I was disgusted to see the flowers when they arrived, a small handful of stems and looked nothing like the picture I chose from. Look more like a £5 arrangement from aldi when I paid £39. Shall never be buying from here again
Ordered flowers to be delivered today. No word from company and then when I contact them they apologise for the issue and offer to reorder the flowers as compensation on another day. How is fulfilling your order late any kind of compensation? Definately mystery be the job from hell spouting rubbish as customer service adviser with this company. Such dreadful service. Wonder how many orders just disappear in thin air without the sender even knowing? The rating should be negative 10
Ordered a bouquet of flowers for a recent family bereavement to say i was embarassed by what they recieved is an understatement it was awful the roses werent fresh and there were barely any flowers your advertising is very misleading people are paying good money for your service and not recieving what they ordered very very disappointed had to apoligise to the person i sent the flowers too
Ordered well in advance for an important occasion. Day before delivery was told order could not be fulfilled. So I had to spend a lot more to order from elsewhere for next day delivery. Happy to keep my money for over a week. Appalling
I ordered flowers to be sent to my injured mother for Saturday the 5th. They sent the flowers by Royal Mail who were having issues that day and updated tracking to say that they were unable to send the flowers out for delivery and that they would be delayed by 48 hours. Keeping in mind that these are fresh flowers, Prestige insists that Royal Mail attempted delivery, which is clearly shown to be untrue.
Their customer service is truly disgusting. Do not use this company
Prestige Flowers flat out refuses to give a refund. In the end, after more emails than I can count, they agreed to send a replacement. This was due on 10/11/2022. Again, the flowers were not delivered. These guys are simply the worst
Paid extra for next day delivery. Delivery did not arrive the next day. No communication was received warning of the delay. Asked customer support to refund the extra shipping charge. No refund was offered. Terrible customer service.
Order flowers from Prestige flowers.
I couldnt attend my mothers funeral so I ordered the flowers she loved, red roses. The grandeur large to be exact... When I saw what Prestige had sent I cried. Roses shoved around the edge of the wrapped with a bunch of thistles in the middle. It looked scruffy the blooms were bruised no arrangement it looked as if it had been thrown at the wrapping... £54? Ordering the flowers was easy enough but their delivery and customer service is dreadful. They charge £6 delivery but my flowers missed the delivery date, so not quite sure what I paid for. They then offered me a voucher off my next order but I certainly will not be using them again, rather pointless unless you are after a random delivery date.
This is a company that thinks appropriate compensation for sending nearly dead flowers to a grieving widow four days late and two days after the funeral is to offer 10% off of your NEXT order. As if you'd want to order from them again. Truly insulting and passive aggressive interactions with customer service round off a thoroughly unpleasant experience. Shop elsewhere.
Flowers for my Birthday were a day late, delivered to address I was staying at for my birthday. I went home the next morning so had to go back the same day to get the flowers. Opened up to pink roses outer petals brown, tips of of petals brown. Another flowers petals on stem bottom ones dead, other small flowers shrivelled.
My daughter had paid extra for by specified day delivery.
Prestige Flowers are offering replacement flowers and another free.
We want a full refund.

£61.48 for a bouquet that looks like supermarket £15
I paid £61.48 for a bouquet, It is smaller than an average £15 supermarket bouquet and the quality is not good.
As the a service ships directly to the recipient the quality should be as advertised.
In this case they were supposed to be condolence flowers and they were very disappointing.
The black bag it was delivered in is creased and stained as is the wrapping, heads are broken peeling and brown and it is overall very small.
The company refused to acknowledge the complaint saying it is their standard quality, so definately don't order if your looking for something substantial.
Delayed shipping after website said the shipping date was available. Response from customer service was "it's in our terms and conditions that NI can take an extra day." Well then it should be programmed into your ordering system that NI does not have the shipping date available, instead of listing it as an available date even after the shipping address is provided. Every other flower ordering website has this feature available, but Prestige Flowers give you no notice unless reading through their novel of terms and conditions. Offered me a £15 voucher for missing my grandmother's 90th birthday, as if I will ever be purchasing anything from them again. Had they been transparent about their shipping time, rather than burying it in their terms and conditions, I would have purchased from someone else. But it seems that is their nefarious intention, to hide their shipping information until it is too late for you to purchase from someone else. I will never be using this company again. I order flowers for my grandmother every year for her birthday and have never had this problem. If the shipping date is not available other companies MAKE THAT CLEAR.
Absolutely disgusted with the flowers I ordered from here.
The flowers I ordered were "Rome" a sized large and costing around £60. However, what I received, was 5 roses and some pokey white flowers added to it along with some leaves, it looked like I had picked them up off the side of the road. All the roses were brown, most of them damaged, the leaves were already drooping and falling off, and the other small flowers were also dead and rotting around the leaves. To add insult to injury, these flowers were for my mums 50th Birthday, and a real shame to have these flowers received for a special occasion.
After going back and forth with customer service and even the manager, I got back not even half of a refund and a £15 voucher, which I certainly wont be getting any flowers with.
The manager even stated in her email that the flowers will bloom after a few days and look like what they do in the picture on the website. 3 Days after receiving the flowers, they're dying, falling off, drooping and even smaller than how they looked originally.
Please, please don't buy off online flower company's as they just take your money and think they can get away with sending off substandard flowers.

