So I went ahead and ordered a new team, USA hat and shirt. As I was making the purchase, I saw anything over $40 free shipping with that said, I only had one option and had to pay an extra $9.99for an express/standard shipping which stated delivery in 3 to 7 business days. I received my hat within a week and still have not yet received the shirt and it just baffles me that I had to pay $10 on top of the free shipping promo I had I will most definitely not be doing business with fanatics or any affiliate with them from now on!
I've ordered from Fanatics several Times in the past couple years. Most of the time my order has gotten here in a timely manner. Last time I ordered something it took well over four weeks. I just received two 76er's shirts and decided to send them back. Their charging me $9.99 per shirt just to return them! Not to mention they overcharge on shipping even when they're shipping in the same city of Jacksonville Florida I will not be doing business with this company anymore. I'll wait till I'm up in Philly for all my future purchases!
Overpriced items. Fake reduction: you ad 50%, then give a 25% discount... do the math. International shipping makes no sense. Parcels don't move for 7+ days. Items are packed extremely poor. Arrive damaged. Customer service is just some AI generated nonsense circle of outrageous frustration. I gave them 3 chances. I'm done. This company is absolutely ignorant money grabbing BS.
I am a Gramma who gave my grandson a $50 gift card for Christmas. He was very excited and went online to use it. It wasn't accepted, because the code uncovered when he scratched it did not have enough digits. I sent a letter, and the original card to Fanatics. They have told me that I need to go to the retailer that sold the card, saying that they can't verify if the card has any value. I find it impossible to believe that their accounting system can't tell if a card has remaining value, especially if the code remains visible, only the PIN number is faulty. (See attached photo). I received the card at an employee appreciation event and have no receipt.

I placed an order on October 19 that was supposed to arrive by October 27. Then the delivery date was pushed to November 7, and now it's well past that — still no package, no updates, no communication, nothing.
This company is a complete disaster when it comes to customer service. They take your money instantly, then go completely silent when the order never arrives. No tracking updates, no explanation, not even a courtesy email.
It's unbelievable that a company this big can operate with such zero accountability and total disregard for customers. I'll never order from Fanatics again — and if you're considering it, do yourself a favor and stay far away.
I ordered a signed baseball and used their 30% discount code. When I received the order confirmation they removed the discount. I called twice and they agreed to it and would follow up to confirm then I received an email saying they didn't accept the discount. Total fraud l!

