My order was placed on September 11. I received the order a little late. I am OK with this because of the quality. I was told that I would be getting free shipping and 25% off my order because of the lateness. That did not happen. I am waiting for my refund.

Site isn't the easiest to use and when trying to go back it often sends you back further than you wanted to go. I also found it to be quite expensive when you add what I had to pay in customs fees. I know this is out of your control but still a factor for a Canadian buying from an American site for school items
I have tried to contact Prep Sprotsgear by messager regarding an order placed on 10/4/2022 without any development; however, did receive a message that it will take 9 business days to contact with results. I have checked the tracking order and it takes me back to the actual order when it was placed. There is no phone number and the one I found was incorrect but of course, there are multiple coupons to keep on ordering. My friends ordered from a different website and they have already received their merchandise. Concern 10/19/2022.
Placed my order Sept 14th. Says will ship within 10 days. Order still on "process" status, yet my credit card was charged right away. No phone number to get ahold of anyone. No one returns emails. This site & company is a scam.