Next day delivery was not met because they gave Royal Mail the wrong date. They acknowledged this but still refused to give a refund (their customer service is also horrendous).

I logged in and ordered a bouquet for a poorly friend. I have a prestige pass so expected free delivery but unfortunately didn't check. After payment I checked the email confirmation and found they had charged me £8.99 delivery! I straight away went on live chat to complain but surprise, surprise they didn't care and wouldn't do anything. Steer clear of this company, they don't have any customer care!
My god-daughter send me flowers for my birthday. She kept asking me whether I received something. Finally, they arrived on the 13th, 2 days later than arranged, totally dried up and floppy. If Prestige Flowers have not got the competence to arrange for flowers to be delivered on time and in good condition abroad, they should not be allowed to offer this service! Talking about a rip-off, this is one to be avoiding in future!

Extremely poor customer service, ordered flowers that were 2 days to be delivered worse of all they posted them with Royal Mail so the flowers were in delivery mode for 3 days, you can imagine they did not arrive in great shape. No responsibility taken. Horrid customer service. Shame…..
The below description is what I paid for. Clearly the pictures illustrate what was received were some dying roses, orchids and in fill.
Delivery service terrible as was actually handed the box horizontally! This is obviously the responsibility of the post office, but they chose to use them.

WHEN I EXPLAINED FULLY, SHE BURST INTO TEARS AND WAS VERY UPSET.
THIS IS AN 86 YEAR OLD INFIRM LADY WHO HAS BEEN WIDOWED TWICE AND LIVES ON HER OWN IN A RETIREMENT COMPLEX. EACH OF THE FLATS ARE BLOCKS OF FOUR, WITH THE NUMBERS CARVED IN STONE OUTSIDE.
PRESTIGE FLOWERS CLAIM THERE'S ONLY ONE POSTCODE FOR THIS COMPLEX. FUNNY THAT, EACH BLOCK OF FOUR HAS A DIFFERENT POSTCODE.
MY AUNTIE BUYS A LOT OF THINGS FROM CATALOGUES, AND SPEAKS TO HER POSTMAN ON A DAILY BASIS, AS WELL AS OTHER COURIERS.
WHEN I RANG PRESTIGE FLOWERS AND DEMANDED A REFUND, THEY FLATLY REFUSED.
RELUCTANTLY, THEY AGREED TO SEND A REPLACEMENT TO MY HOME ADDRESS, WELL I WISH THEY HADN'T BOTHERED!
THE FLOWERS ARRIVED IN A TERRIBLE STATE, AND DESPITE MY GREEN FINGERS, I COULD NOT SAVE THEM, YOU CAN SEE FOR YOURSELF THE STATE OF THE FLOWERS ON THE DAY THEY ARRIVED. THEIR APPEARANCE HASN'T CHANGED.
ON THE SAME DAY I COMPLAINED, I PURCHASED SOME FLOWERS FROM A LOCAL FLORIST IN MY AUNTIE'S TOWN, AND WITHIN 3 HOURS OF ME PAYING FOR THEM THEY WERE DELIVERED. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, PRESTIGE FLOWERS COULD LEARN A LOT FROM LOCAL FLORISTS.
Answer: And such a poor customer service attitude. They made a mistake and blame me...
Answer: They come with your postman. Hope yours is better than what I wasted £45 on as a gift for my nan. I ordered the paris bouquet it was all dead and more like a swamp bouquet