Once I paid for my jersey the shipping date changed for a much later date. Weeks after original date given which is after start of football season. Refused refund and only gave online credit. Lesson learned.
The cheap Plastic/vinyl that was ironed on was already peeling off when I opened the package. Such a cheap way to put a logo on a champion sweater, I'm shocked actually at Fanatics.
Garbage customer service. Ordered a hat on June 22, they claim it was delivered on June 28. The problem was it could not have been delivered because their ordering system cut off the street address - not the first time I've had this happen (once with paypal checkout and now with Apple Pay). I spoke with a customer service manager on June 28 and spent a half hour explaining the situation. She claimed she couldn't do anything for 72 hours but would ship a replacement on July 2 and send confirmation. On July 3 I had heard nothing so I again contacted their customer service department who claimed it was delivered. I again explained how it could NOT have been delivered because their system cut off the street address. They said they would have to wait another 72 hours. Beyond ridiculous for a problem THEIR system created. They've lost my business.
These people are idiots. For real. You have to know what you are doing to be this stupid. I order a shirt. They send me one that has been pressed into their shipping bag, causing it to be ripped at the bottom. They tell me to send it back for replacement. A week later, they email me and cancel my order saying the shirt is out of stock. No apology, no explanation, nothing. Then 3 supervisors tell me they actually do have one available. 3 different times they cancel my order again automatically. After 3 months, they receive another shipment, don't follow through on anything they've promised me, and their support refuses to honor their coupon for all this and lies and tells me she can't let me speak to a supervisor. After being rude enough that the customer service let's me speak to a supervisor, because the only way to get them to do anything is to literally yell, while they tell you to stop, but actually do what you asked finally. Ridiculously stupid. And after all that, they send me a shirt with the exact same rip in it. Either you ruined all your shirts the same way or you intentionally did all of this and sent me back the same one you had ruined. $#*! you. Your company is the worst and you deserve to go under completely. There are independent people who sell merchandise. Fanatics is too stupid to do it well despite having billions of dollars and all the licenses that nobody else has. Incredible how incompetent this company is.
My girlfriend bought a sweatshirt for me for Christmas on 10/29/24. When I wore it for the first time in early January, it started piling. I had the receipt, tags, and didn't wash it. Customer service would not take it back. A $65 sweatshirt and they won't take it back. It was a Champion sweatshirt, so I was surprised it did that but, it did. I think the Fanatics return policy is poor and I think their customer service agents (who you can't speak to on the phone but can only email) are from outside this country. Cheap labor and cheap customer service. I won't EVER be buying from them again.
This company sent me an Eagles Super Bowl Champions cap with out the rope on it. Unfortunately for me I can't return the item because I took the label off before I noticed it didn't have the rope on it. I honestly think this company sells bootleg products
Constantly misses shipping times despite customer paying for top tier expedited shipping. Horrible customer service process leaves you with either two options... Wait for your product to eventually show up, far past the date paid for or to cancel with no compensation for the hassle and time this company consumed while ultimately failed to deliver. I would never recommend. Do Not trust the generic paid 5 star reviews that are all strikingly similar.
I ordered 2 flannel eagles shirts for Christmas. Both came with Washington logo. They sent me me a prepaid label. Sent the shirts back. They only refunded me for 1 shirt. They said I was supposed to send them back in separate packages. Not sure why. They are absolutely horrible to deal with. Lost $60.
I received a Fanatics gift card for Christmas. I bought an item and had to return it for sizing. I received no returned money but a Fanatics egift card. I bought another item - poorly made, I returned it and was emailed that I had a $52.46 credit in the form of another Fanatics egift card. But when I tried to use that card, the company credited me only $7.62. The agent continued to say I had used the missing amount on that second purchase. I offered to send the email with the confirmed return (it was even in my ordering history)!. The incompetent agent kept trying to tell me I had used all the credit even though I have the emails indicating the correct credit amount from Fanatics. DO NOT BUY from scammers.

As a gift I received a personalized tumbler with my college logo and my name. I loved the glass, used it often, cleaned it by hand, per instructions. Several months later I accidentally broke it. Because I loved the glass, I ordered another at my own expense. The very first time I used the glass all the letters came off. I spoke to the company and they offered a replacement which I received a few weeks later. This time, just in case the glass needed to "set" I waited a couple of weeks before using it. As soon as I did, the letters came off! Both of these glasses were subpar compared to the original. I contacted the company to complain that the same problem had happened. I offered photos. Instead I was told, oh so sad, that I waited too long to tell them and there was nothing they could do. It was a 2-1/2 month time period! They would not budge on replacing this defective glass. Instead I was offered 20% off my next purchase. As if! Very, very poor customer care. Do not stand by their products. Don't buy from them.
We paid $160 for a jersey and it came with the wrong number on it. They have no customer service. It's like dealing with a government agency. I tried the online chat. That was a joke. I emailed twice but never heard back. They desperately need a competitor! Anytime there's not competition the customer service SUCKS! $160 wasted (was our sons big Christmas gift). We won't purchase from them again. However, I'm confident they won't miss our business and will live on the dominate the industry.

Worst experience everytime there never on time ever always late no matter how early you order it everytime they have failed me even if you pay extra to ship faster they always blame it on the warehouse I've been screwed over many times now once again the game is Sunday and now got to spend more money somewhere else to get what I need

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics.
