I ordered Dec 1 and finally got my order 23 Dec. It took the max amount of time to create the items (which is OK - it's a busy holiday season and you completed the order within your SLA of 14 business days.) Then, I was notified it was shipped, then notified that it had been "delivered to final agent". I contacted Prep sportswear to see if they had any insight as to what that meant with the Post Office, and the agent I talked to was too dumb to understand my question - she just sent me a screenshot of the Post Office Tracking Screen. Duh! I can see the same thing.
In the end, Prep Sportswear did their job: They delivered the product in the maximum amount of time - the fact that I think the Post Office lost it (but, eventually found & delivered it) is not Prep Sportswear's fault.
When I got the product, it was what I ordered, but everything ran small, which was disappointing.
Good but sizes were limited on the first sweatshirt I wanted so had to order a lesser quality one.

Lack of shipping notice. Prefer to receive email notifications at each step rather than using the website. Printing on larger logos is too heavy for the sweatshirt, feels awkward to wear.
