The PREP SPORTSWEAR website is reasonably well-designed and perusing it is fairly easy. Perhaps, most importantly, it is legitimate! I have actually visited their headquarters in downtown Seattle, WA to verify this. However, using the PREP SPORTSWEAR website can be challenging. The website has technical glitches. Specifically, be careful when placing orders because some of the customization/personalization tabs/links/pop-ups can be problematic and lead to undesired consequences. Examples include when inputting (typing in) custom/personal names and jersey numbers. Scrutinize your order carefully when checking out! Another annoying aspect is that their sales tax calculator may not apply/utilize the correct sales tax rate for buyer's location when calculating the total price. In my case, it was much higher. Collecting sales tax in an amount higher than what the official tax rate allows is a violation of law. Lastly, customer service can be slow or non-responsive; and, the only avenues for contacting them is by email or chat. However, the latter mode did not work when I tried using it. There is no telephone option (which is probably designed on purpose). So, USE BUT VERIFY!
