but this is shockingly bad.
As a family we order a lot of flowers and gifts online every year, never again from these cowboys. Will be sticking with Bunches from now on, awesome service from them.
Ordered Mothers Day flowers here, website was very clear about being able to make the delivery on time at the time of ordering - which was on March 24th. Advertising in such a way that there was no doubt in my mind that these flowers would be delivered on time.
Mothers Day came and went, no tracking number had been sent to me and only an automated response from customer service made it to my inbox after I had reached out to them.
Flowers came the day after Mothers Day, and so did communications with a real person in customer service. I spoke with Natasha R, and the emails that followed were copy/paste responses.
After many email exchanges, no refund offered other than postal costs, as they point to the small print in their terms and conditions which states that deliveries may be a day late.
Consumers have rights, and when an order is promised to be delivered on a special occasion such as Mothers Day, and is not, it is a breach of contract.
Please report this company to local trading standards, as they should not be getting away with false advertising and broken promises.
Whats pictured on site to what you receive is a joke! Loads of leaves and twigs to make up for the lack of flowers.The size of the bunch shown on their site is a medium... Paid extra to make it a large thinking it would be really nice as the medium one looked alright. Ordering the flowers and delivery was spot on. No communication in between but they did arrive on time. Then nose dive! On arrival I didn't even have to open the box to tell it was definitely not the size I ordered as it would have been impossible to to cram a large bunch into such a narrow box.Don't waste your money! Be warned.

I use Prestige quite regularly. Especially for flowers for my mother in law.
My 14 year old son came to me last week and wanted to get his girlfriend some flowers for her birthday which was on Tuesday the 15th March 2021.
We sat down and he chose exactly what he wanted and we placed the order to be delivered on the 13th March 2022.
Come Tuesday 15th March@ 20.36 - The flowers and gift/card still haven't arrived...
He has sat endlessly trying to make contact with Prestige and Royal Mail. The customer service response he has received from both yourselves is awful - First gf and the experience of gifting for her birthday has been ruined by yourselves. The flowers will undoubtly be squashed and clinging onto dear life now. I won't ever use prestige again. Nor recommend you to anyone else.
As of 11.00 am 16th March 2022 still no flowers nor response from prestige!

Ordered flowers for an early Mother's day gift as they were going away. Received flowers the next day and they were all closed bulbs, 4 days later the flowers were dead still with closed bulbs. Contacted prestige and had no reply, they do do not care! Flower not fresh and not as described would avoid at all costs! Trading standards have been contacted.
I ordered some flowers for my partners birthday I paid extra to get the large size when they arrived I opened the box and was stunned by how small the bunch of flowers were ten flowers in total I emailed them to say they must have sent the standard size bunch out they asked me to send them photos so I took a photo of the flowers with a tea cup next to them to show how small they were they just emailed back saying the right size was sent out after several emails and photos later they offered a £15 pound voucher of my next order I told them you must be joking I could go to a supermarket and get a better bunch of flowers for a tenner but they are not interested it's a case of they have your money this company will never just hold there hands up and say sorry customer service is the worst I have ever come across in fact it's disgraceful how they deal with unsatisfied customers and they seem to have a lot of unsatisfied customers will never ever use this company again ever full stop I have attached photos with this review I paid £39.99 for the flowers plus delivery
Flowers were a total let down bought for my 78 year old nans bday! All droopy, crispy brown not many flowers at all never will I buy or recommend these and trying to contact them is a joke!
Ordered flowers last week no show can't get hold of anyone. JOKE! Please don't use this company keep your money safe
I am still trying to get my money back after ordering next day delivery which didn't arrive and my sick Aunt died and flowers just never arrived! Customer service is automated and not worth bothering with chat function doesn't work, no one answers emails and no number to ring! I'm so angry- just wanted to send flowers to say I loved her as she was unwell and was meant to be there on Sunday and she died on the Thursday and they still hadn't arrived! Please save your money and avoid at all cost! I will not be using again and who knows if I'll ever get my money back!
Ordered from these clowns, paid £32 for a bunch of flowers that the garage on the High Street would sell for about £5. When I complained they took two days to reply and offered me £10 off next order, just replied "shove it, won't be buying off you again" I would go to a high Street Retailer and you would get 10 times better. Flowers not even in a bouquet, just shoved in a cardboard box. Joke of a company
Tried this company for the first time. Amazingly poor experience and service!
(1)They delivered the Valentine's Day special flowers I had ordered one day early on Sunday 13th Feb! (2)My girlfriend was not home so they left it on her front doorstep. (3)To make things even worse it was RAINING so it was all soaked! I emailed to ask for some help or an explanation and they got very defensive and made up a load of excuses and offered no productive help at all.(offered me a £10 off my next order coupon. Which is just insulting considering i ordered their GRAND GESTURE flowers package and spent a total of £180! Why would i ever want to place another order?!) Emails were with someone called Hibar-noor who was very unhelpful! Ridiculous and unacceptable service after spending £180 i just could not believe it! Now has stopped responding to my emails. Absolutely do not recommend and would 100% warn to avoid them at all costs as there are many other shops/websites that have quality flowers and a quality service!

Answer: They come with your postman. Hope yours is better than what I wasted £45 on as a gift for my nan. I ordered the paris bouquet it was all dead and more like a swamp bouquet
